My Mother in Law and I made an appointment for 2 full sets and 2 pedicures. We pulled up and my first thought was, man, this place looks small and its super busy... I bet our wait is going to be huge. I was wrong! For one, it's bigger than it looks on the outside. It's also very adequately staffed. There were no customers waiting and everyone at a table was actively being worked on. The staff are all super friendly. Deluxe pedixure: Amazing. The leg massage, mask, hot stones and paraffin were all done at length, it didn't feel rushed at all and my legs feel divine. Nails: I'm picky when it comes to my nail shape, and they did a really nice job checking length and shape and making sure it was how I wanted it. Went here based on a recommendation from a friend. Sadly i will not be returning. I was getting my nails and toes doe from my up coming Engagement shoot. My nail polish started peeling off two days later to the point i had to take it all off and have no nail polish on, they completely destroyed my nails leaving lines and marks on them from their tools. Also their sanitary practices i would no recommend. We i was sitting at the pedicure chair my pedicurist starting spraying down cleaner on the station i was at starting taking a sponge and whipping down the cleaner. Which is all fine and dandy until she didn't change her gloves and tried to do my lotion massage with her cleaner filled gloves on and got offered where i asked her to change them. I visited on a Monday early evening. I called just after 4:30 to see if I could visit for a mani/ pedi in 10-15 minutes and it was ok. It was my first time visiting and you pass another nail shop below some old apartments, so I was glad to keep going to get to my destination. The shop is in the chalet next to the battery shop on Martin. It's a smaller shop with 4 pedicure chairs and 5 manicure stations on the main level. The loft area must be wear they do the facials and eyelashes. There was only one other person, but there were at least 5 women working that evening. I was directed to wash my hands and then pick out what colors I wanted. Liners were used in the pedicure basin. The young lady who completed my pedicure was sure to verify the water was comfortable and that I had access to the massage controls. My nails were completed neatly. The other nail tech came to start my manicure and she did the clippings, shaping, buffing and soaking in the pedicure chair. Then I was my hands and she completed my gel manicure at a manicure station. My nails not only look good but feel good too. The ladies were all friendly. It made me understand why they were busy with six other customers when I was leaving. I was able to use my credit card and tip fort the service. read more

After all the great recent reviews i've read i decided to check it out. & to be honest, I am not too crazy about my nails. Just recently moved to the state so I am still on a quest to finding my go-to nail spot, and this would be a last-minute / second option for me. Edges weren't cleaned up looks like i did them myself. This place normally does a good job on my nails but yesterday I walked in at 4;35 and said she could do a fill. Then she told me she had an appointment at 5. Everyone knows it takes longer than 25 minutes to do a fill. I assumed someone would takeover and finish my polish because they sometimes do that.. no big deal. But no. She did the whole set in 25 minutes. They were uneven and the polish wasn't to standard. All I'm saying is don't take appointments if you don't have the time just to make more money. Poor service. I asked for deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. They didn't do the deluxe and then told me I never told them I wanted deluxe, even though I talked about how great the paraffin makes my feet feel. It took an hour and a half and 3 different people to complete my toes. My fingers were jagged and sharp and crooked when she finished filing my nails. I asked the girl to file them again and she had an attitude. When she did the gel, she took so long to paint that the gel shrank before curing and doesn't cover my whole nail. Now, one day later, the entire gel paint from my thumb peeled off as a sheet. Now I have one naked nail and a wedding to go to tomorrow. If I had time, I would let even go back to have them fix it, why would I want poor quality again. I am so disappointed. I won't be back. read more

I remember coming here so much my freshman and sophomore year of high school because all the techs are so sweet and they have very good pricing! I took my sister here to get a full set for her homecoming and it was Saturday around 12pm so it was pretty packed. I was getting a pedicure and also had asked for a lip wax. Because it was so crowded I got my lip waxed in the pedicure chair which I didn't mind. I've gotten it waxed before so I know what the procedure usually is. But after I got my lip waxed here it burned and it was more red than usual so I just though my skin was a little extra sensitive that day. A couple hours later I noticed some scarring and it turns out they waxed some of my skin off. This picture is 3 days after I got it waxed. Today was my first time going to this salon. I read the reviews and I was eager to give this place a try since everyone had such great experiences. I'm new to the state and I have been trying to find the right salon for me. Unfortunately this salon was a huge disappointment. I called around 1:30pm to make an appointment, they told me 5pm was available. I booked an appointment with T, since everyone praised her work. I arrived on time and mentioned my appointment. I was told to sit down by the owner and she told me to take my time choosing my color. Then after about 10 minutes I was told to sit down. I didn't know who T was(first timer) and I realized she was the woman in front of me. She was working on someone else's nails and she was barely shaping her acrylics. That's when I decided to leave, after 20 minutes of no communication or attention. I left feeling very upset and devalued as a customer. The lack of care and attention to booking is clearly a problem. If you want to feel respected and valued don't bother visiting this salon, they don't deserve your business. read more

I was always put off by this place because it is so small, and the two times I tried to go here the parking lot was overcrowded. I am glad I gave it another try. I came in early, around 930 on a Friday to get my acrylics removed. I was only planning on getting a manicure but was told about about their organic dipping powder. Because I had acrylics for so long my natural nails were thin, bridle, and bending! I am so thankful Tee suggested the dipping powder over my natural nails. My nails feel strong and look great! Doesn't even feel like I have anything on my fingers. I'm never getting acrylics again after seeing how the organic dipping powder works. I love the look, the feel, and the color of my nails so much. I went here once before a couple years ago and they stayed on perfectly for over a month and the polish didnt even start to chip until mabey a week later. But this time, I got them done about 3 days ago and two just came off. I wasnt even doing anything straining on them I was literally just picking up a throw blanket and they just fell off as I picked it up. I should also mention I didnt do anything in the past few days to make them fall off. They just started to get brittle and fell off. Not snaped off but just fell off. Also, I think its important to say that my pointer finger nail fell off long before the other two but u went back and they fixed it however it was very easy for me to remove the rest of them. All I had to do is lightly bed them the opposite way. Also it's pretty unorganized but that was the least of my problems. read more

Everybody here is so talented, and understands what you want. I've gone here for about a year, and they hand paint many of their designs which is just astonishing and amazing. They will do anything to make it perfect, and they give it 100% every single day. I've been going here for a year, and there hasn't been a single time where someone was feeling a bit lazy. They work so hard, and are genuinely the most talented nail salon. If a color you pick out is somewhat sheer (I get polish #1 from the swatches which is a holographic sparkles with pink.) they will swatch various bases underneath. I came in today. Monday, May 31, 2021, at 11:30 AM to get a nail repair on a full set they originally did and the male worker with glasses told me to write my name down for 12:30 PM and they could get me in an hour. I came back in an hour and after patiently waiting 30 minutes, I went to the front desk to confirm I would be next because I could see they were busy. The female worker with glasses told me that other people were ahead of me because they had appointments and clearly from the appointment book, they did not. Then she proceeded to tell me that I needed to wait another 45 minutes or come back tomorrow. Furthermore, the male worker did not let her know that is what she told me and the female worker's tone was rude and dismissive.
