Great new place! Gluten free pizza was fantastic; tasty crust. Ordered the GF pizza with pesto, chicken, and mushrooms. Server suggested trying the bacon on top. Bacon was great, but sweeter than what I'd put on that pizza; I'd rather get it on a burger next time. Partner got the thin&crispy pizza with pesto, chicken, & mushrooms and he was impressed, especially with the taste of the sourdough base. They have GF bread /wraps for those that care. Great wine and beer selection, and their house wines are from my local favorite- Fallbrook Winery. Supporting other local businesses is rad. Staff was cheerful and competent. We finally got to try and everything was great! Service was a bit slow at first, but once our waitress realized we were there it was awesome! Pizza was delicious, burger was great, and Sammie was good. Their fries and ranch are delish! Beer selection is good. We will be back for sure! Service was great- we came on a Friday night and the place was packed with families and everyone having a good time. We were seated fairly quickly and drinks/food came out in a timely manner. Loved it Josh was amazing. Loved his service at his last place but he has elevated his game here. The Loaded Baked Potato Pizza was totally awesome. We also had the AED eggs and Blazin Bacon. The bacon was great but a little too spicy but I am a wuss. Tried the Mango beer and liked it. Want more options in beer than almost all IPA's. I am not an IPA fan. A group of us engaged in a dinner/birthday and I will most definitely return. It hasn't been open very long. I believe six weeks or so? Our party had the pleasure of talking to Chris ( the owner) who's brother a firefighter co-owner tragically and suddenly passed away. It was the firefighter brother (apologies for not having his name) who named the menu as it relates to the Emergency Medical System. Genius ! My guess ...the deceased brother saw this place as his future baby. For my first experience here is what I experienced: Good food, good service (Olivia was fantastic and patient with a large table), we could hear ourselves converse in conversation, nice wine list with many choices, nice ambiance, and a soul! Wow! What a special find! We host an annual event nearby and always need a place to help us provide lunch for our volunteers. We initially went in to sample the food and see what they had to offer. HOSPITALITY was at the forefront! The food we tried was delicious and fresh. We decided to order for our event. Each day the food was prepared fresh and on time!! Great food and atmosphere. Overall the service is great! Been there manyl times and had enjoyable experiences. Unfortunately, one bartender, Mike, ruined all that. Apparently he thinks it's funny to make fun of people that learned English as a second language. After telling my wife and I we belong at Ringers and he dropped my burger on the ground and then served it to me, we left. The owners a really nice guy but he needs to see what a cancer Mike is to his great place. We will be going elsewhere but if you try this place avoid Mike. read more

We ordered two pizzas to go, and they were very reasonably priced and the pizza was actually very very good. We had sausage and black olive, and the slices of sausage on the pizza were huge, not some little greasy specs of meat like some other places. It's a drive from Fallbrook to Bonsall but for the price and quality, it's so worth it. We will have to go back and actually sit down inside and try the rest of their food. So stoked to have this new restaurant in the area and blown away with the food and service. Had our 3 visit last night and brought our parents. Everything was just great. Their burgers are killer! They use a 3 meat blend that is really flavorful and they cook them just right. And they have some really interesting toppings and sauces that make you want to come back and try them all. My wife ordered a filet and it was also on point and she went as far to say it was the best steak she's had in the area. The guy at the table next to us had the ribeye and he was super stoked with it. Their version of a Philly Cheesesteak is killer and so ate the Brussels sprouts and fries.
