The pricing is amazing--my gel manicure was only $35 base price, and all of their other services are very reasonably priced as well. Another huge plus is that this salon is appointment only, which I absolutely love. It means no waiting around and no walk-ins cutting into your scheduled time. The salon is always clean, and they are very thorough about cleaning and sanitizing all stations. Overall, it's a reliable, professional, and comfortable place that I'll continue to return to. Note that this establishment does not do nail extensions (gel x or acrylic) if that is something you are looking to get!

To elaborate, I was in the salon during the attempted assassination of President Trump and watched the news coverage unfold in real time. What disturbed me most was hearing employees laughing and making light of the situation. Regardless of anyone's political beliefs, witnessing an attempted assassination of a our president. I found the reactions I heard to be extremely unprofessional and inappropriate in a business setting. On top of that, I had been left waiting for an extended period after my polish was removed, unable to leave because my service was unfinished. The combination of poor customer service and the atmosphere in the salon made for a very unpleasant experience. Now that time has passed, I can look back on the situation more calmly, but my opinion of the experience has not changed. Everyone is entitled to their own political views, but openly laughing about political violence while customers are present was something I found appalling. For that reason, I chose not to return and would not personally recommend this business.

Carolina, who scheduled the appointment, was not present at the salon and didn't communicate with her team. There was no follow-up, no update, and no accountability for the delay. Honestly, do not book through text message--She does not manage appointments well, and it leads to confusion and wasted time. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Client time should be respected. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves how they manage scheduling and customer service.
