As others have said, just avoid this business altogether. I had no idea one year ago that I was going to take my money for a swim spa and just hold it. I've actually even spoken to the manufacturer and they confirmed that they built the unit at least 3 months ago but will only ship it's when paid for. Backyard had me thinking it was all the manufacturer's fault but in reality, it appears they've used my money elsewhere and now cannot afford to ship me the unit. I was also offered a full refund 30+ days ago and have yet to receive a check or have anyone of consequence return a phone call or email. read more

Of course, we pick the worst time to go pool and spa shopping. Between the supply chain issues and having vetted every pool installer's personal preference on pool type, we were off to a painful start. We met with many pool companies for over a month. Companies of all different sizes, and although each was independently unique, the same stipulations applied, pool /spa installs were at least 12 months out and getting someone to sit down for a consult was around a month out. It was becoming very frustrating. We stumbled across Backyard Leisure and decided to give them a try. Don't judge the company by the area in which their Raleigh office is located, these guys are legit. Aaron Garner actually sat down with us on the spot and provided us with the information we were seeking. He answered all of our questions and provided us with much needed insight to help us plan our next move. On top of all that, the anticipated install was less than 12 months out. Aaron clearly knew what he was talking about and also helped us realize the best approach to our inground spa needs. Our pool install came first, Aaron was there throughout the entire process; he was more of a partner than a salesman and still is. They have some true talent working for them and with Alberto leading the pool install, he gained my trust and confidence within an hour of him being onsite the entire. He is an expert in his field. Our spa install came in second and again Aaron was there to ensure a smooth install. The highly skilled install team handled everything, they are extremely professional! They went out of their way to assess the work already by the very subpar concrete company and rectified immediate concerns. At the end of the day, we are more than happy with the product and the entire team at Backyard Leisure. Either straight up dishonest or incompetent and certainly with a complete lack of concern for their customers. Have been waiting on warranty service going on my third months now for a relatively simple leak in a one year old hot tub they sold us. Constant promises of "we'll get you on the schedule" shortly, we're very sorry, etc. No communication, no action, I always have to reach out to them. Avoid unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed and literally get no service on your purchase. We are going to reach out to other service providers and see if we can convince them to fix our spa. So far the manufacturer (Bullfrog) has offered no help whatsoever. Their claimed warranty is worthless as they can't service their product. Avoid and go with a more reputable dealer, I wish I had read these reviews before spending my money here. read more

Buy a pool somewhere else! I started researching getting a pool back in March 2022. I landed on Backyard Leisure pool and spa. The sale rep was very helpful and very responsive. I think the sale rep is a genuine person and did his best. He was also new selling pools. I made a lot of phone calls and text messages with questions. I was told that I would have to pull the permit myself. It was alittle strange and different as I am not the general contractor on the project. I went ahead and applied for the permit and it was approved. Fast forward to April I decided to buy the pool. When I finally received a phone call from Nate, their scheduler I was told my install would be July. They did not show up to grade and prepare the pool site. The installers are notorious for no call, no show. There was lack of communication. It was terrible and frustrating. Jason the store manager is pretty much useless. When they did finally show up to install the pool the week after it was scheduled it was a mess. I have a small yard and have a slop. The sale rep came out and said that it would be fine. I was also concerned about my lawn being destroyed. Some plywood was place down on the grass to help with grass preservation. I also told the installer I have a French drain and I don't want them destroyed of clogged up. I also let them know about protecting my trees and other landscaping. The pool construction was a disaster! The installers NEVER showed up on scheduled time and they lack communication. The worst part of all this they places the pool in the wrong place. The final look of the build out of the pool was misrepresented. I made it absolutely clear that needed be 10ft from all the property lines as stated by the town of apex. One side of my property have a storm water easement. The pool was built in the easement causing an encroachment. This is a problem. I had to pay money to the town to have an encroachment agreement and accepting the liable. I told Backyard leisure not to enter my property back in august to grade the yard. They showed up, ran over my grass without covering, ran over my plants and cover and clogged up my French drain. Because of the improper pool placement I had to build a retaining wall I didn't budge for. Backyard leisure takes no responsibility for the improper placement of the pool. Jeff is the manager over all the backyard leisure pool company and he's terrible. I've had so many issues with the pool equipment leaking. I've lost a lot of water and it has been such a miserable experience for me. Backyard leisure takes no responsibility for their improper installation of the pool and damaging my yard and landscaping. I have pictures and videos of all this. I will say buy a pool or spa elsewhere. I am not the only one Backyard leisure has screwed over. Don't fall victim to Backyard Leisure as they will gladly take your money and screw you over. read more

