I went in for an acrylic fill and needed a few nails replaced. I also asked for a pedicure. I asked for regular polish and a simple design on two fingernails. While Kelly was very nice, she was hesitant to hand paint the simple design. She ended up doing a passable job on it, although some smearing occurred when she applied the topcoat too soon. If that had been the only issue, I would have given a higher review score, but within the first week, my nails started separating - some painfully so - including the new ones she had placed. I don't know if it's due to poor quality materials or technique, but it is enough to make me not want to go back. As for the pedicure, there was only one option, and it felt very rushed. My toes look fine, but the experience was not the relaxing, soothing process I've come to love. read more

I do not like to leave bad reviews but this was just BAD. I went in for dip & on the first day one flicked off from just washing my hands. This photo is day two. The owner did my nails, was quick & would just wipe her mistakes when the dip wouldn't stick. Do not recommend, sorry. read more

I called on Friday afternoon to see if I could make an appointment for Saturday at 2. She said yes and when I showed up she was ready to go and enthusiastic to greet me. This was one of the best pedicures I've ever had and the customer service was really on point, a little talkative and friendly but also not too much so you can sit back and relax as you are being pampered. Kelly is a great nail technician and I can't wait to make this my regular spot. Window seat is beside several beautiful plants, I may request the same spot next time. read more

I started going to Kellie in April for my very first gel manicure. I was worried about the removal process as I heard it can be hard on your nails. Kellie takes a lot of pride in her work and has great attention to detail. She doesn't use an electric file to remove the gel polish, she does it by hand, which really maintains the integrity of your nails. Now I see her bi-weekly. She is the best. It was only Kelly there, she did my nails, my sisters, and my mothers. She was very sweet and did an amazing job on all of us. She had water and candies, good seating too! I brought my 5 year old daughter here for a pedicure. Kelly was so sweet and kind. She did such a great job making my daughter comfortable and she loved it!! 5-stars for a pedi. 3-stars for a shellac/gel mani. I think it's a new process for the person who did mine, and she didn't do a very good job. She applied the polish and topcoat up and over my cuticles, so that as the nails grew, the polish lifted up, and peeled off within five days. An expertly done gel mani usually lasts 2-2.5 weeks. read more

I went here with my friend from Gig Harbor and we got our nails done and pedi's. We got there at 5:30 and we weren't done until 7:40. I've been here several times before to get my nails done. I've never had a experience like this before. My polish from the mani wasn't dry at all. I understand that they were supposed to have closed at 7 but I feel like they rushed us out the door. My friends manicure wasn't dry either! I live maybe 20 minutes away and when I got home my polish was messed up. Within the next 48 hours after I got my gel nails the polish on one chipped clean off of a corner of one nail to where the acrylic nail was exposed! Then on another nail the gel was peeling off! Just horrible! We called to talk to the manager (who was the lady that did my nails) and she wouldn't give us her name when we asked (really sketchy) she said they would fix my nails free of charge but they would charge my friend to get her nails fixed! They didn't even say why when we asked why she would be charged for her one nail to get fixed. I'm afraid to see what the rest of my nails are going to do if two has problems with the gel polish chipping and peeling off. I'm just shocked at the terrible job they did. I would never go back there again! read more
