We wandered over here from our hotel for breakfast before heading to the airport. The hotel was so beautiful and so was this restaurant! It was bright and airy, and the service was perfection. Very attentive and respectful. We started with a bread basket with a delicious high quality olive oil before moving to our entrées. Food was extremely fresh (look at the avocado!) and delicious.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and let me say, I wasn't disappointed. We frequently ate at the market and Omar and Vianna are some of the most amazing people I've ever met, they are attentive and so good at providing great service, we definitely recommend sitting at the bar and getting the luxury of meeting them, smoothies are on point and food is great the ambience is very European the food is great, stop in and say hi and enjoy
Food: While the dishes were beautifully presented, some were overpriced for the small portion size that were received. The charcuterie board was not worth it in my opinion. The hummus dips, bacon wrapped shrimp, and chicken sandwich were all very good. Service: Very professional and attentive service. Our orders were taken quickly and accurately. Our waitress checked in multiple times and she was very pleasant. Ambiance: The restaurant was very well decorated and clean. Tables were a little too close together which made it a bit noisy.

Servers here were busy the day I dined so they seemed short when speaking and some don't speak complete English. They have beautiful displays around the dining room. During breakfast, they have a pastries and dessert display. I enjoyed their coffee, omelette and croissant here. For lunch, I enjoyed their charcuterie board.
A very hip and expensive breakfast place in the Miami Beach Edition. I had breakfast here twice during my stay. The food was good, but the waitress mixed up my bill with some other table. They had almost $100 for two people for breakfast. My first breakfast was $40+ for yogurt and two iced teas. The weekend breakfast was over $60 for the buffet. The sausages and bacon were good and fresh croissants and pan au chocolate as well, but wow.
My husband and I stayed at the Edition. During our stay, we dined at the Market for lunch and breakfast. As always, the food did not disappoint. For lunch, we had the crispy salmon sushi and cheeseburger and for breakfast, we had the breakfast special, juice and iced coffee. The service was good and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance. I was attracted to this place because of the high yelp rating and location. It is located inside The Miami Beach Edition Hotel. There is a small outdoor eating area facing the street, but we ate inside. It is a little pricy but I liked it so much I came again the next day. The first day, I had salmon cooked perfectly. It was seated on top of mashed potatoes with a ring of rich truffle sauce. On the second day, I decided to try the hummus with vegetables and pitas and made the mistake of also ordering the Shrimp Salad (too much food). I asked for the dressing on the side and received two sides. I was told that the other side was for my shrimp. I would definitely come back again, maybe for breakfast.
We tried to go to the Tropicale after a massage at the edition but it was guests only. We moved over to sit outside at the market and we were not disappointed at all. The view is nothing special but the food was incredible. We got drinks and had the heart of lettuce salad, crunchy salmon sushi and broccoli dip with everything pita bread. It was all amazing! Would highly recommend coming here for appetizers and drinks before dinner. Drinks were around $17 and the food was reasonably for south beach prices. Didn't mind paying for the taste bad quality. Would come back again just to have these same 3 dishes!
Excellent. Had the cappuccino (yummy), the yogurt and my son had the pancakes. Food, service and ambiance was outstanding.
The atmosphere of the hotel is very calming. The fragrance in the lobby is so inviting. The market place has a good variety of entrees and includes a buffet style alternative which works if you're looking for variety. This time around we did a la carte and tried the omelette with goat cheese and avocado toast. The omelette was decent and had a good side salad and tasty potatoes. The avocado toast with poached eggs unfortunately was not a hit. It tasted bland, you can only taste the salt. The flavor falls flat. The pastries looked good but by the time we got to order what we wanted they were out of it. I guess we'll try it on our next visit if we come again.

