The salon is always clean, and they are very thorough about cleaning and sanitizing all stations. Overall, it's a reliable, professional, and comfortable place that I'll continue to return to. Carolina, who scheduled the appointment, was not present at the salon and didn't communicate with her team. There was no follow-up, no update, and no accountability for the delay. Honestly, do not book through text message--She does not manage appointments well, and it leads to confusion and wasted time. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Client time should be respected. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves how they manage scheduling and customer service.
