I'm at 3.5 stars. This is my first time visiting after years of having it on our try list. Drinks and coffee were great, as were service and cleanliness. We sat outside on the back patio because the inside was slammed! The biscuits and chorizo gravy were okay, the Chilaquiles looked terrific in many other reviews with a balance of crunch and soft; however, today must have been an off day it was straight soggy. I'll give them another shot but will try some other choices!

Have been wanting to try The Pink Dinghy for awhile and man this place did NOT disappoint! I wish I took more pictures, but it's this cute little place (emphasis on little) right next to Three Ships Coffee. There's outdoor patio seating as well as indoor seating (literally looks like the inside of a dining room). You literally can't miss this place, it's the pinkest building out there! I only got the chilaquiles (the strawberry matcha lemonade was my friend's). Never had chilaquiles before but it was nothing short of amazing. The chips were soaked in salsa (but still crunchy!!!) so the flavor was great. A little spicy (I forgot to say no jalapeños because my tolerance is low). It typically comes with an egg but I ordered mine without one. This dish was perfectly balanced with the picked onions and the sauce! I loved everything about this dish. My only caveat is that if you're a slow eater (like me), the chips eventually do get soggy due to the juices and sauce. My server was great! I ate there on a Sunday morning right when they opened, thank goodness I made a reservation bc they were PACKED. Make sure you make a reservation (however you'll get charged a $25 fee per person for no shows). All in all this place was wonderful and I cannot wait to try it again. They also serve dinner! Did not realize this. Definitely want to try the dinner next time

I've been here for breakfast, donut run, and dinner. The food is worth the price. This place is small and elegant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is small, but the flavor of all their items is fantastic. The plates are shareable since it is family style. I think two items per person is plenty. I got the marinated mussel and let me tell you that the focaccia is soft yet crunchy and the mussels are citrusy and the aïoli is chef's kiss. Once you put it all together, it really is flavorful. I also got the fish baos. The fish was crunchy, and the slaw was fresh. They added a bit of honey which really brought all the flavors together. The coffee doughnut is a must on the weekend. It's unique. The Chilaquiles are not traditional, but the way that they make it here is definitely a must try and it's priced very well. And still popular for breakfast.

The Pink Dinghy 7/10 - Got the French toast which was just ok nothing special, definitely overpriced - My dad got the Shrimp and Grits which he said was great - The place is known for their donuts so I got some they were definitely great and had various flavors which are weekly - The place is really small, we had to sit outside luckily it didn't rain at that hour - service was great though overall

Wish there is a 4.5 overall rating; because I'd say for everything that went right: ambiance, service and menu variety and freshness of ingredients are all hands down rated 5 stars. The only small detail that wasn't a perfect 5 was the chilaquile. The crispy portion of the tortilla was perfect, it provided the crunch that was great but the rest of the tortilla that had the refried beans was soggy. The pickled red onions and jalapeños were a great touch although with all the sauce, it was a tad too tart for my taste. Overall highly recommended to try all other items - I was kind of sad they ran out of grits so I didn't try what would have been my first choice for brunch!

Super small inside, recommend a reservation and having a small party. Menu is small but everything tasted great. Close to the dome if you are going to an event there.

Biscuit sandwiches are HUGE. Chicken biscuit was everything. Donuts are fresh on the weekends. Drink are well made. Service is sweet. Decor is retro.

I want to start by saying that I've only ever visited The Pink Dinghy for brunch although I do intend to try their dinner service at some point in the near future. My husband and I are real fans of this place. Not only is the location perfect, especially in the summer on market days, but it's also very quaint and charming with lots of character. It's one of those places where there's always something cute or interesting to look at. I absolutely LOVE their cold brew iced coffee. I don't know what it is -- but I'd visit them just for that. Bad Ass who? For brunch, my husband and I usually order the Fried Chicken Sandwich and Cuban and share both. It's the perfect amount of food in my opinion. I find the portions to be of value and even slightly on the larger side. The hash tots are good, but sometimes they're a bit much for what I am in the mood for, so we tend to stick to their crispy fries. My mother in law has also had the Shrimp and Grits and the Chilaquiles which she raved about! The cocktails are also fantastic and picture worthy. Pro tip: Don't forget to ask for the freshly made doughnut menu as soon as you arrive. If you wait until the end, they will likely be sold out of all or most of the flavors. All in all, I would recommend The Pink Dinghy for brunch. We always have great service and enjoy dining both inside and on the patio. I look forward to paying them another visit in the near future!

Ambiance is amazing. Cute small clean fun - every dish, utensil feels curated. I can't explain it but even the staff seemed to fit the vibe. Went for breakfast - a simple sweet menu. The hash browns & biscuits are top tier. Cold brew and drip coffee, orange juice, & brunch cocktails available. People were coming in to the small counter for donuts, which we tried post-meal.

