Terrible/chaotic ordering/delivery system split between the 2 sides of the restaurant. Even more chaotic if you ordered using the app. Multiple times ordered through the app it gives a time estimate, I've arrived and waiting for my order and it turns it it was done well before the estimate and was just sitting there behind the counter. There's shelves for to go orders but they never seem to be utilized, unless they are for doordash only and not for people who order through the app. Also, don't seem very proactive in refilling the coffee or popular bagels. Always plenty of raisin bagels, but running out of plain, or pretzel, or something else. Not only were the bagels disappointing, but the staff clearly need additional training. I ordered two simple bagels prepared by the employee with a crown tattoo behind her ear. Both orders were missing ingredients, and the instructions provided were not followed. What made the experience even worse was her response when the mistakes were brought to her attention. Rather than apologizing or taking ownership, she acted condescendingly, as if I were somehow responsible for the errors. She then treated remaking the order as an inconvenience and pushed it aside, making it clear that correcting her mistake was not a priority. Used to be a regular here and came back hoping things had improved. Unfortunately they haven't. We walked in to no greeting for about 3 minutes, then waited another 2 just to place our order. The staff were moving at a pace that had nothing to do with the 'high volume of orders' excuse we were given. There was no line when we walked in. On top of that the trash was overflowing, which says a lot about the overall attention to detail at this location. The food was a letdown too. My farmhouse had barely any spread, almost dry. The chai came out completely unmixed, sweetener sitting at the bottom, milk on top, zero effort put into the drink before it hit the table. This wasn't a one time visit. I've given this location multiple chances hoping for improvement and it just hasn't come. At this point it feels less like an off day and more like a culture and work ethic issue at this specific location. Customers pile up in the pickup area - confused, having questions, waiting too long for their orders, and staff does not update customers on wait times, refuses to make eye contact with waiting customers knowing they have questions. They also have a pick up area for online orders but don't use that area. I waited 15 minutes for a bagel that I ordered online that was sitting behind the counter the entire time. I kept trying to flag down staff and was continuously ignored. Tables seem to not been cleaned often, restroom doors look like they haven't been wiped down in years. We got Noah's bagels for breakfast today. I had a half of the blueberry one and a half of cinnamon raisin, I think. I didn't taste the cinnamon flavor since someone cut off the top but I can see raisins at the bottom so I took it since I like cinnamon raisin bagel. I ordered an egg white supreme with turkey sausage and avocado. It was good, better than most bagel chains. I ordered Noah's NY Bagels for a business meeting at 7am, to be ready for 9am pick up. They had their Baker's Dozen Box ($18.99) that comes with 13 bagels and 2 shmears or the Two Dozen Bagels with Shmear ($40.79). It would have been cheaper and more bagels for 2 orders of the Baker's Dozen Box, but I preferred the presentation of the Two Dozen Bagels with Shmear for the purpose of a vendor gift. Per their website, the Two Dozen Bagels with Shmear comes with 24 classic bagels: 4 plain, 4 sesame, 4 asiago, 4 blueberry, 4 cinnamon raisons, 4 chocolate chips, 2 tubs of plain shmear, 1 garden veggie shmear and a strawberry shmear. When I arrived after the pick up time they were NOT READY. My order hasn't even been partially put together. They told me they were out of asiago and blueberry... When I asked what they do have, the girl was like shrug. Now they're making me LATE for my meeting. I told them to put together whatever they had to get me to 2 dozens. They were soooooo slowwwww. I watched them put together my order with absolutely no urgency. The order I wanted at 9:00am dragged on so late, I didn't get back on the road until 9:17am. I was honestly better off going a little out of my way and picking up Einsteins, or some donuts from Krispy Kremes. What I witnessed while waiting for order was crazy! A man and his very pregnant wife had an order ahead. He came in and asked if it was ready and the lady said not yet. He said I'm gonna go wait outside with my wife. 5 minutes later it was ready and 2 of the workers yelled his name. He was outside and one of the workers said pretty loudly' "I'm not bringing this outside to him, he can come get it" and then slammed the bagel down on the table. The place was packed so we sat down and waited. Watching the staff in the kitchen prepare the orders it looked like they really needed a more efficient assembly line to prepare their orders faster. These are just really terrible bagels with a staff that doesn't know how to prepare them. The bagels have the consistency of bread rolls. They are very pale and don't have much flavor. A well toasted everything bagel with light butter should be a religious experience. There have been numerous studies done by companies like Starbucks that show people will return on a daily basis to stores with great service and hospitality. I walked in at 10:30am and it was busy! You will be waiting 1/2 hour during the rush hours, but it's so worth it if you're getting a full meal. I had no problem waiting in anticipation of my very first savory experience here. The item that caught my eye the most on the menu was the Chorizo Sunrise Bagel Sandwich on jalapeño bread. This thing was so good with their spread and a perfect amount of spice. I was ecstatic to see that the orange juice they serve actually has pulp! Not many places offer that. Lacked personal attention. The sandwich maker called my name when the sandwich was ready. I was seated 8 feet from her and I replied "over here." She still put my sandwich at the other end of the counter. When I asked if she could hand it to me she replied "just a second" and walked away. She didn't come back for nearly a minute. As she turned her back and walked away, I knew she wasn't going to do anything. I got up and picked up the sandwich. When she returned she did not say anything. This is a missed opportunity for this establishment to make the personal connection and show their customers that they actually care. Over the past six months, I've watched this Noah's Bagels location decline significantly. The morning staff appear overwhelmed and unable to manage the rush. To say this location is understaffed is an understatement. I placed an online order at 8:03 a.m. and waited 45 minutes before requesting a refund. I was told my order was "being worked on." When I asked why additional staff weren't scheduled for peak hours, an employee said management and corporate will not hire more people. During the nearly hour-long wait, multiple customers yelled at staff and at least six people left out of frustration. If hiring more employees isn't an option, you need to better support the team you have. When orders exceed a reasonable production time (10+ minutes), there should be a system to pause all online platforms (including Noah's, Grubhub, UberEats, etc.). Had that been in place, I wouldn't have been able to order--but I also wouldn't have stood there for nearly an hour expecting my order to be next. Unfortunately, the staff now seem resigned to the daily frustration from customers, which speaks to a larger operational issue. Noah generally puts out great products but the customer experience isn't what it can be. The staff is great but they're drowning. Help them! read more

Some of our favorite bagels! I order online for the promotions and always have my bagels sliced and ready to go. They provide freezer bags upon request and if you are a rewards member, you get free iced or hot coffee with your app order (one promo per order). We usually arrive and ask them to toast two of the bagels we ordered and then sit and enjoy with the schmear that comes with the baker's dozen. The staff is friendly and they are always polite and ready to help. The only thing I've suggested is to offer free dairy free milk options at the condiments section. Even if you ask, they will usually state there is a charge ($1.75 from the last time I paid, which is way too high for a splash of non dairy creamer). I come here to get the dozen box to feed my team at work. I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes typically even with a drink order. I would say that jalapeño cheese is the best one followed by the everything bagel. They also have a good selection of sandwiches with egg and ham. The iced macchiato is really good. The service was okay but I got no greeting and took a while to get my food even though there was no one else in the store. I got the chorizo avocado sunrise and the quality of the food was very low. The Asiago bagel I got was ok, definitely felt a little old and chewy. I watched the avocado be scooped from a pre-packaged plastic container so it was not fresh at all. It was hard and had no flavor. The chorizo patty was super oily and had also had zero flavor. I couldn't bring myself to eat the other half of the bagel. I would never come back here.
