The staff member I spoke to on the phone was helpful and took down all my information like my phone number, which date I was coming to pick it up, the size and flavor of the cake, and if I wanted anything written on the cake. I told her I wanted "Happy Teamsgiving" written on it. When I arrived, the staff member asked me for my phone number and she went to the back to grab the strawberry cake and wrote on it. I asked for a knife and she put it on top of the box. Yeh's Bakery is still cash only, so make sure you bring cash. This too, just hit right for me on the gentle sweetness, the pandan flavor keeping the spotlight in this dessert. My mom and I are big fans of these desserts. We just came back trying out others pandan layer cakes in Downtown Flushing and this shop beats them by a large margin.
