Such a great sight for those who love vinyl figures. Come even if you're only going to look at all the awesome figures. Products - Shoes = dope. They say they are getting more female shoes in... they have the Jeremy Scott x Adidas shoes I really wanted (so expensive) but they actually sell them here! Lots of unique shoes - I ended buying a present for my bro of Adidas shoes. Their BAIT line of shoes are also really cool. More female sizes please! Staff - Super friendly. Parking - huge parking lot as it's attached to a plaza. It does get a little crowded at certain times since it's next to a dance studio, but no real problems. This store is awesome! a bunch of my friends told me about this shop and I had to take a trip for myself to see what all this was about. Drove all the way from Riverside County just to check this shop out with my boyfriend and it was worth the trip. My boyfriend fell in love with this store. Customer service was awesome! They we're really helpful. I even found a cute top for myself which was cool because I thought this shop was just for guys. Even though their girl section was quite small, one of the people who worked their told me they we're going to have more stuff for women so that's really exciting. Their back to school sale was great, my boyfriend bought 3 tops that he liked a lot and the 4th one was free. He even bought a new pair of Saucony's that BAIT collaborated with. The "tech support" guy is the same guy who handles online order questions, who might as well be the same guy analogous to the lazy a** at Gap who clearly sees you need help but says he'll be right back then goes to the storage room to take a nap. All I wanted was to order a friggin shirt and hat. I had trouble with the web site so I called tech support, who told me it's an issue on the user's end because they've been receiving orders like crazy. Really?! Is it Black Friday already? Cuz I called you the beginning of November. My bad. Anyway, after the minute of awkward silence, I decided to put myself out of my misery and ended the call. I should've just shut the Bait door after that but of course I didn't because when I want something I'm persistent. So i finally got the web site going, and ordered the stuff. Success? Thumbs up? Yes, the package was on its way. Fast forward to a few days later. I got an email stating that I got a merchandise credit for 1 of the items. Uhh, ok. Did the recipient get it already and returned it as soon as he saw it? Oh wait. Subsequent email: "The items will be delivered today." Items...plural. Ok. All good? No, as long as the tech guy still breathes Bait air, of course not. I got 1 item today. So I called the guy whose life the manager guy on the Dilbert comic strip was inspired by. He basically said the item was out of stock so I got a merchandise credit. All I got for a heads up was a merch credit email with no other explanation. Thanks for the 411, you equivalent of a diaper rash. Can I have more where that came from, though? Use your words. Will I be notified when it's back in stock? Really cool items located in diamond bar... If you live in diamond bar it's seriously one of a kind cause there is nothing even similar to it in the area. Prices do run a little high for clothes but totally worth it if you are a collector or if you are particular when it comes to shoes/clothes/etc. The quality of the products are great too so the price isn't that much of a hindrance. This store really is as good as it gets. You can tell that they strive for quality service and products. What retail store comes out with brand new collaborations with companies and artists every month? Nobody does but BAIT! They've been doing ridiculous releases these past few months, but to be more specific the Cruel World releases. After the Cruel World 1 release they've donated 15k of their profits to charity. For the more recent Cruel World 2 release they'll be donating to a portion of their profits to the American Cancer Society. I've never ever felt so great about purchasing a pair of sneakers before, EVER. When I came in for the ASICS Vanquish Model 001, they donated 100% of the profits from socks for the Philippine relief for Typhoon Haiyan. I haven't even started talking about the dozens of other releases they've had in the past few months because I can just keep on going, you get the idea. I can't speak for their in store experience but their online experience is less reliable than any other site. If you order on ebay, Amazon, or any other clothing retailer you'll get what you order, not here. I've ordered three times off their website getting what I actually ordered once. The first time they sent me an email saying they didn't have one of the items after the other items in the order arrived. The third time it took two weeks, not 1-2 days processing as their website claimed, to even hear back about my order. They told me it was damaged, a collectible item, and offered a small amount off the price for an item that was no longer collectible. I bought their reebok question collaboration and it was damaged with a hole above the air unit (or waffle or whatever it's called on reebok) so I have no faith left in this brand. This place is incredibly cool. I always wanted to go to the original BAIT store since the one in Orange is very small and this place does not disappoint at all. I was here the other day to pick up a pair of shoes that was hard to find, and the guys to worked there is nice enough to hold it for me. The store itself is not that big but it does have 2 floors, if you're like me who likes streetwear and toys this place is for you. A great store in Diamond Bar. I wish it had more of a women's selection. The shoes were nice but mainly for guys. I didn't see any kids clothing but they did have vans for kids. My first Baitme.com experience hasn't been great. I ordered items on Monday, but the oder hasn't even been processed 5 days later. I called yesterday and today, and they said they are still trying to process orders from a week ago. They must be completely understaffed for it to take this long to process a order. Don't order from this company. I spent $500 on an order and it delivered to me damaged and they tried to blame UPS when UPS for once didn't do anything wrong. The problem was they did not wrap the product in anything they took it and put is in a box and didn't add any bubble wrap or anything. The product was ruined during transit from shifting around inside the box and then they didn't want to give me a refund so i had ti dispute the charge. I disputed the charge with paypal and they agreed finally to refund but only if i pay for the shipping back to them and they gave me less then 5 days of the offer expires. This is BS i cant control shipping times. So now i will dispute the charge with my bank. They lied in emails also and said i told them certain things which i didn't because we only spoke via email so i have my proof of what was said. One of the coolest shops I've ever visited. Toys for days! Some of the most rare collectibles can be found here. It was so crazy walking in and seeing the items they had to offer. Nice store, but nothing spectacular. Undefeated' selection might be better. In addition to kicks they have some apparel, backpacks, collectibles etc. I came in looking for a specific shoe for my hubby. I was searching and searching the store because I saw the shoe online on their website. I finally ask the staff for the shoe and show him the pic, he says "no we don't have it" I ask for another one that I saw online and again he says they don't have it. Ugh! So again I look through the store to find something that will do! I finally decide on one and make my purchase. I come back later that day with my sons because they wanted to pick out some shoes. I see the same lazy butt worker there - tall white guy with a small beard with a left sleeve. My son asks for a shoe sz, he just says "no we don't have that sz" but then sees me glaring at him and then says" oh wait, we might have it" and as it turns out, yes they did have it. He actually looked for it. But then my hubby finds the shoe I was looking for earlier that day that that same guy said they didn't have ! I grab the shoe and show it to the guy and ask for my husband's sz..again he says "no, we don't have that sz" wtf?!?! If I ever come back, I will surely NOT ask for his help as his lazy butt can't even check to see if they have the shoe sz or not. Clearly he doesn't care for any business. This shop is so cute! Somehow, whenever we come to H Mart or the shape shady place, we always have to make a stop here just to take a look. They display lots of cool toys. Expensive Batman and Ironman figures, that are so tempting to buy. If you got a spare $200 to spend. LOL. The shoe selection is really good too. The guys there are really helpful, but not pushy. And they have this cool video display that shows what the shoes look like on a big screen, as you try them on. The other clothes and goodies are like sports wear. Check it out! read more

