Outstanding Value and Experience -- Hot Spring Hot Spot SX…read more I recently purchased the Hot Spring Spas Hot Spot SX, and after spending meaningful time with it, I can say it delivers exceptional value. Yes, there are spas on the market at lower price points, but the SX stands out because of its high‑quality construction, reliability, comfort, and impressive jet performance. It feels solid, thoughtfully engineered, and built to last. One of the first things I noticed is how quiet it is during heating cycles. When the jets are off, the spa operates with a soft, unobtrusive hum -- something I really appreciate during evening soaks. The seating layout is well‑designed, offering comfortable positions for different body types. The SX includes three distinct jet types, each with its own advantages, and together they create a versatile, satisfying hydrotherapy experience. I purchased my spa from Spa Brokers in Chico, and the dealer experience was excellent from start to finish. They offer a great environment for comparison shopping, including the ability to try out spas onsite. The sales approach was friendly, honest, and completely pressure‑free. I felt respected throughout the process, received straightforward advice, and was offered a fair price. Delivery and setup were smooth, and their customer service has been consistently responsive and helpful. Overall, the Hot Spot SX is a superior value backed by a top‑notch local dealer. Highly recommended.
