THIS IS THE BEST BAGEL SPOT IN ORANGE COUNTY!!!!! 10/10. I genuinely love this place with my whole heart. I've been coming here for almost 3 years now, and it's something I always look forward to. Every single person who works here is amazing, the service is consistently great, and the food never disappoints. The bagels are always fresh, the cream cheese is incredible, and the quality truly matches the price. Honestly, I've probably spent enough here to fund a small economy, and I don't regret a single dollar. Bad day? Bagel. Running late to work? Still time for a bagel. Picking something up for my staff? Bagels. Hungover and not feeling great? BAGEL. It's rare to ever have a bad experience here. They're delicious, reliable, and 100% worth every penny I've spent. read more

This was our first time going to Bagel Me in Tustin and I will admit it was just ok. We usually go to Bagel Me in Orange and I felt like the bagels are a little bigger and the hole in the middle is smaller to hold the toppings. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean but we were sad about the bagels. I got a sausage egg and cheese but didn't know it was sausage links and not the patty and I wanted a jalapeno cheese bagel but I guess they mixed up the bagels with my BF and I got his onion bagel and get got my jalapeno with his bacon egg and cheese. We also recommend putting cream cheese in the bagel. We started with no cream cheese and I went back in to order some because the bagel had no flavor. I went with the chive cream cheese and it helped a lot! Overall it was just ok. read more

This used to be the best bagels in all the land. Literally for decades. I stopped in last weekend and they were hockey pucks. Did somebody buy this business and trash it? read more

I loathe this place. I've tried so hard, for so many years, so many visits, to give it a 3rd, 4th, 10th chance. But I am finally done with Bagel Me. I used to cherish the Turkey/Bacon/Swiss but after visiting yesterday, it's time to say a final "good bye". First, the place is just depressing. It's poorly lit and the staff members just don't give a darn. They're so disinterested it almost seems rude, but you realize they have checked-out. They had two bagels left in the entire place yesterday at 11:15AM. Two!!??? and the staff member (18-22yr old guy with dark hair), was just living in an alternate universe with this smirk on his face and slurred speech. We actually ended up leaving and going to Wahoos. Bagel Me - you've ruined a good thing. Time go close your eyes and drift off to restaraunt heaven. read more

I ordered through door dash on here 3 passion mangos and 2 orange All our drinks taste the same this is super disappointing. Doesn't taste like pinneapple , NOTHING JUST ORANGE read more

Extremely overpriced and burnt bagels. Worse than fast food quality. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Yum! This place was so much more than I had even expected. I was dog sitting in tested for a friend and wanted a bagel so decided to look it up on yelp and found this place. When you walk in it's huge lots of open floor space. Lots of tables with chairs. The counter was pretty huge. I'll admit and the service was really really really fast. I got a cheddar jalapeño bagel with cheddar jalapeño cream cheese and it was nice and melted. It was really good. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area. read more

$43 (plus a $2 tip) for two egg, cheddar, bacon bagels, one medium coffee, and one medium fountain drink. That's beyond ridiculous. Most bagel shops are about half that price for the same items. Won't be back anytime soon!! read more

Overall a very good bagel, nice and toasty bun, cheesy and the bacon is crispy. Crunchy bites and delicious. Definitely would come back again to try out more items from the menu. And the Orange juice is a 10/10 very refreshing and tasty flavor if I'm not mistaken it's homemade. read more

Not sure if it is my childhood nostalgia paired with the delicious bagels, but Bagel Me! is hands down my favorite bagel store in OC! I think their bagels are the perfect chewy texture, but are also soft and fresh baked. They have tons of flavors of bagels, and are equally as yummy. I usually get a bagel toasted with cream cheese and it's perfection. Also, they have delicious smoothies that are amazing as well. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious, and a nice place to relax and enjoy your bagels. I've always been impressed with the friendly and quick service as well. Love me some Bagel Me! and is always worth the trip!!! read more

We just came at 10:00 2-27 Friday and there Was no assortment of bagels. Additionally the last few times we have gotten bagels they are so skinny and have a huge hole in the middle and you can't put anything on them. They are also super hard to cut in half and tough. Bagel Me in Tustin is not what it used to be. Albertsons makes way better bagels for the price. We have been going there for years and we are DONE! read more

Excellent service and Bagels! Workers are very courteous and helpful. Coffee is fresh and hot.

