If you're looking for a solid bagel spot - especially if you miss the east coast - this is not it. Bagel is small in size, the inner bread consistency is not airy, cream cheese in a melted consistency which you wouldn't expect. Expensive for what you get.

Egg, Jack, Avocado & Tomato Melt (A Best Seller)
Shandi C.

I got the egg, jack, avocado, and tomato melt. I added chipotle sauce and it was really good! I had it made into a sandwich instead but either way it would have been great. The apples that come with the melt were good, it tasted like apple sauce but might be better a little warmer than cold. Will be back to try something else! Service was great. It's a spot in the corner. Walking distance from my house and will be back when having another morning walk.

Dirty and broken bagel storage the handles are so dirty. Nobody cleans them on the daily with a five dollar bagel

Assuming that you're paying for a five dollar bagel you would expect the place to be more cleaner. Front door was extremely dirty. Hasn't been cleaned for years and when I entered to get a bagel where they store the bagels handles are dirty. The plastic coverings are dirty and broken so much dust filthy I would never ever buy or eat from this place. Health department needs to pay them a visit service is absolutely terrible. You have to wait to get a toasted bagel with butter for 15 minutes. Do not eat here. Dirty place awful employees.

Egg, Jack, Avocado & Tomato Melt on a wheat bagel.

Bagel Me is a very cozy and cute bagel shop at the circle of Orange. I loved their extensive menu of drinks, bagel options, and food items. I ordered their egg, jack, avocado, and tomato melt on a wheat bagel. It was really good; however, it was $16 which was a bit on the pricier side. Their ingredients were fresh and I liked the melted cheese on top of the egg. I really enjoyed their blended vanilla coffee drink. It was not too sweet and had just the right amount of vanilla and coffee. The shop actually has a lot of space and seating inside. They also have outside seating. Their service was great and the food came out pretty quickly. I'd love to come back to try more items such as their smoothies.

Tuna Sandwich.

I was looking for a quick bite and happened to see this restaurant as I was walking. I ordered the tuna with everything bagel, which was delicious! The service was pretty quick, and the vibe was friendly. The food is pricey, but tasty.

Everything bagel (toasted) with chive schmear, lox, red onion, tomato and capers.

My bagel came out exactly as ordered and everything tasted very fresh. The restaurant is tucked away in a roundabout and has indoor or outdoor seating. It is very clean and the menu offers plenty of choices for breakfast or lunch.

We love coming to Bagel me in the mornings for a yummy and quick breakfast. I really annoy their fresh squeezed OJ, too. It's nice to grab something and eat outside in the patio area and watch the circle. My husband and I usually get the cheese everything and cheese onion bagels. They are *chefs kiss* so good. You can either have them there, or you can grab some to go for your week! The staff here is very friendly and attentive. I give 4 stars because it is a little bit pricey in my opinion. Around $18 for two bagels with cream cheese and an OJ.

Okay so 5 stars for the bagels but minus a star for everything else. The eggs and bacon that came on my open face egg bagel were just strange. Maybe premade egg and a fake tasting baked apple thing. Sadly I forgot to take photos. However, the place is called Bagel Me is the bagels were bomb and massive! The bagel chips were amazing too. I would purchase those if I went back again too. They came with my boyfriends bagel me club. Also had fresh bagel smell when you walked in and friendly staff. Honestly order the basics and you won't be disappointed. If it was advertised as something else (not bagel shop) I would probably have given 3 but seriously the bagels make it 4.5 however that is not an option. I will be back to try more bagels and all the cream cheeses!

I ordered their Topa Topa Burger, Okonami fries and a Dr Pepper to drink. We sat outside on the patio since it was a nice evening at the time. All our food came out pretty quickly and around the same time as we had ordered one after the other. My burger was delicious! All their burgers here are made from wagyu meat. Mine came with sliced avocado (pretty much half of an avocado) which was ripe, smooth and creamy. It also came with crunchy onion strings and their special Topa Topa sauce and of course some kewpie mayo and shredded cabbage. The cabbage was super crunchy and fresh. The buns were super soft and toasted perfectly. The fries were alright. The Okonamiyaki style was unique and the toppings were tasty. My Dr Pepper was a little too sweet, maybe it was more syrup than carbonated water. Overall the burgers here were great! I also got an order for my boyfriend later that night. Ordering to go was super easy. My boyfriend devoured his Spicy Miso burger. Service here was great as well. Would come back for the burgers!

I wanted to share some comprehensive feedback regarding a recent experience, aiming to highlight both your successes and areas where further refinement could elevate the customer journey even further. First and foremost, I must commend your team for their exceptional warmth and hospitality. From my initial phone call to the moment I picked up my order, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This level of customer service, which often feels lacking in many establishments today, truly sets American Grub apart. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience, and I sincerely hope this commitment to friendliness remains a cornerstone of your operation. However, I encountered a couple of points that, in my personal opinion, warrant consideration for improvement. Regarding the payment process, I felt a degree of apprehension about providing my credit card details over the phone. While I understand the operational need to secure orders and prevent potential losses, particularly for larger transactions, for a single item like my bacon cheeseburger, priced at $17.24 including tax, this practice felt somewhat disproportionate. I also noted the 99-cent fee for online payments, which, while minor, might deter some customers who are seeking convenience without additional charges. Perhaps exploring alternative secure payment links for phone orders or adjusting the fee structure for smaller transactions could enhance customer comfort and streamline the process. My primary concern, however, arose upon returning home. Despite ordering a bacon cheeseburger, I discovered the burger completely lacked bacon, as well as any form of sauce or mayonnaise. This oversight had a significant impact on the meal; the absence of these core components rendered the burger quite bland and far from the experience I had anticipated. When ordering a single item, the expectation for meticulous attention to detail is particularly high, as there are fewer variables. Consequently, the overall value of the meal, given the missing ingredients, was not quite met on this occasion. I did reach out to the owner privately via email to discuss these points, and I appreciate their responsiveness and transparency in addressing my feedback, particularly concerning the rationale behind the phone payment policy. It is reassuring to know that your business is open to customer input. My hope is that these observations can serve as constructive input, allowing American Grub to continue refining its excellent service and product quality. I remain a supporter of your local endeavor and look forward to seeing these aspects addressed. Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, all my reviews and communications are crafted solely from my personal experiences and genuine perspectives, not AI. Every word and insight you read is authentically mine, driven by my commitment to provide honest feedback. Even though the review was long..(lol) I wanted to make sure the details are accurate and understandable. Plus I think you and your establishment are great and I wanted to detail that as well Kimberly.
