As far as the drink variety, there's a nice selection of craft beers that dont make you feel bloated afterwards. Wine is also available if you're not a true beer person. I got my usual flight that consisted of 2 IPA's, a stout and a Kolsch. The Dazy Hazy and the One Cocoa Nib Ah Ah Ah (stout) were my favorites. The tap list was pretty big with I think 18 beers and seltzers so there is a little or everyone. The atmosphere was just ok as the outdoor seating area is right in the front by the highway so that's not exactly peaceful. I didn't see any food, but I would guess they have vendors from time to time. Good beer, ok atmosphere.

More specifically Fallout and Roger Clemens dominate 2 of those categories. I tried 4 different beers, and I wouldn't say one dominated, but my favorite was the Stellarator imperial IPA. There is a big indoor area with lots of seating, video games to play and a stage for bands. There was also a covered area outside with lots of picnic tables. I don't believe they have a kitchen onsite (I didn't see one) but I assume they have food trucks as the large parking lot is set up for them. Needless to say we were a bit surprised to enter the brewery to see strobe lights and a bass guitar duel-off followed by several other live musicians for the remainder of the night. We couldn't really hear each other with the live performers but the venue was cool, beers were interesting, and they had plenty of parking. They are dog and kid friendly (until 9:30 pm).

Situated in Old Town Spring, quite close to Corkscrew BBQ (my current HTOWN BBQ favorite), this place is a bit of a drive for me. But entirely worth it! They have a smaller indoor seating area, if you're looking to get out of the Sun or get some air. They have a larger outdoor seating area with tables, chairs, benches and the such. There is also a boat dock to pull up to get your beer or grub fix. I saw a few video games and air hockey for the kids as well. We came here for a lunch and a few brews. I am IPA guy but the day we came, there were none on the menu, so I got a Santa's Cookie's stout to start which was pretty good. I also got a San Jacinto Warrior which they call a "Texican" style, and it was ok. For lunch I got a Paradise Burger that come with Sidewinder fries. The Paradise burger is a tri-tip beef patty w/ grilled pineapple, grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, and provolone cheese. It comes with a Korean sauce, but I got it without. The patty was a little thicker than i usually like, but the burger was really good. The sidewinder fries are basically curly steak fries.
