I have bad ingrowns and have been getting them taken out at nail salons since I was younger. I am used to them having to dig to get them out and it not being a problem afterwards. My toe is now INFECTED from going here and them getting my ingrowns out. The owner said it was from them digging - no this has not happened before - it's definitely from unclean tools they were using!!!! See the picture. Puss and yellow coming from my toe!!! Then, on top of this I got a full set dip nails and not even two days after one of my nails came off. I called them to tell them this and the owner said to come back to fix the nail. I said I would rather be refunded my money because my nail shouldn't be popping off this soon and I can't be coming in whenever the rest do the same. She said they can't refund money, only fix the nail. Well I super glued my nail back on myself since I knew I wasn't going to be able to go in for a couple of days.... They were a bit longer than I would have wished but they were beautiful. My pedicure and full set (acrylic) were finished at about the same time, which surprised me as most places will seat you for one service then the other. My friends and I all got pedicures and massages as well and likewise, service was great. My set lasted four weeks with minimal lifting in only a few nails on the last week or so. They looked as good as new when I got them removed. Also, after an unsatisfactory removal at a different location, I came back here to get them fixed and they were so kind about it. They completely removed unfinished patches from my nails without any issues. I am so happy with the service, the kind and well done work and can say I would absolutely return.

There is also no pricing list / menu available to customers. A refill with the design and tip came out to $115. I cannot bring myself to come back to this salon. There's no confirmation of pricing, I asked for a specific service and received the wrong product.
