This is the best nail salon I have ever gone to. It's so cozy and the owner and staff are the best I've encountered. I'm always overjoyed with how amazing my nails look. Working on my feet for 12 hour shifts, they know how to make your feet look and feel like a million bucks! The whole experience is always a pleasure! read more

Vi is awesome! I've been going here for the past 4-5 years. Love the attention to detail. Also, pedicures here are amazing. Wonderful prices all around. They usually have some music going on in background and sometimes give you snacks or water while you wait. Very kind family run business. read more

Danny literally gives THE BEST massages at a pedi I've ever had in the US! I am sooo picky about my pedicures and I've never ever had a complaint here no matter who graced me with their talents! They are the sweetest, hardest working family with hearts and hands of GOLD! They never push an upsell and in fact, once even talked me out of a service because I didn't need it. I thought I needed a whole pedi and they said really a polish change would suffice for what I wanted. Pardon the retail feet but look what a cute design they did for me today! Love these folks! read more

My first time to Perfect Nails and what a wonderful experience! Received a pedicure by Vi on a quiet Tuesday afternoon-- great service, conversation while getting the upgraded pedicure that included extras like paraffin, hot stone massage, mask with steamed towels. I am pretty disappointed. I had my nails done (gel) here and they chipped two days after they were done. To be fair, and why they get one star, the tech said if I had any problems I could come back and they would fix for free. The problem is, I barely have time to treat myself to have my nails done. I don't want to have to come back to have them fixed, I would like them done right the first time. I am not overly hard on my fingernails so I don't understand why they would have chipped so badly. One of them had a big bubble in it at the bottom too. I am not high maintenance but getting your nails done isnt cheap and certainly not worth it if they chip two days after having them done. The pedicure is great and has lasted (as they usually do). The other reason I will not go back is there was a customer who came in talking very loudly on her phone about a family member who was addicted to heroin. She started sobbing while talking on the phone while having her nails done, 5 feet away from me. It went on for 15 minutes and was very awkward and uncomfortable. It definitely ruined any "spa like" feeling I was hoping for. I get that people have issues and real life stuff but if the person isn't situationally aware enough to take the convo outside, the staff should ask them to do so for the comfort of the other, very obviously uncomfortable guests. There was also a young child of one of the workers who ran around most of the time I was there. Whatever, I didnt mind as I have kids and it is obviously a family business but someone going there to relax and unwind might not appreciate it. The technician who did my pedicure was very very thorough and did an amazing job which is where they pick up another star. I probably won't be back. My search for a place that does gel manicures that last more than a week continues...... read more

Great pedicure, the two people who worked on our nails took their time, there was no pressure to upsell and spend extra money. It's hard to find a place that doesn't cut you when they trim your nails, they were gentle and did a fantastic job. Their menu for the pedicures says a snack and a drink, no drinks were offered and the snacks were more for kids, but that's fine. We would definitely return here! read more

First time I've ever been to this salon and I can definitely say they are my new go to. I went in with and idea of the design I wanted for my wedding nails and how I wanted them! They were more than able to do it and they look gorgeous! They were so friendly from the moment I called to make my app to the moment I left. The price was also presently surprising. So happy I gave this place a chance and if you're in the area I recommend them for all your nail needs!! read more

I went on Black Friday. I made an appointment earler in the day for 3:30 and when I arrived I was helped right away. Kayla gave me a perfect pedicure. She was very nice and funny and was gentle with trimming cuticles, but just strong enough when giving the massage. I picked a non gel color and it was fresh and pretty. Price was competetive for services provided (I got the package with foot parafin). I'm very picky when it comes to pedicures and was happy with the customer service and cleanliness. Definitely going again and this place lives up to it's name: "Perfect Nails"! :) read more

