Wow, so impressed with the Haus Burgers! The parties were flavorful, meaty, and with the cheese and fried egg, it was just simply delicious! The hangover was the burger we got. My coworker asked if I wanted a breakfast burrito, and honestly, that might be the best question she's asked me since I've worked with her. I ordered the Bronco Burrito from the Tempe location and wow... this thing was huge, fresh, and absolutely worth every penny! The sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly, soft but not runny. The bacon was smoky, chopped into perfect little pieces so it was evenly spread throughout with no soggy or chewy bits, just crispy and delicious in every bite. The pickled jalapeños brought the perfect tangy kick and the chipotle aioli wrapped everything together so well that every bite was like a flavor explosion. They delivered quickly, everything showed up hot and perfect, and the whole experience was just spectacular. The only thing I would change is adding some salsa or maybe a little extra aioli on the side because it was absolutely delicious. I rarely give out five stars, but this place deserves six. These breakfast burritos may be bad ass, but I am 70% sure I could take one in a fight. You know, if it looked at me wrong or spilled my whiskey. Maybe 60%. Just avoid the burritos with scars and devil tattoos. So, this is a secret restaurant within a restaurant. You actually go inside Dog Haus and order off the burrito menu. I'm not entirely sure how they managed to trick Yelp into getting their own entry. This may be one of the reasons they are bad ass. The Cajun burrito was pretty solid. Good enough to make an educated guess that any of the breakfast burritos they serve here are going to set you up right. The overall inventiveness and quality shows through. At first I was really excited about getting the eggs inside sunny side up. I don't know if I would do that again. The richness of three yolks along with all the other bold flavors was maybe just a little too much. I think regular scrambled eggs would have showcased the other ingredients better- and the ingredients are great. Both the andouille sausage and caramelized onions make for a really unique and delicious option. The guys working there are relaxed and friendly. It takes a little while, even if it's not busy, so you may want to consider enjoying one of their many beers on tap. I had their Wurst burrito, which was just their standard breakfast burrito with breakfast sausage. I could tell the ingredients were fresh, and I quite enjoyed the option to get sunny side up eggs in the burrito as someone who's not the biggest fan of scrambled. The yolk was nice and soft without being too runny and messy. The sausage was standard fare and I quite enjoyed the tots in the burrito, they even had a bit of crisp and weren't too soggy. My only big complaint is the spicy mayo sauce they use. I guess I am just not a fan of whatever hot sauce they mix in with the mayo, but the flavor was overwhelmingly artificial and it kind of ruined a pretty good burrito. It didn't make it completely inedible and I still ate it, but next time I would opt out of the spicy mayo and just use a sauce or salsa of my own. There seems to be quite a lot of reviews that mention not enjoying it either, so if you are ordering for the first time I would recommend getting it on the side to try it first. Tried them out yesterday, got the Haus and Bronco burritos. Both had super undercooked goopy bacon, the Haus had egg shells, both had too much sauce and were a goey mess wrapped in an overly buttered shell. The Bronco burrito also had way too many "pickled" jalapeños, like 3 in EVERY bite, and were crunchy like an onion not soft and pickled for real.