I came here this morning and was sitting down to eat, but then I saw a customer grabbing the bagels with his bare hands. He didn't do it just once; he had about a dozen bagels. I've never felt so disgusted thinking that a random customer's hands have probably touched my bagel. It makes me nauseous just thinking about it. The format for getting your own bagels needs to change. This is not the only location I've seen this happen. It's revolting. read more

Hate to give shit to a bagel place. But damn. The price is insane and the quality is not that good. I got three dozen bagels with cream cheese on the side for $97. That's insane unless the bagels are out of this world which they were not. And they are not doing bakers dozens which is also kind of odd. read more

Bagel Me! is a good spot for breakfast or even lunch. There's plenty of parking, which makes it super convenient. The portions are generous and you definitely won't leave hungry! The bagels are fresh, and they have got a good variety of sandwiches and breakfast options. The service is nice and friendly, and overall a pretty laid back vibe. read more

I am giving this place 2 stars for the customer service only. I used to go to Bagel Me in Anaheim Hills so being town I thought I'd try this place while visiting family. Sorry to say, was not impressed. I got a salt bagel with Lox Cream Cheese. The bagel only had 6 specks of salt and the lox cream cheese was not good. The cream cheese was was watery and did not taste like lox. It was spread very thin, and I could see the bagel under the cream cheese, even though I did have mine toasted for that very reason. The coffee was weak... which ruined the whole experience for me. I was so bummed and sad to say I will not go back to this place.... I hope this business can get some pointers from their counterparts in Anaheim Hills. read more

Not impressed. As a longtime customer, lately they are understaffed and a very limited selection of items. Front cashier, only one is stuck answering the phone, not attending to instore customers. read more

The bagels are good, the coffee is hot, but prices have gone up significantly. I used to pay just a few months ago $7 and change for a bagel and coffee. Just came in today and it went from that to $9 and change. It's absolutely ridiculous! I have been coming here for years and I've kept coming back but this time I think I will say goodbye to this place. The prices for the food is just way to high for something you can get at a Denys or even at home for less. Prices are higher than ever!! read more

Ok, look, is this place outdated on the inside? Yes. However, they have a great selection of bagels that aren't gigantic or too small. My favorite is their glazier bagel, which is like a cinnamon sugar bagel. This, toasted with plain cream cheese is absolutely divine. And for $5, it's a perfect breakfast option. I haven't ordered anything else so I can't comment on the other reviews/experiences. I go in person and choose my bagel, or call ahead and have my order placed for pick up, which it's always ready when I get there. The staff is always smiling and friendly too. read more

I tried the plain cream cheese on a sesame seed bagel. The flavor and bagel it self was awesome but the spread was liquid. I was trying to enjoy my bagel in the car but I couldn't. It almost seem like sour cream, dripping out of my bagel. read more

I ordered a lox bagel and it tasted very plain- the bagel could've tasted better if there was lemon pepper or at least put it on the side. The bagel chips and baked apple sauce thing was not my favorite at all. The bagel drips was very dry (or is it supposed to be dry?) and I'm not sure how fresh the baked apple sauce was. Also, this bagel me location needs some serious updates- it looks very depressing and needs remodeling. I also I couldn't stop staring at the ceiling ventilator- it looked kind of dirty. But again, I'm guessing this is probably a very old location. But as far as customer service, the service was fast and the employees seem to be nice with their customers. The cashier was very patient with me while I was deciding my order especially after changing my decision twice- thank you for your patience again! read more

I normally don't write reviews, but this place was GOD AWFUL. The bagel we had were disgusting. Soggy, no flavor, and had a putrid aftertaste. And, I can't even get a refund. I recommend no person comes here for any type of consumption. read more

