Arguably one of the best deals on mimosas, for $35 you get 2 bottles of bubbly and your choice of two mimosa flavors! Our waitress helped us pour the perfect mimosa and was super sweet. About a month ago, I had the pleasure of celebrating my girlfriend's birthday at Chloe's Patio, and it was the perfect brunch spot! The food was delicious and very cost-effective. We ordered a couple of bottles of champagne, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The server was fantastic--attentive, friendly, and fast. Since it wasn't busy (only about two tables while we were there), he made sure our drinks stayed full and our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The atmosphere was adorable and relaxing. True to its name, the service is outdoors on the patio, but with Miami's beautiful weather, it was perfect. They also had fans to keep things cool if needed. The patio is surrounded by lots of greenery, giving it a peaceful, calming vibe. One of the best parts? It was walking distance from our hotel! I was in Miami for a conference and wanted to find a nice, not too crowded, brunch place. This was perfect for that. The only thing caveat was that it was a bit hard to find. Google maps calls it backyard Miami but the menu says Chloe's patio. Either way the place was exactly what we were looking for. I got the avocado toast which was delicious and the latte. Service was ok. My friend asked for vegetarian avocado toast (asked to remove the bacon) but it came with bacon and when asked to change to non bacon avocado toast the waiter took it to the kitchen and picked the bacon off and served it back. We could tell bc we could still see some bacon in there. Had to clarify bc it was for religious reasons that he's vegetarian. Despite the wait, he was eventually able to get the avocado toast without bacon. In general the food was more affordable compared to other restaurants in the area. read more

This restaurant and patio is attached to the hotel I stayed in, so I tried it, and just kept eating there for many of the meals I had on this trip. The food was so good; texture, taste, color... all done so well. The location itself is so beautiful, with a lot of live plants used as decor.The servers were full of smiles and very attentive, and the cooks were willing to substitute for my gluten intolerance issue. We were staying at the SLS hotel a few steps away from this restaurant. We were looking on Yelp for a breakfast spot and came across Chloe's Patio. It's located inside another hotel and has indoor or outdoor seating in front of the hotel. We chose indoor because it was really hot outside. Our server was nice and offered some suggestions. I decided to order the steak and eggs. Menu says it was NY sirloin cut with two eggs, grilled onions and potatoes. The steak was very thin cut and a little too well done but still delicious. My boyfriend got the breakfast burrito and it was huge! He could only finish half and we took the rest to go. Fair prices and food seemed fresh. The only thing I would change would be the service. We had to ask our server for hot sauce, coffee and water several times, and the food took a long time to come out. We stayed at the Marseilles for a few days, accidentally over music week. Sadly we are not EDM lovers so that made the week challenging to enjoy, but the food and service at Chloe's Patio was great. Chaira is a real sweetheart and was working her butt off keeping people happy at the bar. The nachos with chicken was great, the corn and avocado salad fantastic. I'm very upset with this order because not only did I order it with enough time for it to be ready before I picked it up, it still wasn't ready for pick up & I had to make my Uber wait 15-18 mins while I waited. The staff was KIND AND PROFESSIONAL as usual but their response level with delivery & pick up is VERY POOR. Their delivery was also turned off & was only accepting pickup. Then I asked for the pink sauce to be on the side, NOT on the sliders & they lathered each slider with it anyway. They also included the sauce on the side which I thank them for following those instructions. My fiancé also seems to think they were upset that I was complaining about having to wait for a pick up order that was strategically placed to be ready 10 mins before I even arrived. He thinks that's why we got soggy sliders. He & I both got stomach pains within 15 mins of eating the sliders which tasted delicious besides being soggy & had diarrhea within an hour of eating it. Lol! We ordered 3 orders of the sliders, FYI. To test the theory, he & I each ate a slider of the last order last night. And yup, we both had stomach pains & woke up in the middle of the night with diarrhea. This is unacceptable. I come here all the time to eat in person or pick up when I'm staying next door & I refer people here a lot. And that's why I gave 2 stars. I love the food and everyone I bring here agrees. But this first online order was horrific. I couldn't give more stars. I don't want to accuse of Food poisoning but how do you explain it? We ate nothing else because after the lunch incident we couldn't. So to eat the same food and get the same reaction in the middle of the night, there is no other explanation for it. Randomly walked by this place looking for brunch. What a find! We were able to bring our dog and sit inside or out. We went for the outdoor patio. Besides the street traffic noise and the construction next door, it has nice ambiance. Latin music playing on the speakers. I had the Miami sunrise because "when in Rome"... my wife went for the traditional Mimosa. Service was prompt and friendly. The drinks and food were fantastic and arrived quickly after ordering. Good people watching entertainment as there is lots of activity on Collins Ave. if you're in the area I would highly recommend parking here for a nice relaxing time. The morning toast was loaded with Avocado. They don't skimp on portion size and everything is reasonably priced. They do add 20% gratuity to the bill which is standard in South Beach. Chloes patio is a little restaurant in Marseilles hotel! I went here for breakfast/brunch during my stay. I probably would have never stumbled upon this place otherwise seeing that it's hidden amongst all the great places in the most happening part of south beach. The outdoor seating of this place is super cute! You get the breeze and views of being outdoor without it being too noisy. Mimosas, bellinis are $5 and they were well made! Perfect amount of bubbles and flavor. Bellinis came in raspberry or mango flavor. I got the OG sandwich with scrambled egg. If you like spicy like me, ask for jalapeños! To my surprise they were so fresh and spicy I was so satisfied. The bun was super buttery so warning about that. But the eggs were so well made and super hot (temperature). We were looking for a good option for breakfast with some mimosas. We ordered the omelette and the pancakes with 2 mimosas. Everything was great and as expected. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the misleading of the menu. The omelette says it's a $1 charge for fruit so I ordered the tater tots instead. With the pancakes, it did not say it was extra for the blueberry topping or for the fruit, as opposed to tater tots. So we ordered blueberry and the fruit option. When the bill came there was a $1 charge for the blueberries and $2 for the fruit. Yet it did not state that on the menu. Yes it's only $3, however, with an automatic 20% gratuity charge, you don't need to lie on the menu. read more

The pancakes are a delight with options on options. The classic breakfast meat basic needs and the price is lower than anywhere near them. I have eaten breakfast here 6-8 times and have tried a ton of options; I genuinely loved them all from the burrito to the avocado toast, the pancakes to steak and eggs! Is someone in your party not feeling breakfast? Great news- the lunch & dinner menu are available ALL DAY! (Shout out to the chicken tenders breakfast to cure the hangover from a Miami night out) The lunch/dinner menu is somewhat limited but offers a lot of variety within the food groups they do offer. The food is always quick, made very delicious, and all fair priced. On any day we overstayed at the pool or beach, or just didn't feel like dressing up- being able to eat high quality food in my swimming trunks and tank top was beyond convenient. The marseille burger is a must have- as are most of their burgers. Again, I tried a number of meals from here and was very happy with all of them. The empanadas are an elite snack.
