Huge fan of Bagel Time! Their bagels are fresh and hearty, their cream cheese flavors are well balanced with a ton of variety (LOVE the scallion bacon one), and they make great sandwiches! Customer service is friendly and they work hard to keep the flow going during super busy hours. Appreciate them a ton and love what they add to the neighborhood!

The bagels are always a hit here! Bagel time is a cute little spot located along the Park Ave strip. I usually order the Tunacado or the Super Nova. Both are great options and always filled with content. Service can be a little slow sometimes but that's the downsides of having a busy popular bagel spot!

Some of the delicious jalapeno bagels, seal in a plastic container to keep them soft longer !

We moved away from Worcester so we were forced to switch to NY bagel factory, welp it's just not the same! We find ourselves driving to Worcester to pick up the jalapenos cheddar bagels, they are delicious and incomparable with what NY bagel factory has. The new location is really nice! Definitely a much better location than older building from before.

They stop serving before they're closed! Yesterday I was told I to buy a bagel and TUB of cream cheese to make it myself at home. Lost a loyal weekly customer

Ever since I moved away from Worcester, I've missed Bagel Time! I'm so happy I got a chance to come back. My favorite thing to get is the jalapeño cheddar bagel with scallion cream cheese. There can be a bit of a wait on weekends, but there are also parks nearby to walk around in while you wait. The parks are also perfect spots to have a picnic with your bagel too! This bagel place will always be one of my favorites.

New location updated interior same great food. It's a must visit local shop. Friendly staff too

Good morning bagel w/ no meat, added hashbrown

The new location is amazing! The lines are always long (because they're so great!), but no complaints since the service is hard working. The bagels are always amazing and tasty. Plus everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely a fave for bagels in Worcester.

They had recently moved to a new location within the last year and by far it's a very clean look. All their cream cheese and bagels are homemade which are all very enjoyable. My personal favorite is the cheddar jalapeños and scallion, bacon cream cheese. They have a variety of flavors that you can from. It is relatively quick to order, and service is nice however, their line system sometimes can be disorganized as people just kind of stand around once they're done ordering rather than move aside to the seating areas especially when it's peak hours.

Breaded, not grilled frozen chicken patty

I ordered a grilled chicken blt. What I got was a breaded chicken patty like you find in the freezer section of the grocery store and a tomato end that was mostly skin. The bagel was tasty and the avocado was a nice touch but this was not the quality I expect from Bagel Time and I waited 20 minutes to get it.

Came here on a Thursday morning around 11am. None of the bagels were in the baskets but there is a sign that says all the bagels are actually kept in the back. They were out of a couple flavors though by the time I went. The place is relatively clean, just a little cluttered. There was no seating other than a couple of chairs were you could sit to wait for your food, but no tables present. I found the cashier to be a little rude: she just seemed to be a bit short with me and while I was ordering would also stop and talk to either an employee or another customer which made ordering a little confusing. I got a half dozen bagels to go and a jalapeño cheddar bagel with scallion cream cheese. It was a good size and a great bagel. Not too hard on the outside, which I like since it makes it harder to eat. The food is great but the service is alright.

Great food and decent prices. I had the balsamic chicken bagel and would definitely get it again.

Probably the most saltiest locks I've ever had. I suggest a smoked salmon instead of salty salmon.

She was working like a well-oiled machine. I couldn't even keep track of my own order, I dunno how she handled five at a time! I asked the nice lady which sandwich she liked and could recommend, and she suggested the turkey with bacon and swiss melt, so I went with it. It didn't disappoint. Quintessential diner fare, done right. I have to admit though, looking around at other plates. Why the heck didn't I get breakfast? Wakey wakey, I love eggs and bacey. I think you will certainly not regret taking advantage of the all-day breakfast. You may not think it, but there *is* an artform to executing diner brekkie right, and it would appear that Kim delivers. I overheard her talking about the development plans just behind the diner. You guessed it. Ugly cardboard condos! I think the diner will survive the onslaught of development and gentrification, but just in case... you better visit soon, because you don't know what you got 'til it's gone.

My partner went savory with a Philly steak & cheese omelette plus homemade corned beef hash that honestly deserves its own Yelp page. My only gripe? I like my hot chocolate super chocolatey, and this one leaned more on the watery side for my taste. Come hungry, leave in a food coma. I'll be back.

You'd be forgiven for walking past without a second look, assuming it's just another mom and pop breakfast and lunch joint. One doing a brisk takeout business for the neighboring businesses and likely not a place you'd try for more upscale fare. You'd be wrong! Beyond the admittedly dated decor and past the countertop service of dinner standards is a kitchen that turns out food that hits well above its weight. With a daily list of specials that would do most $50 a plate restaurants proud expect to have your first impressions blown away. Haddock cooked with a very Mediterranean mix of artichokes, olives, onions, and cherry tomato's in a lemon/butter/ fish stock, Jambalaya done wet in the traditional New Orleans style with house made creol seasoning, a shrimp and veg stir fry with Bok Choy served uniquely with fat fettuccine noodles in the house made broth. All spectacularly good, all incredibly under priced! A word about the wine list: there is none! Far better, it's BYOB with food that justifies pulling your better bottles. Perfect. Don't spread this around, but the daily lunch specials mirror the by reservation only dinner menu...for half the price. In sum, Theater Cafe far exceedes expectations and delivers a remarkable value. You come here for the food, not for the ambiance, perfect service, to be seen by the right people, or God forbid because some snooty food critic deigned to give it 5 stars. It's a place Michelin will never review and we should all be greatful for that.
