As shown in the photos, the sliders lacked substance and did not reflect good value or thoughtful preparation. The meal was unsatisfying and, in my opinion, not worth the price. For these reasons, I would rate the food a zero. That said, not everything was negative. The atmosphere of the restaurant was enjoyable, with great music creating a pleasant vibe. Located at the waterfront on the second floor Bayside Marketplace in downtown Miami, they have really good breakfasts, brunches, and lunches with nice, thick pieces of bacon added to your meal. Everything is about bacon and the hostess will greet you by saying "Welcome Bitch!" Hooefully you are not offended as it is not meant in that way. This is a high-energy place with high-energy servers and guests. The music is loud and they play hits from the 2000-2010 era. The menu prices are not cheap and then there are the add-ons that you will want. They do have a great menu there. The ambiance is very beachy with eye-catching decor in light woods and white walls and white accessories! It is a fun place and very crowded on the weekends. I met up with a good friend for lunch. She chose the Filet of Bitch Fish sandwich and I had the Western Chicken sandwich. They both came with fries and the portions were generous. The fries were on the dry side though. Just as we were beginning to eat the place turned up a notch for someone's birthday. The fireworks, ass shaking, great music and photo taking had begun. That lasted for about 5-10 minutes and the tik tok videos you saw online came to light. As for the food. The bacon is crispy and delicious. The fried chicken is superb. The waffle however is stale and dry. Cold as well. The syrup couldn't help it either. I was disappointed in the waffle. The eggs are super duper wet but delicious. My wife couldn't handle the wet eggs on her maple sliders. She ate them all but wished the eggs were cooked a little longer. This review is basically a 3+ due to a very delicious (and unique) food choice, friendly service by a busy server at the bar, and an overall 'vibe' that had to be accepted, since it's the theme. The bacon flight was pretty much superb, and the accompanying onion rings were tasty and a good texture. The presentation was sensible and visually fun. A rather over-priced glass of iced tea should certainly not be re-charged on a single refill. Using plastic cutlery while dining isn't a total challenge, but the brand they use doesn't allow the knife blade to fit between the fork tines, so you have to adjust the cutting process. The pretty much non-stop 'bitch banter' is in keeping with the theme, but a few of the servers try to take it to a new lever. Some of the customers (especially any repeat regulars) may love that, so good for them. All of that conversation requires a loud voice because . . . . the loud music doesn't create and atmosphere but BECOMES the total atmosphere. You can get your weekly/monthly dose of the F and N words in a single brunch visit. Again, some diners may really love it. Some of the extreme drink creations leaving the bar were visually stunning, just nothing I'd order for myself. I'll call this a One & Done experience for me, but I think that is influenced by my age, so I'm not gonna say I don't recommend this for others. That wouldn't be fair. read more