The previous review is so full of untruths. A full set of nails by a good salon is anywhere from 40 mimutes to 1 hours and if she is complaining that the first full set took 40 minutes, then she must be delusional. Where is the world does this girl find a salon that does a good full set in less time. She was extremely rude to the very soft-spoken kind man, who was willing to help her pick out a color from the very wide variety (over 250 of regular polishes and 200 gel polishes). She must have had severe attention problems, because after 5 minutes of looking for colors, she had yet to pick one out. The color choices are even placed in order of color as to make it extremely easy for any normal person to select a choice within just a few minutes She was very immature and I say good riddance to her and the shop does not want you to ever come back. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years for acrylics, pedicures and eyelashes and have NEVER been disapponted with any of the procedures or helpful technicians. The owner strives to perform top notch work and her employees follow her lead. I highly recommend Perfect Nails as a place to be pampered and treated as "one of the family". read more

I have been here quite a few times. And Love the way the owner does my nails. But for the last 3 times I have been here, I was asked to come back. This morning, was the last. I arrived at 9:30am, and they haven't opened yet, I wait for about 5 minutes and they finally open. There is one person ahead of me, and I was told to come back in 1 hour. I explained that I couldn't, so I was told to come back tomorrow. I'm heading out of town for the weekend. And I tried to explain it to the owner. They finally got one of the other girls to take my polish off, I had on regular polish, and she started to drill it off, it took her 30 minutes to do one hand. I like the people here, but will not be back. I'm just like any other paying customer. read more

So my boyfriend took me here to get my nails done on Sunday. I made an appointment for 5:00pm and wasn't even seen until 5:40!! And if that didn't already irritate me they got lazy and didn't even use the right color! This is all after telling me I couldn't get acrylics because they would take too long then proceedings to sit people down after me to get full sets. So disappointed with the service. Very overpriced. They should change their name to Last Resort Nails. read more

The service was great and my nails looked amazing but sadly they didn't even last a full week after getting them done. I got a new full set that was an ombre french manicure. They did an amazing job on my ombre nails but they just started popping off a couple of days after getting them done. I got them done on Friday 08-20-2018 and my nails started popping off by Tuesday 08-24-2018! It didn't even hurt and I wouldn't realize a nail was gone until I actually looked at my hands! This tells me that they didn't do a great job at bonding the acrylics to my actual nail. For $45 you expect the nails to last at least 2 weeks. Sadly by week 2 I only had my thumbs on. I would like to try them again since the service was great and my nails did look nice while they lasted but am afraid that I would again have nails that don't last more than a week, which isn't worth the money spent. read more

I'm seven months pregnant and my feet are swollen so I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. My experience today has been by far the best I've ever had at a salon. The staff has been extremely friendly and attentive. I usually avoid pedicures because my feet are sensitive and techs usually hurt me. That has not been the case today. I just went to Perfect Nails for the first time recently. It's close to home, which I appreciate. I went in without an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon and there were three gals working and only one customer getting a manicure. They immediately jumped up to greet me. I came in for a basic manicure, for which I brought my own polish (which was a non-UV gel color and top coat that do not require a light). The woman who did my manicure was very meticulous and took her time. She was happy to use the polish I brought in and answered questions I had about it, since this was my first time using it. My nails were all filed evenly and my cuticles were gently cut away. While my nails dried under the fan, she even gave me a shoulder massage which was a nice surprise! A hand massage with lotion prior to the polish would have been nice, too, but at only $12 I can't complain. Once I was done, I looked like I had just gotten a beautiful, expensive gel manicure. I'm pleased with Perfect Nails and will definitely return for a pedicure soon. read more

They really paid attention to what they were doing and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. We got the deluxe pedicures and it was just what we needed! One star. I've been here twice... The first was for a full set and they ended up looking terrible. I was so upset. Very uneven and a waste of money. I came back a second time because my friend wanted a pedicure. They gave my friend and ingrown nail and the lady that trimmed my cuticles cut me... The worst part was when I realized that they were reusing equipment between clients! Gross!!!!! Save yourself the time and go to New Nails instead. Better pricing, nice nail techs and amazing pedicures! read more