I used to be a fan of this place. Unfortunately, the quality of service and products have gone down. First, some of the shoes I tried on looked worn with scuffs, chips, and dirty soles. Not sure, I'm assuming people walk around the stores, so that could explain it. Secondly, all the raffles seem rigid. If you do a google search you'll find many complaints that the owner has been "hooking up" his/her friends. Not surprised, the whole vibe of the store seems "homie hook-up" ambiance. I think overall they have good shoes but you'll need to inspect them before purchase. Also, they do over price by online store prices. I noticed a 10-15% premium. I'll still check out their selection, but I won't purchase unless I see a good deal, especially on damaged shoes. read more

This review is for the online process and customer service. Like other reviews here, their customer service is terrible. Ordered a pair of shoes and it had an issue with the lettering on the insoles. 2 of the letters fell off after trying the shoe on and they will not take it back. So if there's anything more serious with your shoe, well you're out of luck. Instead of being able to return the shoes, they told me to contact the manufacturer. Any other store I've been to or shopped online would have taken the shoe back and not place that problem on the customer. You also have to pay for your own returns, and if they don't accept that return, you have to pay for it to be shipped back. Glad I didn't return it without emailing first. Will never shop in the store or on their site again. read more

I'd be wary of any positive reviews. As what other people are saying, their customer service is horrendous and you may or may not get your item. I pre-ordered something from them. Received NO shipping notification and was out of town when it arrived. Unfortunately, their paranoia required a signature for the item, which again was never stated when the item was bought, and there was only ONE delivery attempt before it sat at the UPS store for a week and eventually returned back to the sender. Had Bait done BASIC customer service, they would have sent a shipping notification so I could have arranged to either have someone sign for it or pick it up. Worse yet? They offered to ship to me again for an additional $10... on what was a $400 item. At that point I'd prefer not to do business with such incompetent people that even a community college student in a Business 101 class would have addressed better. Good luck if you order from them! We have visited their booth at Comic Con last year and when we heard that they were opening a store in the LA area, we had to check it out. The vinyl toy / apparel store is located in a giant strip plaza with H-Mart, restaurants, clothing stores - thus ample free parking. Like all the other reviews say, the staff is welcoming. Floor to ceiling glass displays on both sides of the store displays vinyl toys that are both on sale and display only - ranging from Kaws, Coarse, Bait exclusives, One Piece figurines, Kubricks, etc. Their apparel includes exclusives with Street Fighter and limited Pumas and Adidas footwear. The upstairs features an art gallery, currently showcasing their recent collaboration with Street Fighter. Now, if only this store was in West LA. read more

I came here to buy my enter bay stephen curry 1/6th scale collectible, a limited edition, and they happen to have it when every other website was sold out and i couldnt find it anywhere. the guy at the store, i believe his name is dale, was great in customer service in helping me with everything and even ordering the collectible from a far away bait store and having it shipped to this location so that i wouldn't have to drive as far.