Wow! The aesthetic, the vibe, the food, the service, the parking, and how walkable the area is! The Pink Dinghy is a solid 5/5. The food is fresh and has such a creative touch.

Loved my experience here! Such a charming and intimate spot. Seating is limited, so I recommend getting there soon after they open. Service was quick and attentive. I sat outside and ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the French toast-both were delicious! The pickled onion on the chicken was a perfect touch. And that donut? So fluffy and fresh. Highly recommend!

SO GOOD! Wish I got pictures of my food, but the chicken sandwich was seriously incredible, best I've had. So much flavor, great portions. I had wonderful service, the vibes were immaculate. So cute and coastal with a very retro, but classy feel! Highly recommend!

Absolutely obsessed with this little gem! We popped in for brunch and tried the chilaquiles, fried chicken sandwich, shrimp & grits, and French toast--every single bite was fire. The chili honey on the fried chicken? LIFE-CHANGING. I sipped on the Paloma and it was so refreshing! The whole place has such a fun, laid-back vibe. Super cute aesthetic and good energy all around. 10/10 would recommend. Go hungry!

Great for Wine, Not for Dinner (Unfortunately) I don't know…read morewhy my Bestie and I keep doing this to ourselves -- we love Cooper's Hawk for the wine tastings, but every time we try to give dinner another chance... it ends the same way. After our tasting, we decided to sit down and order one of our longtime favorites: the short rib with mashed potatoes and vegetables. We hadn't had it in a few months because the last time was an epic fail, but we figured we'd give it another shot. As always, the pretzel bread and butter were a highlight -- that part never misses. The entrée, however, was another disappointment. The vegetables were noticeably undercooked -- still hard and crunchy -- and the dish came out with barely any sauce, even though I specifically asked for extra. For a short rib dish, you expect that rich, flavorful gravy to tie everything together... and it just wasn't there. A manager did come over after I pointed it out, and she genuinely tried to make it right, which I appreciated. We were offered another meal to take home, but at that point we were honestly just over it. To end on a positive note, I tried the Banoffee Pie for the first time (recommended by the manager), and it was actually really good -- rich, sweet, and worth trying. I also ordered their chocolate cake to go (which I usually love), but when I got home, it wasn't in the bag. I had to call for a refund, which they did handle -- but it just added to the overall frustration. At this point, it's become a pattern. When I first started coming here over a year ago, everything was consistently great. Lately, though, the dinner experience has been more miss than hit. We'll absolutely continue coming back for the wine tastings -- those are still top-tier. But for dinner? We're done trying.

We were the only patrons for much of our visit. My birthday daughter and I ordered wine sample flights and chatted up the owner. Wife shopped the gift area and picked out a nice bauble. The good: the owner was very engaging and told us about the wines (and wine slushies) they offer. We asked where the grapes came from and she explained that some came from Chile, some from California (I believe) and other places, and that she blends them here. (This would be expected with no attached vineyard.) The place was very clean, and the restrooms were easily accessible and spacious. The price of the flights was a mere $5 for six communion cup sized samples -- you choose 6 of I guess 12 - 15. Mulled wine is a welcome option on a winter day. The disappointing: While there is a good assortment of wines, and many were on the good side of okay, none stood out and said BUY A BOTTLE OF ME. The fruity sweet wines were VERY sweet, not really good for dessert wine or sipping. (Sorry.) But again, the reds especially were drinkable and pleasant. In the summer I tend to gravitate toward lighter, sweeter wines, so the flight felt like the perfect choice for the day. Not surprisingly, my taste buds traveled straight to Italy. If you enjoy Moscato-style wines, this one was definitely the highlight of the tasting for me. The winery itself has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy a glass (or a flight). They also offer a selection of light bites if you want something to snack on while you're tasting. I ordered the house biscuits with jam and butter, which are made in-house, along with an order of fries. Both worked well as simple bites alongside the wine. Literally perfect timing because no one was waiting before us and about 10-20 minutes later the waiting area became packed for that 3 o clock happy hour. Side note: happy hour is from 3-7, 7 days a week! The service was phenomenal, the whole staff was so nice and accommodating. While we waited for our table, we were able to order a cocktail from one of the waitresses. We also had a baby with a stroller and they made sure we had plenty of room once we were seated at our table. The food was amazing, I'm a fan of cooked oyster but i decided to be a little spontaneous and try them raw. I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and clean tasting these oysters were. It reminded me of eating sashimi. My wife and father in law had the lobster rolls, they both loved them! My son had the double cheeseburger from the happy hour menu, literally cannot beat this deal. $6 double cheeseburger with fries on the boardwalk is unimaginable lol. I had the Nashville hot chicken, which was good but maybe could've used a little more flavor. But the quality of the sandwich as a whole was spot on. I really don't have any complaints, this was the highlight of our day. My in laws live in Wisconsin but they travel a bunch and they said that these oysters were some of the best they had ever had.