Didn't have a single thing that was disappointing, though some dishes were more interesting than others. Great service (18% gratuity included in check per Miami Beach custom). Covid safe terrace that gets gorgeous sun but is sheltered from the occasional thunderstorm. Particularly want to highlight the must try dishes (I want to say maybe Nikkei influenced?): 1) crispy salmon sushi and 2) tuna tartare. Both very good and I enjoyed the way the salmon sushi has a hard to describe and very tasty "chipotle emulsion" hidden from view and the tuna tartare had pieces of ginger hidden from view. Really added to the culinary experience. Other dishes also very solid. The giant cinnamon bun in a pot was fun to indulge in. They also have La Colombe coffee including a pour over. Yum.

Every ingredient and dish is fresh and delicious. And their weekend breakfast buffet is so much fun! They have an incredible array of pastries as they are partnered with Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Thank you to all of the staff that served us during the week - Michael (general manager), Maria (hostess), Chris (server), Jean Marc, and all others!
Came here for a pizza making class and wow was it fun! There were a total of 4 of us who learned how to make two of their signature pizzas. The Market team made the experience both fun and educational. The venue is bright and airy with different areas focused on pizza, sushi, charcuterie, etc. We were told they host different classes focused on different areas. Highly recommend taking one of their classes with a group of friends, a date, or your mom (like I did)! I'll be back to try the sushi station soon.
Brunch was fantastic! I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and my friends had the chia bowl. You can also enjoy a buffet for $55 if you'd prefer. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean and had a light airy atmosphere. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It was a little pricey, but to be expected on the beach. Definitely recommend checking out if whether you are staying there or not. read more

Wow. I almost ended up at the hospital after having a bad oyster here. I sent back a western oyster and mentioned it did not taste good, a bit fishy. I don't think I can have oysters again after three exhausting days of food poisoning. read more

Miami hospitality industry take notes and lesson from the Market at Edition for great customer care and service. 5 ++ stars here. Matthew our server was most excellent, he was very nice and took really good care of our table party of eight for brunch. We are thankful to Matthew, for sure restored my faith in the service industry in Miami. He was very attentive and made our experience just more special. Food was A++ as well all the ladies ate every drop of their food. I kept it simple since im training for a fitness competition and got the egg white omelette. I requested it to be made without oils and made just like I Would have made at home. They came exactly as I wanted and tasted just like I made it. I had full trust that the macros were correct. Atmosphere was so beautiful so calming. It was a rainy Sunday so we did not get to sit outside but the inside was very elegant. I am looking forward to coming back here when I am able to eat more and have more options from the menu. Thank you Matthew for such a pleasant experience until next time read more

The strawberry banana smoothie for breakfast was amazing! We loved the chocolate pancakes and fresh fruit. The mimosa was mixed to perfection and we got a table outside to take in the Collins Ave scenery. The service with Chris was good, menu had lots of options. Def a MUST when staying here. read more
The loml and I stayed at the Edition hotel so we had breakfast at Market everyday. The cafe is really cool and I really liked that they had Colombe coffee, however the food and service were meh. The only time the service was great was when our server was DJ and the only dish I enjoyed was the poached egg with mushrooms. That's the best dish there IMO. I tried the whole egg omelet, vanilla chia bowl, and one more. The loml tried several too and agreed that the poached eggs with mushrooms were really good. I really enjoyed the latte and we both loved the croissant. I liked the regular latte more than the vanilla colombe latte, probably because I prefer almond milk. I tried the strawberry tart and it was so good. We came in for lunch on our last day, they serve the same food as The Matador. I ordered the truffle pizza because I was really looking forward to it and it came out burnt. It was inedible I sent it back. We also got cocktail shrimp, which was okay and the loml ordered salmon. His salmon was pretty overcooked too, but he thought it was okay. I also ordered the salmon roll, which was fried. I didn't like it. I honestly expected this place to be better. Even the food by the pool/beach was way better. If it wasn't convenient for us to go downstairs and eat, I wouldn't have eaten here. read more