Ordered a hot tub in January and was told it would be delivered within 1 1/2 to 2 months. Four months later, it was never delivered. Every week I called they told me it would probably be on "the next truck." After repeatedly not returning my calls, someone at the office said they were having problems with their phones and "could only receive calls, but couldn't dial out." I had to file a dispute with the attorney general, BBB, and my credit card company. Eventually, they did not dispute my credit card company's information and my credit card dispute for the funds was made as a permanent credit. Do your research before buying from this company. I am aware of at least two news investigative stories about the failed delivery of hot tubs 6-8 months after orders were placed. I am pretty confident they were using money from new orders to float backorders that had been placed. Never once received an apology or anything as compensation. I ordered with Spa Outlet and received the item within 2 weeks and am extremely happy with it. read more

Absolutely horrible. I'd give zero if it would let me. The first review I have ever given a company but need to make sure others don't go through what we have with our install that after months it is STILL not even close to complete. SO many issues from crooked coping, not properly being leveled, employees showing up with girlfriends waiting in the car, employees watching YouTube videos to know how to turn the pump on, my husband had to tell the employee that it wasn't plugged in so that was why it wouldn't turn on. Our backyard of our new build is destroyed, we have a 15 foot dirt mound sitting for 2 months now (HOA issues due to this). The company "forgot" to put the gorilla pad in that we paid a thousand dollars for- and didn't acknowledge it until we got in and could feel the seams from the cheap Home Depot foam installation they tried to pass off as padding. It literally moved and cracked under your feet when walking in the pool. We drained the pool For it to be fixed waited 2-3 weeks for a new liner then waited another 2-3 weeks (constant calling to be added to the schedule) they waited for a day of rain to come quickly install another liner and water got under the liner and ruined it. Now we have called to find out when someone can come pump the water or fix it and nothing. If we call the store (they have caller ID) and they act busy and it rings and rings. If you ask for the store owners contact info they say he's never there. (Even after an employee, let it slip that he's been there daily, due to all the mess up's lately). The manager Ryan has absolutely no clue what is going on and never (literally not once in 2 months of calling) returns calls. Aaron seemed extremely helpful/ knowledgeable at first but again after install begins, it seems out of his hands- and he's now unresponsive as well. No one wants to finish the pool we paid CASH for! I'm not sure the process for scheduling (or who even handles it- it's been 3 different people in the 2 months of us dealing with this) but new jobs keep getting started and they always schedule us over a week out. They schedule us every single day it shows rain on the radar and they can't do anything with the wet ground when that day comes. If I can save 1 family the headache and stress of going through this, this post is worth it. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I wish I could assign zero or negative stars: I very rarely write reviews and those that I have written are meant to compliment a business or service. I make it a point to take one star with a grain of salt as many of them will downgrade a product because, sardonically, they complain about things like; "The box was hard to open." However, I don't think I have ever been as frustrated, disappointed or annoyed at a business as I now am at Backyard Leisure in Raleigh, NC. I bought a Bullfrog Spa through Backyard Leisure a few years ago. The ozonator and check valve recently failed- which is what they do and this is simply just a part of maintenance. I called Backyard Leisure (from whom I bought this spa) to get a new part and was told by them they wouldn't order it and I should go to Bullfrog's website. That part is not listed on Bullfrog's parts website. I finally got in touch with Bullfrog in Utah and they referred me back to the dealer informing me that they do not sell directly to the consumer. However they did give me the OEM part number to give to the dealer so they could put in the order.. I again called Backyard Leisure and, again, was referred back to Bullfrog headquarters. Bullfrog once again referred me back to Backyard Leisure and Bullfrog's technical support personnel promptly called the store in Raleigh to give them the part number. I subsequently called the dealer a few more times without getting any result and had to repeatedly try to get some sort of answer. When I finally insisted to speak with the manager, I felt he was less than forthright with me concerning communications and told me he had the phone logs. --But so do I and they don't jive. As the customer I felt that I was being being played or outright lied to about any effort on their part to provide any sort of service.especially when I have, what I consider to be, a simple request for service. I