I came in for a mani/pedi and Lee took care of me for both services. I was a first-time customer and will be coming here from now on. The best nail service I've had in 30+ years. From the warm, kind welcome by the gentleman working here to being handed a beverage menu to choose from a big variety for free (soda, juice, water and even champagne) to then being shown a book of nails to choose polish, I was treated with kindness, hospitality and respect. I got gel for both nails and asked for them to be cut short and rounded, which they did. There was extra care taken with my legs as I'm disabled and sticking my feet up on the stand hurts if I can even do it at all. They adjusted and didn't make a face or comment about it besides it not being a big deal. The massage given for both the pedicure and the manicure was amazing. I paid for a paraffin wrap for my hands so the total was $100 for both plus tip. I think that's a great deal. There was a bit of misunderstanding due to Lee and an intern having English as a second language, but it was no big deal. I was giving Lee a compliment on her massage and she thought I was asking to change the nail color. Another gal working there thought a random man who came in an hour after me was somehow with me, and he was a total stranger so I don't know where that idea came from. This was the most poorly run salon I've ever been to. I booked full sets with dip powder for both myself and my mom. I told the tech I wanted them short because I have an infant, but she took that to mean no extensions at all and just dipped my natural nails. When I questioned it, she admitted the mistake, had to soak them off, and redo them. I was there over 3.5 hours and still left with mediocre nails--and paid $120 for it. The pedicure was just as bad. I asked for a simple one--just nail care and dead skin removal. The man barely touched my feet, didn't remove the dead skin, and left lint stuck in the sides of my toes. Poor communication, unprofessional service, and absolutely not worth the time or money. I won't be back. read more

Prep work was fine. Acrylic work was pretty bad, I needed an extension on a toe I broke and the acrylic went over my entire nail and onto my skin so right after I went to another salon to get it fixed because it started to burn. I regret not taking a photo. I came into the salon with my nails the exact length and shape I wanted and I left with them way shorter and mismatched. My finger nails are ok. I refilled them myself in the chair but the French tip is not great and I think there wasn't clear coat put on one finger. My nails feel thin and I know when the polish comes off it will be like paper. Just an experience that reminded me why I do my nails at home instead of paying $92 and an additional $15 for another place to fix it. read more

Getting my nails done after pay day is becoming a new favorite thing to do. Starting in May 2023 I have now been to three different locations and I will be returning to Prime Nails. They are very kind, and the prices are very fair. They didn't rush through and made sure me and my companions were happy every step of the way. If I'm paying $50-60 bucks for something that I have to look at for several weeks I want it to be satisfactory and at Prime nails I believe you will get that. The environment of the business is relaxing, they have soft love ballads playing, and the nail technicians are very kind and professional. The salon is clean and comfortable to relax in.
