I called in advance to ask if I can exchange some boots I bought that I had no receipt for, and spoke to Iris. She gave me hope over the phone that I could possibly bring them in to exchange them for a size down. The boots were never worn and in mint condition. As soon as I brought them to the counter Iris was there at the counter and than states that I "needed" the shoe box, in which I didnt have. I get it, I don't have a receipt or the shoe box. But what I didn't appreciate is that she failed to mention to me that the box was "required" in order to do an exchange. If she would of told me in advance over the phone than I would have never drove down to the store in the first place. I even told her before I left that I wish she would of told me over the phone, and this woman had the audacity to say "you didn't tell me you didn't have the shoe box". Thank you for wasting my time and my gas. read more

Good place to shop story has great shoes lots of gear and accessories 130 New Year's Day some of the staff is friendly I would say half-and-half but what gets me is two guys were standing around at the front desk just talking laughing making jokes of people when they come in and nobody was watching them I asked one of them for the key to the restroom he told me it was not working which I believe is not to be true stop talking so much and do some work I'm sure this company is not paying you to stand around checking your phone. After explaining to the assistant about my bad experience in north Hollywood and how they did not order the right shoe the guy did not even acknowledge me nor did he even care about the fact that I had to drive from noho just to pick up some shoes that weren't even the one I had paid for . He literally pushed my shoes aside and started helping other customers with out even helping with my order. Do not come here if you want to be mistreated and also fyi I come from the customer service industry and this is not how you treat your loyal customers let alone any customer! The most terrible customer service here! I bought some black vans for my son here, as you can see in the photos I uploaded the shoes went to shit less then 2 weeks of buying them! I went to speak to the manager and the stupid fat bitch with glasses and blonde hair told me she will be in Friday all day from morning to afternoon, I show up Friday around noon and nope no manager! They did not accept the shoes back without a receipt, I tried to take my bank statement to show proof of purchase and still no! I had a very bad experience in this store. I came to this store to return some shoes and the gentleman at the register had bad attitude. Then some lady was standing behind me then he told her the line is not here and he pointed at the location so she can to there and wait her turn. The lady apologized and said I didn't know I had to make a line there. Then he responded it always has been there and rolled his eyes. So I asked the gentleman a question he ignored me. So if he thinks he is the biggest sh** he shouldn't work there. By the way he is not good looking either. He treats older people like sh**. Honey you will get in our age someday. I always buy shoes for my kids from this store and I never had a problem. But I recently bought some Chuck Taylor Converse for my daughter and the metal shoe lace hole rings came off. I took the shoes back and I was interrogated by the manager as if I was a criminal. She was puffing and huffing and kept looking at the shoe. She then said she would let it slide this time (as if I had done this before) This for some shoes that I was going to exchange for the same exact thing!! Lady in the front was on her phone FaceTiming & laughing instead of helping customers & when you do ask her for help she just calls on the microphone to get someone else to do the hard work. Very friendly. However, their employees need to be trained on their policy. I had a coupon code with no bar code and asked a employee if I could use it and she she said I could. I would give this a zero star rating if I could. Horrible customer service. I went in today to purchase some shoes and the security guard followed me as if I was a delinquent. I got very bothered and asked that why was he following me if I wasn't stealing. Just because I have a tattoo he thought I was going to steal something. I felt horrible. Horrible experience!!!! I had to return some shoes I had bought from pico unfortunately look like they were worn so I wanted to return them I live in Pomona for now and purchased these in pico. The Pomona store was so rude denied my return even though I had the receipt . ( only reason I tried Pomona because it was down the street from me) the rude female supervisor supposedly supervisor automatically shut me down and said it wasn't her store and I have to call the other manager Ernesto who kept rejecting my calls and never returned my call. She said her phone didn't have out bound calls ( what phone doesn't call out bound !!!). So I called the pico store and spoke to Anna explained the situation she was so helpful and nice, without any hesitation she gladly accepted my return and gave me a discount for my drive and inconvenience!!! She was amazing!!! Because of her service I would rather drive to pico then deal with lazy supervisors in Pomona!!! read more

Came in 40 minutes before their closing because we happened to pass by and saw the coupon on yelp ($10 off $50) so my bf and I checked it out. I have small feet for my age: size 4 - 4.5 women's at 21 years old so it's very hard for me to find shoes that fit and aren't covered in butterflies, etc. I've been meaning to buy workout/running shoes for awhile but the price was never right for me. With the discount, I was able to buy kids shoes that looked identical to the adult sizes at a fraction of the cost. They even had more options than I expected from a small store! The employees were super helpful and friendly and I never felt overwhelmed or unsure because a lady there was extremely attentive. She even joked about my small size which made me feel comfortable with her but not to the point of being too much.