fully understand that this is not a brand new spa and I am more than willing to pay for any parts But, at the very least, I would expect some sort of service after the sale. I also had some minor problems with Backyard Leisure's service when the hot tub was new-and under warranty-but just chalked that up as unimportant. In retrospect, that was evidently a harbinger of things to come as they now have evolved. I have better things to do than spend about three days of my time than try to get a response for a simple request. If and when I might consider buying another spa, Bullfrog would be in the running- but I would not even start to consider one if Backyard Leisure was still their vendor/dealer in my area. I have owned spas or hot tubs since about 1978 and have never had this lack of response from any dealer of any. product. This was just a continuum of the interactions I have had with this dealer and once again was extraordinarily poor. I am now just out of warranty and no longer have to use them - nor will I. It appears that Backyard Leisure is Bullfrog's exclusive dealer within a reasonable distance of my home in the Raleigh, NC area. Should I have need of a part in the future I would rather spend a small fortune on a new spa rather than give Backyard Leisure a dime of profit. I have learned my lesson. Anyone who reads this can take this poor review with a grain of salt as is anyone's privilege. All I can say is,"Caveat Emptor." I have my bank involved because of the deceptive business practices. Buyer Beware! What a disaster! I paid in full for my pool 6 months ago and all I have to show for it is a fiberglass shell in a hole in the ground. I paid in full on July 30th and was promised my pool would be finished in a "couple of weeks". It is now Nov. 24th and nothing. They do not return emails, phone calls or texts. On the rare occasion someone answers the phone they always promise you that someone will be out "next week". It's been almost 6 months since I paid in full for the entire pool. By the way, the manager drove out to my house for the final payment. I should have known something was fishy when I got that level of attention. Since then nothing. I have an environmental disaster on my hands. Save yourself. Go elsewhere. I should have read the other reviews before I handed over a dime to these criminals. I purchased and paid in full for a swim spa in June 2020. Was delivered on 12/31/20. It was the wrong spa, wrong inside color, wrong cover, missing jets and missing my Southern Lights package. In less the. 3 months I noticed the spa leaking. BL has sent two repair companies out to repair my spa. For it to only still leak. I've been waiting over four months for help. I've even filed a BBB complaint only for BL to tell them I'm dissatisfied. WELL YES I'm dissatisfied My spa is STILL leaking. All I get is the run around from Ryan. All he does is say "Yes I know. Purchased a pool from Backyard Leisure in Nov. 2022. Payment was made to them through a loan company in full in Nov. They called and scheduled a build for our pool in Dec. and said they would be there Jan. 9th. At the end of Dec. they called back to reschedule for Jan. 16th. They came on the 16th and said they would be back the next day to continue the work. Waited all day, no one showed or called. Called the next day to make sure they were coming so as to not have to wait all day for no reason. I spoke to Nate the contractor for the pool company and he was very condescending and rude with me. He could not give me a straight answer and kept telling me about the water in the ground which I told him I already new about. He proceed to tell me like 5 times "I don't know what to tell you, theres water in the hole". All I wanted to know from him is if my husband needed to stay home and wait for the crew to show up. When they did show up they found out that the hole they dug was not even big enough. They kept saying they would be back the next day and they would only show up half the time, causing us to waste time and lose money as my husband was not able to start a new job. We did have issues with water coming up in the ground but that is no excuse to not show up when you say you will. The workers kept telling us about the other jobs that they were working on on days they were supposed to be at our house. So after 3 months we started calling Aaron to find out what the deal was. They told us that we could either pay an additional 3,500 dollars to get the job done now or we could wait until the ground dried up on its own. I felt this was a shake down because they knew that we needed to get this done. We could not use our yard because it was a mess due to all the equipment. That meant that we could not start working in our yard because they would have to bring more equipment in whenever they decided to come back and try again. So, we paid the extra money for them to come and get it done. We waited another week and they finally showed up to finish, but they never finished. That was the beginning of March. We keep calling and nothing is happening. It is now April and we decided to go ahead and bury the pump and purchase a box for it ourselves at additional cost to us. This is after we paid the extra $3500 to go ahead and get the rest of the build done. We called Aaron at the beginning of March to get the concrete scheduled and he said he would call us back to let us know when they would be there. March 16th and we never heard back from him so we called him again. Again he said he would call. Never heard anything from him so I called the GM Ryan on April 4th and he assured me that I would hear back from Aaron on the following day and even gave me his cell phone number so that I would be able to