Love this place! I love Vivian and her crew of ladies. They do a fantastic job on my manicures and pedicures! Very clean place, which is really important. I make appointments, but they also take walk-ins. They also offer lashes and waxing service. If you're searching for a place in Lacey, this is where I would go! read more

I was so disappointed with my French Pedicure. I took my daughter (to get the same) and though hers looked great (her nail designer did a lovely job), mine looked like they were painted by a caveman. We hadn't gone anywhere and only wore flip flops. Three days later, mine were chipping. We paid $86 for the two of us and only one was happy. Not planning to go back. Bonus NOT Points: she didn't even cure my polish under UV lights, help me with my sandals or let me know when it was time to go. Just walked away and left me there until 15mins later, I decided to get up and pay. UPDATE: I went back to have them redone and they pretty much turned out the exact same. Also, still no light, no assistance, and was told to wait five mins before escorting myself out. Included next-day pictures of re-do". Same technician, same results.. ugly. I'll remove and repaint myself. read more

I got a full set gel manicure and Anna did a wonderful job at making my nails look so pretty. I'm usually very particular of how I like my nails done and I was very satisfied with the service! I'd recommend visiting this salon if you're looking for a manicure/pedicure at a reasonable price for great quality. read more

If you want a speed pedicure, this is the place to go, total time was almost 30 minutes. I did not find the process relaxing, the leg massage was over before it really started. Very disappointing. My technician who said she had been at this salon for 10 years was quite rough and gave very little verbal instruction. This is the second time I have gone to this salon, different technicians but the speed of the pedicure was the same. Interestingly, it was not busy, I had booked appointments in advance and there were many workers at the salon without customers. On a positive note, the salon had been recently renovated and looked very nice. read more

This was my 5th time going here and I could not be happier with my overall experience with this salon. Everyone is super friendly, they always get me in even if I don't have an appointment and they always work with me to give me what I want. I almost always get Anna and she always does an amazing job and is so easy to talk to. I am usually obsessed with my nails when I leave but I'm extra obsessed this time. I love them! read more

Went in today as a walk in with no other customers waiting with a picture of design. It was my first acrylic appt ever, but after weeks of research on acrylic, I'm certain what they are supposed to look like as well as the process to how to achieve, as well as having a photo in hand. Coming into the salon I was Sat down immediately and showed the technician what I wanted. The ONLY differences from the photo was glossy instead of matte and for something a little "extra" ie. Jewels or glitter. After my appt I was overall disappointed with the outcome. Jewels not straight. Colors not done well. And very simple design not done well AT ALL. Looking at the photo desired and what was achieved, very obviously different. As well as simply leaving with nail polish on my fingers and back of hands Disclaimer :I'm well aware that I'm not good at speaking up at time of appt for things bc I know it's not the absolute end of the world, but for sense of artistry and pride in work to absolutely execute what is obviously not spot on, is why I share this. I wouldn't be going back again. read more

This place is okay. They are nice and if you want something really simple, they are just fine. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING fancy or without a lot of detail. My nails also seem to break really easily from there and sometimes my fills don't even go all of the way to the cuticle, causing me to come in more often than I'd expect. Here's to hoping that isn't purposeful... read more

Went there for the second time, after getting a nice gel manicure for the first time. Second time was so disappointed, the job was very rushed, my nails look ugly, the technician poked me many times did not even remove cuticles .... I asked her to redo the nail, she kept applying paint, and it was not even... Honestly, I like the salon and I live 4 mins away from it, but this technician is not great. I got gel manicure on Saturday and the nails are already peeling... read more

The sweet ladies have always been sweet and kind to my family and myself. Sometimes, there's a wait, but it's worth it. I've brought my elderly parents here and they treated them so well. I've seen other elderly here and it's always the same. My gel pedicure was beautiful and the hot stone massage divine. I'll recommend this place to anyone. read more

I visited Cute Nails for a fill on my gel nails. This was my first time getting my nails done here, but my regular salon was closed since the owner and family were going to be on vacation. After checking on Yelp, I finally made a choice of another salon who could do what I needed temporarily. Lynne was friendly and not put off when I told her she was just a sub for my regular girl. She proceeded to do an excellent manicure for which I thank her very much. I believe I will continue to go to my regular salon when they re-open, but if they ever can't fit me in I'll definitely go back to Cute Nails. So nice to have a great back- up, don't you think? read more

