Got done with my hike and wanted something refreshing to drink. Pull up in the plaza and was fortunate enough to see Bait as well in the same plaza! I knew that after I get my refreshment, I will come in here for some quick window shopping because I always love the art work and merchandises sold here! I made it a tradition to purchase their transformers figure pops for my son. He loves to collect them!!! A bit smaller than other bait stores I've encounter but that don't make it any less unique :) The staff were friendly and helpful. Even complimented my name and told me there is a store named Colette in France when he went. I agreed and said that's true, I know I'm pretty famous lol! Just kiddinnng I would come again if I'm ever around the area

Located in a plaza in Diamond Bar. My son wanted a Bait T-shirt, but couldn't order it online so we drove to this location to purchase it in person. There's so much eye candy for a collector. We ended up buying him two T-shirts and a pair of shoes, which he immediately put on the shirt and shoes when we got back to the car. Employees here were so very nice and helpful. My son loves this store and would come here again.

Bought a few reaction figures. The cards are them are all bent because of horrible packaging. I reached out to them telling them about the issue and they dismissed me like it was nothing. Told me they had no control over the packaging. I told him it had nothing to do with the packaging. it was the way they packed it. They just threw them in the box. One side had no cushioning... The other side had some rough paper stuffed in it. You can tell they bounced all over the place. I would have liked at least an apology. I will not be buying anything from them again

Really cool spot. I've been here twice. Was referred here by a co-worker and picked up a pair of Powder Blue lows. 2nd time coming was for the L & F drop. I've never camped out before and the system they had made it very fair for everyone. The store manager was super friendly and courteous to everyone waiting. They have all kinds of cool merch and a nice selection. I will definitely be back and refer friends and family.

I don't think this is a good place to shop at. Between the high prices, knock off low quality…read moreitems, and very unfriendly owner, you shouldn't shop here. I would give this negative stars if I could. I saw knock off Louboutin, Gucci, and Dior shoes in there. Two pair of shoes had both Gucci and Dior designs on the same shoes. The quality was subpar but they were charging $55 for knock off Gucci Wedges that only seem like emthe brand because of the logo. The silhouettes aren't anything close to those brands designs either. As for the service and unfriendliness, for context, I'm a male in his early 30s with a passion for fashion of all genders. I think fashion is a way to understand different cultures, and I don't know much about Korean culture. So after visiting the nearby goodwill I saw this store and walked over to check it out. Upon entering I could tell that it was a women's fashions store, which is totally fine. There's about 3 other female customers inside as well. I walk over to check out the shoes, and the person who seems like the owner or the person in charge there out of the 2 workers walks over eme right away and says "No men, only women clothes." I tell her that's OK, and that I'm just there to look. 20 seconds later, she asks "what size do you need?" and I tell her no size, that I'm just looking. Next I'm walking slowly around the checking out some of the clothes that they have, trying to understand what fashion trends are popular in Korea, and she's following me at the same pace, only about 5 feet from me. After her last question she ask me again a minute later "what size you need?". I tell her no size, I'm just looking. And that I was a passion for fashion. I like both men and women's fashion. She says "I don't understand, you let me know if you need size." I say OK thank you. I'm continuing walking around the store slowly taking everything in. A minute and a half later she asks "you no buy?" I try to tell her my interest and philosophy about fashion, and she says "I don't understand, I speak Korean". At this point I wise up a little bit and try to use Google Translate audio to speak to her. Again, I tell her about my passion for fashion using translated Korean and she something to the effect of "This is a business, I sell clothing here." At this point I really want her to understand why I'm in here, and as I use type out in Google translate my passion and philosophy to Korean, she starts talking fashion to her co-worker in Korean. I don't fully understand what their saying, but I do understand "Plaza security" coming from their mouths. At this point, I'm shook. I erase my message, and quickly type out that I also like women's fashion, that I'm sorry, and wish them a merry Christmas again using Google Translate. I left right after that. They seemed to ease up after that, but the unwelcoming environment, close following, and lack of making an effort to understand me made this a very hostile environment. I understand that there may be some culture differences, but I've shopped in other Korea businesses in So-Cal with no issues. I'm a pretty optimistic person, but I lost some faith in humanity after visiting this store.

Told her just looking around and she responded by telling us the store was closed, she kicked us out but after we left, allowed other people who were Asian (we were not Asian) to enter the store and shop. My work is down the street so I decided to drop in and kill some time on my lunch break. I was greeted by a friendly store associate who let me know of the discounts and specials they have going on. Fat discounts, "better than the outlets" because they're trying to move their inventory in order to carry more higher end designer brands. I proceeded to check out the polarized sunglasses (they have Ray Bans, Tom Ford, D&G, etc.) but none of the styles appealed to me. So I moved over to the clothing section. They carry Siwy denim, Joe's jeans, Free People, 100% cotton tees, yoga apparel, and so on. There's discounts on those too, and the more you buy the better % amount you get off. Then I moved over to shoes- Asked if they carried sandals (I've been looking for the perfect pair of slide sandals), and saw they carried Rainbows and Havaianas! Score. Purchased a pair of each for $49 total, what a steal. (They were half off). When you sign in on Yelp, you receive a free 7oz tin of Eva's Glow body scrub (worth $35) since they're out of Dermalogica products. The associate was very attentive and friendly, also well knowledged in everything they carry. I thought it was a bit awkward when she followed me around the store from the minute I entered, but she was so helpful. Great customer service, girl! Would definitely recommend checking this store out.

I received extremely poor customer service…read more This business had my brush jacket for a month and needed to put my 4 letter name on the back. They put the wrong name on the back of my brush jacket, and didn't tell me until I called multiple times inquiring about when my jacket would be ready for pick-up. THEN both owner Jane and side kick Jackie wanted to keep MY jacket that they ruined (it was property of my agency), and give it to the person whos name they put on it??? RATHER THAN APOLOGIZE for the mistake, they got upset with me for not giving them MY ruined jacket to give to the person whose name THEY mistakenly put on MY jacket! This behavior blew my mind. 6 months later they did replaced my jacket with a new one, so one star for that. But when the replacement arrived the owner Jane sent a manipulative email stating that I agreed to give them MY jacket that they ruined, in exchange for the replacement they agreed to order for me. This was a total lie and I have the email documentaion to prove it. Bottom line, I ended up with a ruined brush jacket and had to wait half a year (April to Sept) for them to give me a replacement. They still got upset with me for not giving them MY ruined jacket that was property of my agency, so they could give it to someone else! I will NEVER return to this store and will encourage anyone reading this to go elsewhere. Nasty attitudes from both Jane and Jackie. From my experience, they are both mean women and sadly the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.