contact him directly. The next day I never received a call from him so I texted Ryan to let him know. I gave it until the following week to call back. My husband called back and spoke with David and he said he would have Aaron call us back. The next day we never heard back from anyone so I decided to call the store. I called all day long on Tuesday April 11th. I called both the store and Ryan's cell number and could not reach anyone until after 5. David answered the phone and said that he had texted and emailed Aaron and that Aaron would call us back. I explained to him that I did not feel confident that that would happen given the fact that it had been almost a month since we heard from him and we keep leaving messages and still nothing. I explained my frustration and said I really did not know what to do at this point and that I didn't want to contact an attorney and he got all defensive and told me that he could no longer talk to me. I understand that getting something scheduled may not happen overnight but it has been over a month since we talked to Aaron about it and not even heard an estimated time frame as to when this will happen. We can not get Aaron to return our calls and Ryan giving me his cell number did no good if he will not answer his phone. Finally the project has been completed but it was just a complete mess trying to have an open line of communication with any of these guys. Please do not put yourself through the trouble of dealing with this company. The only good thing about this whole experience was the concrete company. After spending $11,000 on a spa, they delivered it on March 28, 2022. It was the wrong color and there was a rip on the cover. At that time we told them to take it back. They insisted they would make it right by ordering a new cover and replacing the exterior panel (to change the color) We have been dealing with their management for 8 MONTHS and everytime I go in or talk to them I get a different story. Like others... I would give a zero if possible. During the sale of our hot tub, which we took 2 weeks to consider, we had no problem getting answers, returned calls, and unsolicited calls to see if we had any questions or concerns. But once that check cleared... I have 27 documented calls with this company so far, more than half promised returned calls that never occurred. Timelines were woefully misrepresented, even with the supply chain disclaimers, and now I have a warranty claim for the spa (not the fault of Back Yard Leisure) that represents 12 of the 27 calls. TWELVE times I have called this company and today I find out the claim was entered three and half weeks after my initial request even though I was told "we'll get a tech out today" or "actually, can you send a pic of these parts and we'll submit based off that...?" I have asked for a manger to return my call to discuss these issues, asked for a corporate, GM, or headquarters contact info and each time, "they're not here right now" "I'll pass along the request" "I'll email you their info"... nothing. I am pleased to hear after speaking with this store's manager that some of the issues were with personnel no longer with the company; my main contact included. Editing review post installation: We had a complicated experience with Backyard Leisure. Regarding the shopping/purchase experience, Dave was extremely helpful in-store and was responsive following up when we had questions prior to making a purchase decision. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive thing, and instead was focused on what features each spa had and what would work for us. We were between Backyard Leisure and another retailer, but ultimately decided to go with Backyard Leisure based on the experience with Dave. We paid for our hot tub at the end of August 2022 in-full due to a Labor Day sale and cash discount that made the spa much more attractive price-wise. The expectation was that delivery would take longer than normal. They initially told us they were backed up with supply chain issues (understandable) and the installation probably wouldn't happen until the end of December. We received no follow up after the point of purchase (fully paid) and only received updates when we began to call once every week or two around January/February of 2023. Every time we got the same run-around "your hot tub is on the next truck, we've received a shipping notification, you should receive a call for installation in the next week." Every week we would receive no follow-up and when we would call to get more information, we received the same story. According to one of our calls, the hot tub was ready at least by late February 2023 and waiting for pickup at the manufacturer, but it may have been ready even before that. We only found out when one of the associates called the manufacturer to confirm which was initiated by us hounding them. Apparently Backyard Leisure was having issues with their prior trucking company, which they claimed was the larger issue. All other judgement aside on whether or not that's truly the root cause, the complete lack of proactive communication for several months is the main issue. Also, I find it hard to believe that from February until we finally got our spa, they had 0 deliveries from the manufacturer. We finally received delivery in June of 2023. I was able to work with Julie to get delivery relatively soon after the spa was received by Backyard Leisure. The install team was quick, put the hot tub exactly where we wanted it, and installed the cover. They were courteous and didn't damage the lawn or any landscaping getting the tub in. You couldn't even tell they were here, other than a giant hot tub now on our patio. Happy with the setup at our house. I will say, the salespeople we spoke to are very friendly and understanding of our frustration, however it got to be exasperating when we would get a commitment for resolution, only to have the same conversation 2 weeks later. When you spend as much money as Backyard Leisure's products cost, it is not a far-fetched expectation to want regular updates. Ultimately, the initial sale and final delivery/install were good experiences, but the months in-between of inaction and mis-information were the issue. --------------Review pre-installation------------- We paid for our hot tub at the end of August 2022 and still haven't received our shipment. We purchased a 24' Hybrid pool about a month ago. Sale was flawless. Installation and Customer Service was absolutely horrible. Installation was delayed, first crew who installed was horrible. 