The lady's were super nice and inviting so it sucks to have to make a bad post but I am pretty disappointed. I went in spontaneously with my toddler to get us a pedicure & full set/manicure. They did so good with my daughter but when we got home I noticed they made her nail bleed from cutting the edges too much. They did the same with me. They spent maybe 30 minutes on my daughters gel pedicure&gel manicure total. .. 6 nails have already chipped. They did not do the massage or any of that on her pedicure, even after I requested it. The lady who did my 3 year old daughters nails added multiple flowers on each toe & finger with rhinestones & didn't ask if i was okay with that... being that it's extra for each one. My pedicure took less than 20 minutes and I paid for the 2nd most expensive one. Pedicures were definitely not relaxing because they were rushed. The gel on my toes are uneven & you can see the imperfection due to darker & lighter spots/chumminess in the polish. My full set would've been super cute if it wasn't rushed. Since it was, there are so many inconsistencies in the gel, the color and the shape. Pictures are of day after my visit & it looks like I've had them for a week now and need a fill... She also did not clean my cuticles or around my nail whatsoever. Wanted to love this place but I paid $160 for a rushed/messed up job on me and my daughter so I will not be returning. read more

I've been more than loyal yet the more I continue with them the higher the pricing g becomes!! This week the owner blatantly lied about the eye lash extension product and pricing. It's an insult to my intelligence to be worked this way. I am 65 yrs ok'd and it's become obvious that they are taking advantage of elderly at any opportunity!! They also caused me a huge doctor bill for causing an extreme ingrown toe nail. I forgave that and now I'm getting raked on pricing and lied to! Fuck this shit! I'm finally done and never to return!! I have been here twice. The first time for a pedicure, it was okay. I have had better. Felt rushed. I was hesitant on going back but I wanted my dip removed and nails cut down. I should have known better when they started, it took entirely too long to remove the dip. I asked for a simple process; SHELLAC. I wasn't thrilled with the job when I left...my nails chipped in less than a couple days. I NOW, know better and will never return. read more

Came in for dip powder removal and gel manicure. The shaping is not so great, and the gel was placed over partially removed dip powder. They make you take money out of ATM and won't let you pay with a card..which is also odd. Probably won't be coming back... read more

I love this place. I've never had a bad experience here and the girls do an amazing job. I used to go here years ago and I hadn't been in a while. Well, I went to star nails and they did such an awful job on my nails and I was so disappointed. They were done yesterday and I couldn't even let them go for two weeks. It was only the second day of them being done and I couldn't take it anymore. I walked into cute nails and showed them the mess that my nails were and ANNA fixed them and made them absolutely stunning. Thank you so much ANNA! I am coming to you now for every fill after this. Everyone loves them and I've gotten compliments all day ! Thank you for making my witch claws look like dainty cute nails you guys are great! Keep doing what you're doing read more

Vivian and the ladies at this salon are so awesome! They are kind, patient, and they work really quickly to take care of their customers. It doesn't take many visits for them to remember who you are and which services you prefer. They do so much more than nails at this salon, too (facials, eyebrows, eyelashes, etc.). I made and appt and when I got there I didn't wait at all. Overall I had a great experience. This is hands down my favorite nail salon. When I lived in Lacey, I trusted NO ONE else with my nails and/or feet for over 3 years. They have a million colors to choose from (including gel polish and magnetic polish), the pedicures are fantastic. The acrylics are wonderful. They are reasonably priced and super friendly. If you get the owner, she is the best. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this nail salon. I moved away to Tacoma. On a whim I got a pedicure at a local nail salon in Olympia with a friend. They did such a poor job, I drove all the way to Lacey, to this salon to have her fix it. Even though the nail salon was closed she fixed my feet and gave a manicure to my friend. I love these guys. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could! I went there 11-6-16 to get a manicure with gel polish and design. I have an upcoming fundraiser this coming Saturday and a nail is chipped two days after the nails were done. I have done gel polish for years and never had it come off before three weeks. This was my first time to this place and please learn from my experience not to waste your money here. If they would slow down, the polish wouldn't have to go on so thick. I paid $35 +$5 tip for something I will have to redo 2 days later. This is ridiculous! read more

This shop is really close to where I live so I decided to do a quick stop in to get my eyebrows waxed . I have used them in the past and things went fine with my waxing. I really appreciate their ability to get me taken care of quickly with little to no wait . But this last time the gal doing my eyebrows accidentally waxed off a piece of my brow that shouldn't have been taken off . I know it wasn't intentional but next time I will double check before I leave. read more

I asked for a polish change, since I just had a manicure the other day. The lady did not understood what I was saying at all, the customer next to me was just shaking her head. The only girl who spoke English was to busy on her phone. Client next to me complaint as well that the girl been to rough and she got attitude. So when I got done, my nails look like I have done it myself, I got charged a manicure not a polish change, $7 difference , so than she has to ask the nerve to ask for tip- her English worked than. Overall experience, it was okay. My pedicure was average and the paint job was fine but the customer service and cleanliness of the nail salon was really bad. I went with my sister and my best friend for my birthday and there was a wait, no big deal. Then they sat my sister and I in the pedicure chairs and started on my sisters pedicure....then, after touching my sisters feet she walked over to my friend and started her manicure...WITHOUT washing her hands. on top of that, the lady doing my pedicure dropped one of the tools on the floor, then put it in her little box thinking I wouldn't notice, and then 3 minutes later took it back out and used it on me. I was really disappointed by the professionalism of the staff. read more
