This place is so infuriating. The drive thru takes forever so I went during non-peak hours to give it another shot. 2:30 pm on a Monday, only 2 cars in front of me, I order the most basic thing on the menu: a chicken caesar wrap, and pay at the window. After 5 minutes at the window, I'm wondering what to do since I already paid and nobody has showed face since. After 10 minutes, I begin looking out across the street at salad and go, the superior chicken Caesar wrap that's healthier for quite literally half the price, and I mourn its closure. I miss her every day. I begin contemplating writing a review then and there. After 13 minutes at the window, an employee appears and hands me my wrap. The first time I got this wrap it was soggy and wet Parmesan covered the entire outside, making me feel like a pig at a trough. This time, the Parmesan was contained to the ends, and I was able to enjoy it more. But halfway through it set in that this is probably as unhealthy as a burrito, and I started feeling sick at the thought of putting myself through part 2. The existence of this place makes me so unreasonably upset that I had to break my multi year hiatus and type this review. Honestly, get rid of the drive thru if you can't carry out drive thru service. I'd rather the option not be there if I'm gonna have to feel the guilt of cars behind me wondering what complicated order I placed that caused me to sit there for 13 minutes. I finally got to try Bad Chicken after being so encapsulated by the name! And let just say, there is NOTHING bad about this chicken. I decided to give Bad Chicken a try after seeing some rave reviews on Insta. A long line is either a sign of food being just that good OR the service is slow. I think it's a combination of both. The menu is nice and different from your typical chicken restaurant fare. I'm not a big wrap girlie, BUT that may change today because HONEY, let me tell you! The size of this Chicken Caesar Wrap really is enough for two people. I got the wrap sans croutons, and an order of the churro donuts with Nutella in them. The wrap was bursting with flavor, well seasoned and dressed, and the Parmesan on the outside was a nice little touch. If you try to eat it with your hands, it's not wrapped very well, so it's gonna get messy. I would definitely use a fork and knife or wrap it tight enough so you can it eat it like a burrito because the wraps are STUFFED, buddy. The churro donuts were a nice little snack but honestly they should make that a 8 pack like the un-stuffed ones, because there's not much Nutella in them. I also got a strawberries and cream margarita, and it was just okay. If it had been frozen, it would have been much better because of the whipped cream mixes weird in liquid form. The first time I got it delivered and everything was soggy and wilted. I decided to give it another go inside the restaurant so it would be fresh this time. Everything is dirty, the tables aren't wiped down, the window seals are caked in dust, the floor is littered with the crumbs and food remnants that customers are throwing on the floor when attempting to clean a spot up sit and the trash can is so sticky it's unreal. The food this time was still meh. The curly fries had no flavor and were still soggy. The wrap was a nightmare. One half had no chicken at all after the first bite, the rest was only lettuce. Extremely disappointing first visit. Not only was our order wrong, but we waited over 30 minutes with no heads-up about the delay. When I asked at the counter, I was told there were still six orders ahead of us--even though I watched multiple online and drive-through orders leave the building during our wait. When I asked for a refund, I was told it would take 2-3 days. What truly shocked me, though, was hearing the manager call the owner and say--loudly and rudely--"This lady is demanding her money back," as if that wasn't a reasonable request under the circumstances. At no point did your manager who was standing right next to your employer in training, let anyone know that she was in training. That there was a twenty plus minute wait, like they claimed. When your establishment has a drive thru- a thirty minute wait time is not expected. That is not the norm in the area.
