I was also able to try the bad motha clucka alcoholic beverage with 1800. Both very refreshing and pairs nice with the meals here. Wing flavor I chose this visit was the Texas dust. I was influenced by tiktok a couple weeks ago to come try this spot out but being a 50 minute drive away, the opportunity didn't present itself till last night when I happened to be nearby to finally try this spot out... I was left feeling a bit indifferent about the food. The restaurant is pretty small, max capacity being about 62-64 people-- felt like a sports bar with the TV's surrounding you. The service was great, cashier at the front did their absolute best making sure everyone received their correct order and it was given to them within 15-20 minutes. Handling the dinner rush like an absolute champ. The food on the other hand... well it was just okay. I ordered 5 wings, Honey Habanero HOT. I received only 3 Honey Habanero HOT wings and the other 3 were Honey Habanero MILD w/ some lemon pepper seasoning tossed on it. I'm going to assume the line cooks either made an accident and didn't care or simply didn't feel like finishing out the order and chose to give me something similar to what I ordered. The Fried Chicken Cesar Wrap id give a 6/10 just lacking the umph... that umph being BACON BITS! I received ZERO bacon bits on either half of my wrap and I was severely bummed out about it. This is my second time at this establishment. My husband and I enjoyed the food the first time we came but the drive thru just takes longer than usual. I understand the food is fresh but the whole point of a drive thru is that it's convenient and quick. My second experience was even worse in regards to the service. I placed my order in the drive thru and waiting 25 mins for my food. I had 2 different employees come to my car back to back with someone else's order. Then the third one finally came out and clarified my order. He then apologized and stated that they gave my order to someone else so I will have to wait for them to make it. I'm fine waiting for fresh food but this was beyond ridiculous. About 30 mins later, they brought my order to my car and said sorry. For a mistake like that and the wait time, I honestly expected more than "sorry". The customer service is definitely lacking. I think there needs to be a better system after they take your order. They ask cars to pull forward and wait for their order but then give the wrong car your food. They either need to write down the car you drive or the persons name and that would easily fix this problem. The food overall is actually really good. The chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious and consistent both times we tried it. I didn't like the Caesar wrap and felt it could've used more dressing. The nuggets and curly fries were good. The bang bang sauce is perfect. They give you one dipping sauce for 12 nuggets. I think they should give you 2 dipping sauces for 12. I ended up paying $0.75 cents for an extra sauce. Visited the location for the first time on 5/26/25 around 2:20 PM and had the worst customer service I've experienced since being in Dallas for the past 5 years. I was looking forward to trying some of the menu items, but based on the service I received, I could not spend my money to support the business this time. 1: I walked to the counter and the employee proceeds to mop behind the counter without offering any acknowledgment that I was standing there. While it may have been busy and this was the only opportunity to quickly mop, the employee could have said something like, "I'll be with you in a moment" etc. Something. 2: After handing the mop over the counter to a lady with a mop bucket, the employee simply says, "What's up?". This threw me off a bit since that was the first greeting I received after waiting for the employee to finish mopping. I thought, maybe that's part of the "act" since the location is called "Bad" Chicken, so I proceeded to give my order. 3: As I was giving my order, the employee gave short, 1-2 word responses. He seemed as if he truly did not want to be there, and I was disrupting his day. Again, I thought that maybe this was how they were trained to interact with customers playing into the whole "Bad" vibe, so I asked him if it was part of an act. He replied, "What do you mean?" I let him know that the service he was providing was not good and off putting. His response, "We've been busy." I then decided to leave. I understand that the location is super busy based on the uptick in visitors from social media and word of mouth, but the way to balance that out is to offer superior service to customers. The chicken felt like it was sourced from the same place you would get a chicken sandwich from a middle school cafeteria. The bread was good, and the sauce was okay; it felt like they didn't even dip the chicken into the oil. I probably won't get it again, nor recommend it to anyone. went to check this place out the other day and I am not mad that I did. I got the wings with buffalo lemon pepper medium heat sauce. The wings are smoked first and then flash fried. You can taste the smoked flavor on the meat. It was super tender and flavorful. Im a sucker for buffalo lemon pepper so the sauce was delicious. It was a little salty but I really didn't mind it tbh. I got the curly fries on the side and they were perfect as curly fries usually are. I also got the strawberry and cream margarita. Was basically just a strawberry margarita with whipped cream on top. It wasnt bad but it wasnt great. They do ask you what liquor you prefer so I did like that. All in all the vibe was great there. They had the game on huge screen so a good place to catch the games and good food. They also had a patio out front for outdoor seating. Second the celery and carrots, if you look at the celery you can see it turning brown. When we looked at the chicken we didn't want to touch that. And lastly the blue cheese dip, a picture says a thousand words, it has undoubtedly gone bad but we were served this mess.
