The bagels were bland and no flavor. Actually the whole sando was bland. Got the egg sausage cheese sando in an everything bagel. Had my BF taste is just to be sure it wasnt just me. It wasnt. Cute place though. Service is order at counter and they call you name when ready

My two bagels I fought like hell for

Seeing other reviews honestly reassures me that my experience wasn't an isolated one. I used to come to Bagel Bin all the time in high school when Sarge owned it, and it's sad to see how far this place has fallen under the new ownership. From the moment my sister and I arrived, the attitude was noticeable. The business hours said open until 2:30, yet the door was locked at 1:00. The owner eventually unlocked it, clearly annoyed, and continued loudly rearranging a nearly empty rack while we waited. When I tried to order six plain pizza bagels, the poor younger employee looked terrified and said she wasn't sure she was "allowed" to sell that many. She asked the older owner, who immediately snapped that she *couldn't* sell me six--first saying I could get six *different* bagels, then saying I could only have **one**, then telling us to "come back tomorrow" even after we explained we were heading out of town. It was frustrating, inconsistent, and honestly unprofessional. To make it worse, the younger girl insisted it "wasn't about the money" yet still charged me for a sandwich bagel for something plain, and in the end I was somehow able to buy additional pizza bagels anyway. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, passive-aggressive, and messy. As we were leaving, I tried to be polite and wished them a good day, mentioning I hoped they sold out. The owner responded with a smug "oh, I know we will," despite the case being nearly empty to begin with. For the day after Thanksgiving, the owner seemed anything but thankful. This shop used to be a town staple with real charm, but that warmth is gone. Poor attitude, poor service, and poor management show through every part of the experience. I won't be returning.

"Onion cheese bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese" with a bite taken

The only place opened for a quick coffee pick up before 8am on a Sunday. I chose an "onion cheese bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese" only to get a bagel w herb cream cheese stacked high with fresh red onion, cucumbers, tomato slices, and lettuce. Haha, I laugh at my own mistake. They don't have veggie cream cheese, so be careful how you rattle off your order. Bagel was fresh and chewy! Is it supposed to be chewy? I don't know the standards of a bagel but it was delicious! They sell "bag of day old bagels" for $2, but none left when I was there.

The new owners are awful. It's a bagel shop that will literally charge you .50 cents to put cream cheese on your separately paid for bagel. Then they skimp on it! There is the tiniest amount of cream cheese. They're just money hungry. This place has gone so far down hill. How do I get a dry ass pizza bagel after you charged me EXTRA to put cream cheese on it!? Cream cheese NOT included is already insane work for a BAGEL SHOP but then to charge extra and give nothing??? Not good business by any means. Sad they're so money focused they're loosing long time customers.

    Blueberry glaze with egg+cream cheese

Bagel Bin is the best place for an affordable, convenient breakfast or lunch. The owner is super friendly and personable, and the bagels are delicious. I've tried a variety of bagels, and my favorites include the blueberry, everything, or their bakers special- a cinnamon bagel. They always make sure to put a great amount of cream cheese, and the bagels are cooked perfectly-not overdone like some bagel places. The downtown location makes it an easy spot to get food on the way to church or school, or if you're just passing through town. In addition to their delicious bagels, they have a variety of coffee and teas, bottled drinks, and fresh fruit. If you're in Sonora and looking for a quick bite, I definitely recommend bagel bin.

SO CUTE. Fantastic second location. I love this place so much. Try their bagel sandwiches, especially as a perfect breakfast on the go. They are open nice and early, too, with delicious fresh bagels ready to go. Get there early to get the full selection, they can sell out of some flavors quick. Super nice owners, too! The Bagel Bin is a must try in Sonora.

I was there because my car was in the shop and I was waiting to pick it up, so I couldn't go to the other store. The app had no option to cancel. I asked the manager, ANDI H. for assistance. Not only was she unable to help, but she was surprisingly rude, to the point where I felt obligated to file a complaint with corporate. And if I were the franchise owner, I would want to know about this employee's failure. I asked her if she could just call the OTHER Mono Way store and cancel the order, but she refused. She knew nothing about how the app worked and refused help resolve the problem. I have no idea why the app self-selected the other store and not the one I was standing in. I called corporate headquarters and they reversed the charge. Now I have to monitor my credit card statement for the next month to ensure the charge was properly reversed. The way to survive in the restaurant business is not to chase away your 45-year loyal customers, especially when charging $8 for a hamburger. ANDI needs retraining in customer service. I could accept that clueless, rude treatment from a cashier, BUT NOT A MANAGER. She is paid extra to solve problems, and she completely failed.

Came here with my mom for dinner and when we received our food, it was wrong. My mom specifically said that she did not want cheese on her big Mac and they went ahead and put cheese on it. When the employee brought our food, my mom asked if she can have her order fixed, and the employee gave a snarky "ok" as a response. Additionally, I ordered two McChicken's, and I know for a fact that when I go to other McDonald locations, the McChicken's generally have a lot of lettuce inside them. It honestly tasted just like a hamburger and nothing close to a McChicken. I also think that we may have been ripped off because I think the employees had given us a medium french fry when I had told them that I wanted a large, based on the container size. The fact that there prices are ridiculous and now they're ripping people off by not knowing the difference between medium and large, is not worth coming here. These days they're just hiring anybody. Tuolumne county should consider having an In-N-Out burger restaurant, so they can run McDonald's out of business and that people can get better quality food, service, and not have their money go to waste.
