One of the employees, Ilanys, kindly tried to help, but she couldn't perform the service and had another appointment coming up. I appreciate her effort, but the whole situation was poorly handled. Carolina, who scheduled the appointment, was not present at the salon and didn't communicate with her team. There was no follow-up, no update, and no accountability for the delay. Honestly, do not book through text message--She does not manage appointments well, and it leads to confusion and wasted time. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Client time should be respected. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves how they manage scheduling and customer service.
