After being seated there was no waiter in sight, the table next to us speaking loud and clear that they have been waiting for their check for over twenty minutes. After 15 minutes, still no server in sight. I got up to go order from the bar, behind me comes our server. He took our order and brought our drinks and that was the end of him. The Pina Colada was a bit too sweet, the rosé, perfect. After we finished our drinks I went in search for our waiter once again. He was nowhere to be found, so I asked another server if we could order a salad, she insisted on finding him for us. Out of nowhere he appeared, and I no longer had any patience. We asked to move tables, for a new server and this is where a true five star service started. We ended with a fantastic, attentive and friendly waiter. He brought us drinks in a timely manner, checked up on us often and reminded us that good service does exist, just not with our first server. Overall, the service needs some serious attention here.
