Shaved ice from Oakobing on a summer night always hits, and this was no exception…read more The mango bingsu was the star of the show, hands down. Fluffy, snow-soft ice piled with real mango cubes and a milk drizzle on top - and even in the single-serving cup size, it was seriously worth it. We also tried the green tea bingsu, topped with matcha powder and mochi, which was solid but the mango stole the spotlight for me. Pro tip: the single size is pretty generous on its own, so unless you're trying to sample a few flavors, one cup does the job. We split two just to try different options and it worked out great for that! Parking along the street was hit or miss, but we went pretty late at night so it wasn't too bad. Sweet, refreshing, and exactly what a summer night calls for - will def be back to try more flavors, like the melon or strawberry!

The product is consistent and perfect every time. Portions are pretty big. Even the single serve can be shared between 2 people. Please look up the menu before arriving. Usually to order you walk in all the way to the kiosk and order from there. If the line is long there's also a QR code on the right side as you enter so you can order from your phone as well. The only thing that's been a consistent issue is there's nowhere to sit. Seating is available inside and there's even a few tables outside but this place is so popular that all the seats are always taken. Be prepared to take your desserts to go. You can walk up to the pick up area and ask for lids.

I was specifically looking for a refreshing little dessert, and this was perfect. The space felt open, clean, and refreshing when we walked in. I feel so bad because I wanted to remember the young lady's name--I believe it started with a B, maybe Bella? Either way, she made the experience that much more enjoyable. As soon as we walked in, I immediately needed to use the restroom, and she was kind enough to give me the password before we had even ordered. When I came back, she offered us samples, and they were actually nice-sized samples, enough for my boyfriend and me to really experience the different flavors. I got embarrassed asking to try more than two, but she was so kind and patient about it. I'm glad she encouraged us to sample them because we ended up getting the trio-flavor waffle cone. The tasting definitely helped because each ice cream had such a unique flavor that I honestly couldn't choose just one. I would most definitely come back. Great service, great-tasting ice cream, and the perfect little stop when you want something sweet and refreshing!

I also found their flavors a bit mild and wished they had more punch. I sampled their mango sticky rice, Glou Glou, and other flavors, but I found them all to be ok. I ended up choosing the Glou Glou but was a bit too sour for my liking. Although, my friend got the Pandan ice cream which actually ended up being pretty good. Overall, good service and I appreciate that they let you sample a lot of flavors. I'm not a huge fan of their ice cream, but they shine with their huge variety of Asian-inspired flavors.

They offer a lot of classic flavors as well as inventive flavors that may sound weird, but somehow work (for example: Pear and Blue Cheese). The limited edition flavors rotate monthly. The employees are super generous with sampling. They'll let you taste as many flavors as you want before ordering. They are friendly about it too. My favorite flavor is Freckled Mint Chocolate Chip. It tastes moderately sweet, with the perfect balance of mint and dark chocolate. Another top flavor of mine is Hazelnut Cookies and Cream. I like that it is made with a hazelnut butter fudge that adds a roasted, nutty sweetness. Because there are so many good flavors, I feel like you can't just get one scoop here. My husband and I had to each get a double scoop cup. You also get a better value with the double scoop vs single scoop. There is also a fridge filled with ice cream pints that you can buy to take home.

It's only purple or brown rice, which is a healthier option, but I understand it's not for everyone. I got the regular size poké bowl with purple rice, and it's cooked perfectly that it has a fluffy texture very similar to white rice's. What I really liked about this place is that they mix your sauces with the protein in a separate mixing bowl before putting it into your poké bowl. Most poké places I've been too won't do this as an extra step - they'll just drizzle a bunch of sauce that sometimes the dry ingredients gets drenched and soggy. As for the fish itself, the portions are very fair, and the quality is good. They gave a pretty generous amount of avocado as well, which was very fresh, and you do not have to pay extra for it. Rarely do I come across a poké restaurant that does this.

I ended up getting the Signature Flight which comes with 6 scoops of ice cream flavors of your choice. The ice cream was nonetheless delicious and the atmosphere of the ice cream shop was quiet and calm with beautifully decorated walls and cushioned seats. The only negative notes I have were the prices seem pretty high for one scoop of ice cream as well for two, the flights are your best choice for saving money! As you can get an assortment of 6 with the signature flight or 8 with the seasonal flight. The interior seating lounge also had a large amount of bugs by the windows which is not something you'd want on your ice cream. Lastly the trashcan is broken so you have to touch the lid which isn't hygienic. Good ice cream shop overall.

We went in and my goodness the place is colorful, like a circus of random things of toys, trinkets, accessories and fridges full of packed desserts. I was eyeing their fresh slices of pies and cakes, especially the carrot cake (someone before us bought one and I was curious too), but their late chocolate chip cookies looked super good, too bad the ice cream sandwiches in the fridge only had snickerdoodles, but their hand written menu and ice cream flavors was our final decision. Today's Flavors definitely means something special, but their triple organic milk was unique. It tasted like fresh sweet milk, tastes even better on top of a brownie and with an extra topping (chocolate balls). More people started coming in and given the space we decided to go back with our ice cream, they have chairs outside where lots of people were eating their ice cream too. Overall, I can tell this place is special, very cute and the staff are very friendly. May come back for that carrot cake next time.
