I had to start coming here, my beloved Bagel Me, Sugar Me, and First Class Pizza closed for good 2 days ago. :( Same owner and bagels here but it's just a bagel place. They are very good, soft but with a chewy skin so you know they are actually boiled like they are supposed to be. My suggestion would be that the toppings are are the bottom too so you essentially get 2 tops but you can't be picky in a bagel desert. Fantastic unsweetened tropical iced tea!! Staff is so rude! Overpriced And the lady behind counter who made my bagel sandwiches was COUGHING on my food while she was preparing it I called to speak to manager when I got home bc I was too embarrassed to say anything in the store. I ended up not eating it bc not only was she coughing- she was using her bare hands - touching everything before she made my food I spoke with Alicen & she said she will tell manager. When I spoke to manager he just said "I'm sorry, we had a few problems that day" that's it..... I'm so very sad. This place has been out favorite bagel spot for years. Today, the bagels were thinner than a slice of bread, we simply ordered bagel with onion tomato and lox. They put a slice of tomato that was rotten (easily avoidable) and were much less than generous with the lid that I paid a lot of money for. What happened to you bagel me? read more

This place has a huge issue with keeping regular business hours, let alone adhering to their own. Bagel me is more often than not closed well before the posted time. The service is subpar at best. I myself have not experienced anything terrible, but my family has reported the staff "acting like they're doing you a favor". I've come here my whole life, and it's sad to see the direction this bagel me branch is going. Hopefully they get some new management soon before they run out of customers willing to give them a chance. The only saving grace to this place is their cheeseburger. Wow, Bagel Me. What an unforgettable experience... ...if you're into being completely ignored by not just one, but two women at the counter. Truly, it was an impressive display of indifference. I mean, how often do you get the pleasure of standing at a register, making direct eye contact with the staff, and still being treated utter disregard? It's almost an art form, really. The contempt they showed was almost admirable in its consistency. They didn't even bother with the courtesy of a simple acknowledgment--no "I'll be right with you" or even a nod. Just pure, unfiltered disregard. Keep in mind that neither one of them was doing anything. One had just finished operating possibly the loudest mixer on the planet, packed up the order and handed it to the only other person at the frond counter. She looked directly at me, and then turned and walked away. The other was just walking back and forth like a badly programmed robot. It's a shame, really. This place used to be a bagel shop with AWESOME bagels that treated customers well, served food with a smile, and actually seemed to care about the people walking in the door. But those days are clearly gone. ...And the kicker? They want nearly $15 for a bagel melt - and they also expect a TIP for this stellar disservice. The audacity is truly something to behold. This is mine and my husband's favorite spot to go to for a good bagel. It was one of our first breakfast date spots too, haha. We enjoy how customizable your order can be. Plus lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The location is great for finding parking and you're nearby a lot of other local shops to check out. Service is always good to us and fairly quick. read more

Service was super sweet and really fast. They had everything checked out and everything correct. There are super fast workers Who are also super sweet. The bagels were delicious I have not had a poppyseed bagel in forever and I usually get them from the store but these are definitely better quality than a grocery store bagel. I also got the razzle-dazzle instead of a coffee and I honestly don't regret it. There's so much flavor and it's like a punch of flavor in your mouth it was SO good. The chairs and everything outside were a little off balance which was the only annoying thing but other than that there's tons of seating inside and out. I have no idea why I keep returning to this place. I should just buy the bagels and make the sandwich myself. My exact order- a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese, add tomato and cucumber and sandwich it. No open face. This is what I get. A total of 6 pathetic slices of cucumber and thrown into a box. This is my girlfriend's favorite place for bagels and I've gone along with her once before but this was my first time actually trying their bagels. They were nearly out of most of the popular flavors by the time it was early afternoon but everything still looked very fresh. I ordered their original bagel with strawberry cream cheese. After about 2-3 minutes, our orders were delivered to our table. The bagel is a nice big size, plenty to fill you up. Wasn't a big fan of their strawberry cream cheese, as I was expecting something more sweeter. However, very good bagel for the price. The workers were awesome as usually no hate to them but the old guy walking around is rude and disrespectful to me and my friends. He came up to us and accused us of just hanging out inside when we were waiting for our food and told us we had to leave and I said I was waiting and he went to make a joke about my attitude which I didn't find funny but I did find it to be really rude of him I had to leave the restaurant. Wow this place has poor reviews. I stopped by after the post office for a bagel. I chose the berry bagel lightly toasted with medium cream cheese. This was communicated to the preparer. Also had cold brew with some milk in it, it was good better than Starbucks. my bagel was also good I'm trying to avoid too much carb but I finished it. if you're in the area it's a decent spot for your bagel cravings.
