I woke up today and saw someone's post about this and immediately planned to go! Their coffee is fantastic, I got the s'mores cold brew which is a seasonal sip! Their service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The place itself is beautiful! The ambience is nice, not a ton of seating but I think that's the draw, it's a quiet local treasure! I also got the breakfast bowl with sausage gravy on top and it was AMAZING!! I will be back for sure! read more

It's not really a coffee house. It's marketed as a place for coffee in the morning and dinner at night. They should stick to offering dinner, which is what they are good at. We enjoyed have dinner here, but the coffee experience was no different than stopping at a seven eleven for coffee - except it's $10 for 2 diner quality drip coffees. Also, WiFi isn't something that is really offer, so my planned work day at the coffee shop was not destined to happen. Overall, a big no for coffee, but yes for dinner. read more

Location, location, location. That's about it. Customer service lacks. Since the inception, the idea has been great. A Sandbridge coffee shop. But since the beginning, it's always been awkward. Even when we used to go on a weekly basis, the owners didn't acknowledge our presence. We weren't one of their close friends. Coffee is okay. Nothing special. Food is okay. And their schedule is terrible. On Monday holidays in the summer, they are closed. And their season is very short. Because why cater towards locals. Why try to build a local business when you can just cater towards tourists and close friends. Why try to be the only cool place open at Sandbridge? When they first opened, we had high hopes. But each time our hopes are lost. And don't bring your dog. Because. Who does that anywhere in 2020. They lost an actual local's money. But it's cool. I will use it on people who actually have customer service. read more

Unsure about the "coffee" part of the name, but 5 of us went for dinner and had an excellent experience. Walked over from the Sanctuary condos, were seated immediately at an outdoor lawn table overlooking the water, and were promptly served. Top shelf Margaritas were just ok, but each meal was very much enjoyed. Seafood Au Gratin, carnitas bowl, pizza....and a few other items were excellent. Good find! read more

My family and I have been coming to Sandbridge for years and used to enjoy going to Baja coffee shop. However, ever since new ownership, the food and service have significantly decreased in quality. The view is five stars, the medium roast coffee is four stars (great!), the service is five stars, great ambience. The only kicker is $$$ - $5.58 (medium roast w/ almond milk). It's the only place walkable, and has a great view. So, yes, it is worth it! No WIFI. read more

4 in a half. I got a iced coffee hoping to have espresso but found out quickly they did not have the maker to make it. So in the end my coffee was just a iced coffee with foamed Up milk. In the end the coffee was not the best coffee I have had. Then I got a cinnamon roll with frosting to split with my family and it was so good! It was to die for. I also got the og açaí bowl and blueberry are not my thing so I took them off. And it was good. The only thing I wish they had was pineapple you could got on top. read more

The website said they closed at 11 but yelp said they closed at 12, so went and got there around 11:50 and sure enough the sign said open until 12. We felt awful showing up right before close but really wanted to try it so we went in and tried to be quick. I expected attitude and pissed off enployees because that's the norm when you show up right before close but they were SO friendly, greeted us with smiling faces and said we could order anything and it was no problem at all. That is customer service. The wraps were delicious and the cold brew amazing. They told us to sit down and not rush because they had closing duties anyways. Of course we rushed out anyways but it was overall an amazing experience with great food and a gorgeous view. 5 stars all day!!! I'll be frequenting this place for the rest of my vacation. read more

Great location, limited coffee beverage menu. Lots of adult drinks if that's your thing. The $6 Kona mocha frappe was nothing special, reminded me of the Costco powder. Look over the menu before you go and give it a try if it's what you're looking for. Plenty of folks love the place just wasn't what I expected from a "coffee company". Amazing coffee, breakfast, and service. I drink regular coffee and got the dark roast. Fantastic. My daughter got an iced coffee and she loved it. I had the cinnamon roll, one daughter got the acai berry mixed bowl, and other daughter got a chocolate muffin. All were wonderful. The service was excellent and the owner came over and talked to us and gave us some history of the place. They use only fair trade coffee roasted in the Outer Banks so he knows where the beans come from. He looked at large distributors to lower expenses but he couldn't control quality so stayed away from them. Great choice. Will go back every day since coffee is great at a great price. read more
