Loved the sevice and my nails looked so good. I got a full set of acrylics for $45 (with tip). The acrylic powder was colored so there was no extra nail polish on top, aside from the top coat. An issue I had was the nail cracking and separating. My right pinky nail started cracking about a week in and I experienced separation from the natural nail on about 3 or 4 of the nails, causing me to just remove all of them. The service, atmosphere, hygiene, and amenities were really outstanding. Right after I got them done, my nails were outstanding too, it was just the after results that were disappointing. I feel that no matter what pedicure I choose and at what price, every lady does it differently, using different techniques and products each and every time! They continuously cut down on the products used, but the price doesn't change. I decided to go for the more expensive option, as I wanted a day of pampering, but it took the lady less than 45 minutes and it was all done! I paid $40 for my pedicure that is supposed to leave your feet smooth like butter, but my feet were not even treated with the products designed to alleviate and remove the hard skin. My feet were left feeling rough, and the nail polished was applied so thickly and unprofessionally, that it came off almost immediately. I have given this salon too many chances to redeem themselves , but it seems I always find "add ons" added to the original price, as there's always an excuse they did something extra or I may have asked them to do something that (without my knowledge) was priced extra, so end up paying more each and every time. The price they quote is not always the price you pay at checkout. Personally I would not recommend this salon. It's time to move on and try some other place. read more

Excellent service, extremely courteous staff, and asked me if I needed to leave at a certain time to which I said "No." and they took their time in giving me a perfect mani/pedi and a most wonderful foot, leg, hand, and arm massage. They answered all of my questions in regards to exfoliation after a wax and for the first time I did not have a bad reaction on my sensitive skin. I have been getting my nails done here for almost a year now. Every time I go to get my nails done I am asked to come back at another time. Today, I walked in at 11:30AM and was told to come back at another time. I arrived back at the salon on time for my appointment and there were only 2 staff members in the salon and both were working on a customer (one doing the pedi and the other the mani). No one said a word to me! After waiting 20 minutes, I left and I will not be going back. This salon has serious issues: they are ALWAYS short staffed, overbooking appointments and there is a vast difference in the level of customer service given to caucasian customers vs. brown customers. I will be filing a formal complaint with the OCR & FBCOC. My advice is to take your money elsewhere. Don't even bother visiting this place! Any recommendations for a new nail spot?? I am new to this side of town and I had went in a couple of other nail salons looking to find new nail artist. My standards are pretty high so needless to say I was looking for a salon that had services beyond the typical shop. Out of about five salons that I've visited this was the first salon that had a spa like experience. It wasn't noisy, it was very quiet they had these little waterfall decor that made it very calming plus soft spa music playing in the background. It was very clean the lights were low. They offered beverages including champagne at no cost. They made sure to ask what services I would like and not try to oversell me. Any woman who's been to salons often will understand when you go to a nail shop how they constantly try to offer all these unnecessary services to you. Eyebrow waxes and lip wax is when there's nothing THAT hairy about your eyebrows or your face. Wasn't pressured nothing was pushy and they stuck to what I asked for. I took my girls they are to be treated for school and they did a fabulous job on their nails as well. They didn't not shortchange the girls because they were tween/teens. This is my favorite nail salon by far because the technicians all take their time on your nails making sure they're as perfect as possible. It can be time consuming so don't stop by in a hurry, but that's a good that they're willing to put the extra time into making them flawless. The worse nail salon I have ever been to. I brought my two daughters to get pedicures. All 3 of our waters were room temp I had to ask for them to add hotter water. After it was done the nail polish looked so bad on myself I had to ask them to fix it and repaint them not to mention she didn't even smooth the top of my toes with the file and the sides were still rough. I will NEVER go back in here. I was a walk-in and they worked me in super fast. Had plenty of staff. Had the herbal pedicure and it was very mediocre. I didn't like the way she painted my french tips, but it's my fault for not saying something, I guess. I showed up at 6:30 and no one was there. They said they closed at 7 so I asked if I had time for a pedicure. She told me yes. Then she and another worker talked the ENTIRE time. It wasn't relaxing at all b/c I was knee-deep in a conversation I didn't understand. Also, the "massage" was pathetic. I would not go here again. They convinced me to get powered nails over my real nails. I thought this would be nice treat for myself as a bday gift since my bday was the next day. She rushed and was on her cell Bluetooth headset half the time while doing my nails! She left in such a hurry that she didn't finish her job! Before I knew she was gone! I was blown away by my experience at this place. Walking in it looks like a lot of other nail salons, but it is in every sense of the word, a spa. Wonderful soothing environment, skilled friendly technicians that do their very best at pampering you, and a great experience overall. I have had many many manicures and pedicures in my day, but the services I received here were by far the best I have ever had! My stepmom and I originally just came in for manicures, but we decided to add a few services and they attended to us gladly and with no issues. I got the butter me up pedi-so relaxing and my feet are sooo soft and pampered afterwards. My stepmom got her first facial and she really enjoyed it! The signature manicure comes with a shoulder massage and arm scrub that made this experience truly awesome. I feel so relaxed and taken care of-I will be back as often as I can! Went here for a facial, a friend was going here for nails and made the appointment. It was high priced and my face burned the next morning. They had a facial scrubber but I felt the product wasn't high quality that was used on my face. I even told the lady my face was sensitive. She was nice and took her time but it wasn't worth the high price to walk out swollen. Plus she walked in and out of the room 3-4 times which was disruptive and making the experience not relaxing. While extracting the blackheads on my nose she used her hands and a piece of toilet paper, squeezing my nose so hard that I walked out looking like Bozo the clown. The one zit I had starting on my chin she squeezed and caused it to scab over. She was very rough on my face. The positive moment was the steam machine which needed to be updated. read more

New to the area & having a hard time finding a nail salon that can compare to my old standby (which I would still go to if it weren't a5 hr drive now). Tried this because it had good reviews but wasn't impressed. Clearly says walk ins welcome but I felt like I was inconviencing them. I am very particular on cleanliness (read too many horror stories). I didn't feel like they were careful about sanitation at all. I wanted my acrylics removed (they are a lot of maintenance & wo having "my" salon, i want a break from it). I was told at least 15 times "come back 2 was for full set". Um, no I told you I don't want that right now, but I guess some salons are pushy. My nails are now incredibly thin. Yes I know acrylics can cause damage but I don't feel like she was careful or even cared. Polish is uneven on my toes, my fingernails are soon thin. She was careless taking it off & I left w bits of acrylic stuck all over my hands & fingers that I had to come home and scrub (not wash, scrub) off. Price was high for the service I got. Seemed like everything is an add on. I kept hearing them say to different customers that is $5, that is $20... I seriously doubt I'll be going back. I'm thinking about buying some supplies & doing my own nails for awhile. read more