I love the Edition but this restaurant totally misses the mark. First the hostess said she would text us when a table was ready. 45 minutes later we come back to ask what's going on and there are 10 empty tables and she says "ohhhhhh oops". Then they "didn't have a chance to bring half of our order". What the heck. Attention to detail is lacking. But the food is good. Just takes a TON of work to get it. read more
Such a beautiful space to have breakfast and coffee, that it's easy to overlook just how good the food is here. I had the huevos rancheros and though it wasn't a large portion I felt pretty satisfied by the end of it. My mind was pretty shattered from a weeklong bender so the Americanos I had definitely helped lift me out of the gutter. For 9 bucks each I only had to assume they were pretty great and it definitely lived up to the hype. Overall the service is great and food was excellent, but damn if this place isn't pricy as hell! read more

Beautiful patio, amazing staff, and everything I ordered for lunch went beyond my expectations. My server recommended the tuna tartare and it was the best I've had in a long time. The ginger margarita was on point with its balance of flavors and the green chickpea hummus was unexpectedly a flavor punch. Also went for breakfast...service was just as impeccable, wonderful staff and the avocado toast was scrumptious. Loved the flavors. read more

This place is located at the Edition in South Beach. Service at this hotel is top notch, from the valet to the staff... you enter to the hotel cafeteria where this restaurant is located... well decorated and nice ambiance... their food is very good... my wife had the kale salad that was very good and the egg was cooked to absolute perfection!! They she had the salmon that was also very well prepared.... I had the cheese burger that was also very well cooked... missed a little spice and kick to it, but overall very good.... deserts have to be worked on... they are no good.... service by Alex was impeccable.... he did not push any drinks .... all in all will come back! My partner and I ate here twice today. First, we had breakfast. I had the egg white omelet which was very good; the potatoes that came with it were delicious also (although they were labeled patatas bravas so I was a little disappointed they didn't come with the usual delicious sauce!). My partner got chia seed pudding with fruit which was very good as well. We spent a pretty penny on breakfast but it was good. After that meal alone, I probably would have given 5 stars. We returned again for a late, very light dinner. My partner got the tuna tartare and I got the salmon sushi. We shared the sundae for dessert. My partner was happy with his tuna tartare, but I thought the sauce overpowered the actual tuna. My salmon sushi was unique and yummy. The sundae was good too; the candies popcorn with the caramel ice cream is a nice flavor combo. The disappointing part of dinner was the service; it was very slow. I know it's the end of the night, but I don't want to feel forgotten about. That piece of the experience, especially at a nicer place, is what pushed it down to 4 stars. read more

Disgraceful breakfast for a 5 star hotel and a Jean Georges restaurant. The omelette was gross and served lukewarm. The dressing with the salad was gross as it just made the arugula soggy. The previous day it took 45 minutes of waiting at the table to get our food and everything also came lukewarm. A terrible place to eat. They are a complete mess. The staff gives the impression to run around without knowing what they're doing. They charged us for things we didn't get, including a pour over coffee that I ordered and that they came back 20 minutes later saying "we don't have pour over coffee" (to be clear it's on their menu). And worst of all we told them we had an allergy to vegetable oil and needed food to be cooked with olive oil. They said ok. Brought the food and I asked again if it was cooked with olive oil and the waiter lied to my face. We both had an indigestion after our meal with constant burping the whole day. read more

The market édition restaurant in Miami Beach is a bullshit place !!! Only the decor is nice . Don't eat at the market at the édition. Very bad customer service . Bad manager . Bad food . Overcooked everything! The simple things à pizza came burned !!! A salad came with a lot of spicy and oily!! Dessert chocolat very dry to sweet What a miserable chef !! For a beautiful place . Change your team in the kitchen and chef !!! Even the simple things was awful. read more

Delicious pizza and burgers w fries!! That's all I ordered during my stay at the Miami Edition. Pizza was the prosciutto and Gruyere cheese. Someone had recommended it to me, I took their advice and enjoyed the pizza. Someone else ordered the burger with fries. It was so good, I had to order it the next day for lunch. I like the open concept and view of the kitchen from the restaurant. The desert bar is cute with ice cream and every single topping you can find. I didn't have room for desert. :( read more