2nd crew had to come back and totally redo the pump and plumbing. And relevel the steps and add more bracing. Glad they noticed that. After this was all done it took 2 weeks to get pool backfilled. Yes, it rained 1 day which put them behind. Still took 12 days after the rain. Was told by the manager they will move the excess dirt from my yard to the back of my property. That took another week. Have my fence still disassembled to fit equipment in the yard. When they started to remove the dirt, they got stuck. The grader has to use his own vehicle. Told me after he got unstuck they are not equipped to do this. Tou are a pool company!!!! Was told they have a dump truck thats been broke down for almost a yr. I cant be the only customer who needs this service. And the grader is the only one for almost the whole state. Hmmmm. Interesting. 3 locations. Kernersville, Concord and Raleigh. And 1 grader. Who uses his own equipment. Definitely not impressed and definitely do NOT recommend this company. They got our $31K. And now we have to pay someone almost $1000 to remove the dirt pile around our pool read more

Please consider another company to install your pool. It's been only five years since we had a free form radiant pool installed. We already need a new liner. When a new pool company came to cut the old liner off and measure for the new liner, they were surprised to see the pool was installed on sand only. It should have been installed on vermiculite or concrete. Looking at the color of the sand/clay, we can see where the staining was coming from as well as one side of the pool sagged and tore. read more

Flipping terrible! We went to go inquire about a pool, and ended up with Dave selling us one. He was great! Had all the answers and even did some digging into getting us a great deal. Aaron, another associate who sold us a hot tub a couple of years ago, got into the sale of the pool. 1. We were told it would be installed by the 1st of June 2. We were given a call a few days prior to them coming out and asking if they could schedule it for the 31 to come grade and do the roughing. 3. We were then called again requesting they come out that Friday, the 2 of June to install the pool. 4. They showed up at 2:30 that Friday and one guy came to the door and said he apologized because his phone had died- he would have called. And yet there were three other guys in the vehicle.....? 5. They drove over the septic tank. 6. As they unloaded the pool, there was some discussion about some missing parts- I went out and asked if they needed anything, the young kid told me that the shop never checked for all the parts and they were short. He said that they could come back Monday and finish the job. 7. I called the shop and was given the run around by Aaron; told him that per them we had already scheduled for water to come He told me he would call me back but he didn't. I called again and he said he was trying to get ahold of the guy in charge of setting up the pool. 8. The guys packed up their stuff and left without saying a word. ‍ 9. Long story short - I called and called and never was there a phone call returned. The steps that were dropped off looked old and used and didn't have all the hardware- we ended up taking those back. 10. While in store to get our money back, nobody really didn't want to deal with us except the tall guy (sorry don't know his name). Dave the one who did a fantastic job at selling us the pool said he knew nothing of what had happened. Chalk that up to no communication! NEVER AGAIN!!! These folks don't care- they got their sale. I did try to school Aaron by telling him for the love of all- stop telling folks you will get back to them- just tell them after you take their money they are on their own! Terrible service- folks should be ashamed of themselves. This place botched our whole pool install. Destroyed property while doing it . Sold me a hot tub that we were told was being delivered in March. Then April. Then August. Still do not have the hot tub and they refuse to refund our money , never offered us a substituteor anything at all to compensate us . We are taking them to court now to settle the issue of the property damage and the missing hot tub. They have the worst customer service you can even think of . Save yourself a headache and don't use this place. If you can imagine the worst possible scenario and multiply it by 100 that's what it's like. Check out the bbb claims against them . Very rude. I Would also give ZERO stars....We ordered our spa in July we were super happy with the staff and the support we felt at the time....didn't realize they are all full of s**t. We worked with Cole. Apparently Cole is no longer employed there and of course all the problems that are occurring was because of him well I call bulls**t. Dealt with David and Ryan today and just felt jerked around but it's good to know Davids best friend