I've always enjoyed a good bagel; the other day I stopped off here to enjoy a quick breakfast and the bagels they serve turned out to be excellent! Comparing the bagels served here to other bagel places in OC, Bagel Me's are first tier for freshness and taste. Service is fast and friendly, and the atmposphere is casual. I ordered a breakfast bagel with egg, sausage and cheese for today, and got a couple of bagels to enjoy at home later in the week. The breakfast bagel was delicious! I ate every last bite, and look forward to enjoying the other bagels at home :-) read more

Awful and should be -5 stars!! Premade frozen eggs, cold ham and a glob of tasteless cheese on a not even close to everything bagel. Ive had better breakfast at a gas station. This place jumped the shark some time ago. Seriously, it's depressing to even visit as it's dimly lit interior, malfunctioning TV's (used to display the menu), single functioning speaker playing scratchy music from some obscure Pandora channel, and the staff who seem disinterested aside from chatting among themselves. You even have to prepay for any phone orders, "its the rule"! For a $2.95 bagel? Bagel Me needs to go "Bagel Bye". read more

I've only ever ordered DoorDash from here. Three times from the Orange location and twice from this Tustin location. Normally the food's pretty good with decent portions but today didn't hit the mark. My go-to is the cranberry turkey bagel sandwich and I get those with the cinnamon baked chips with the apple sauce on the side. The first time I ever tried this meal, I had fallen in love. Everything was perfect and you could tell the food was fresh. However today, there didn't seem to be enough of anything. Wasn't nearly enough cranberry sauce, seemed a bit skimpy on the turkey, lettuce, and the cinnamon baked chips. The worst part had to be the apple sauce though. It's usually a nice consistency and really yummy but today it seemed like they just grabbed it out of a fridge and there was one huge lump of apple chunk in there that I couldn't *dip* into with my chips. Might have to just get food from the Orange location from now on. read more

This place has gone down hill as their prices go up. Been going here for 20 plus years and my recent experience/ purchase will be my last. Something has changed with the quality of their bagels. They were once softer, fresher and fuller. Now they are thinner, flatter and tough to cut. Hard to chew as well, like an over cooked steak. Not very good and my final tab for a dozen with cream cheese jumped to $31.00 bucks. Outrageous. You've lost me Bagel Meh ! read more

I have not been to Bagel Me in over a year. I use to go there regularly. They were always a bit pricey, but their bagels were worth it. I went in earlier this week and they have definitely gone downhill. I bought four bagels and three of them were not fresh. The veggie cream cheese was not as good as it use to be (less flavor full). Since it had been a while, I checked the menu on their website before going in. They charged me more than the prices posted on their own website (which I think is illegal). When I mentioned it, I was told "we haven't updated that" (and oh well, too bad Mr. Customer). So basically, the quality of their food went down and their prices went up. It's great that on the middle of all this COVID-19 thing going on business are trying and working hard to stay open. But I believe that because of this every business have to put a 110% more attention to details, we got there before a few other customers (6 at least) but we ended leaving last with bagels kind of cold and soft instead of hot and toasty. We have seen this in a few business so please put more attention to this details specially during this pandemic. read more

Staff is asleep and don't want to be here. They appear not to be trained. The place could use a deep clean and some new paint. It's like the are doing the bare minimum. The bagel did not seem fresh. The biggest problem is that the cream cheese was totally melted and turned into liquid. It literally was running off the bagel. I've never seen this in all my years of eating bagels. They even forgot the capers on the lox bagel. I hope they can make some improvements. read more

I really don't know why anyone comes to bagel me!. The bagels are OK, the service is slow, the inside of the store needs updating, and in comparison to other bagel places they're super expensive. I was jonesing for a everything bagel with heavy lox spread and a 16 oz coffee. They didn't have everything bagels but they did have everything cheese bagels so I got that with my heavy lox spread and my coffee. The total was $11 change! I can get the exact same order at East Coast bagels in Irvine For $7. My order was served open faced in a Styrofoam container and they didn't include napkins. Thank God I had the forethought grab some before I left without even checking the bag. The bagel left me wanting and not feeling like my Jones had been fulfilled.