owns the place but said to my face he was not dealing with people barking at him about the problems that others caused, btw i was calm just questioning their practice. I ask about how long it would take to get a spa if i purchased today he said 8 weeks..funny i have waited a lot longer. They have not called us to give us updates at all in almost 6 months, my husband has gone into the Raleigh location every month to get updates and they kept blowing smoke up our butts...it is December and NO SPA. I went in today to just cancel our order consideringwe have paid in full over $12000....and refund is not an option but they will refund my $500 delivery...I'm sorry UNACCEPTABLE. Call me "karen" if you want but I may have not been so upset over this if they bothered to contact us at all. VERY DISSATISFIED!!! I may have to contact the BBB. I will NEVER RECOMMEND!!! read more

This review was prompted after seeing ABC11 Troubleshooter story regarding hot tub deliveries and was in no way surprised it involved this awful business. We bought our hot tub in 2021 unaware that Hydropool had been acquired by Jacuzzi. This was not disclosed at time of purchase. Contrary to the ABC11 story our Hot tub was delivered in the time frame quoted, however the problems began soon after. Hydropool stopped making the filter that fits out hot tub model. There was an alternative but it required a special cap so it could it could properly connect to the hot tub. We did not receive these and the filters constantly pop out and disconnect and continue to now even after seeking help other resources. Additionally, the cage to the filter area is clipped in by a piece of garbage plastic that absolutely in no surprise to anyone, broke despite careful removal and replacement of the cage for cleaning and filter changing. We promptly visited the store in-person to request a replacement as it was still under warranty. We were told it would be shipped to our home in a matter of weeks. This was several years ago now and between multiple emails, phone call and in-person trips to discuss the issue, the promise of delivery to our house remains unfulfilled. In fact, I'm pretty sure the employee there was playing Solitaire while pretending to input my information into their system for the 3rd or 4th time. We have resorted to zip ties and trying to find someone to 3D print a replacement. They are so full of excuses and no communication or action. This place has no issues getting you comfortable enough to spend thousands of dollars but will absolutely ghost you, should anything happen to your pool or hot tub. I would personally stand outside and deter any potential costumers away, just out of spite to save others from the trouble, but I lack the leisure time. Hopefully this review will suffice as a warning. Frankly, my husband and I are actually quite convinced this business is a money laundering front at this point. BUYER BEWARE. We just started looking for a hot tub for the first time and while I had an ok experience with Ryan in the store, when it came time to look up reviews I was shocked by the negative feedback on Yelp and we will not buy from this company. Here is my experience with Backyard Leisure. I'm giving them a one because they are always polite; there was nothing else positive about our experience. We purchased the Antigua pool with the ionizer system from the Raleigh store in the amount of $12,251.17 on April 10, 2022. Our sales person was extremely helpful and polite explaining our options, that's where the good experience ends. We did not get what was in the advertised package. We received a one speed motor rather than the advertised variable speed motor and we did not receive a chemical start up package or the poll for the skimmer and vacuum. When I asked our sales person about the motor, he told me they didn't make 2 speed motors anymore and/or you needed special wiring that was difficult to do; which is the craziest thing I ever heard. We never got the two speed motor as advertised. After the pool had completed filling, we noticed that the skimmer and hoses leaked; and in two location of the pool the walls collapsed inward. In two other locations the walls fell off the track; in one of those location the track is inside the pool, the other location the wall is inside the pool. The base is very unlevel and the walls are unlevel. I called and talked to Chris, our sales person, he put in a work order and sent someone out to repair the leaks fairly quickly. At that time, we showed the repair man the walls, he said is he was going to turn it into the office and suggest a rebuild. At one point two men came out and looked at it and wanted to drain our pool into our yard that backs up to our neighbors so 15,000 gallons of water would flood our neighbor's yard and they didn't seem to care. I told them they couldn't do that. I emailed two alternative suggestions for draining the pool and they did thank me. To date, 3 months after install, these walls are getting progressively worse and we don't feel safe using the pool. Over the course of the last 3 months, I have sent pictures/video to Chris, called multiple times, talked to numerous people to see when someone was going to do the repairs, the only response we get is "to hold tight" yet no one ever calls back, I call again to only get the same response from a different person. We finally obtained an attorney to maybe spark some sort of care in them to fix our pool, that we can't use, but par for the course, no response to the attorney letter. Backyard Leisure does not seem to stand behind their labor warranty. If you were considering purchasing from them save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and go elsewhere. read more
