I was so disappointed with my French Pedicure. I took my daughter (to get the same) and though hers looked great (her nail designer did a lovely job), mine looked like they were painted by a caveman. We hadn't gone anywhere and only wore flip flops. Three days later, mine were chipping. We paid $86 for the two of us and only one was happy. Not planning to go back. Bonus NOT Points: she didn't even cure my polish under UV lights, help me with my sandals or let me know when it was time to go. Just walked away and left me there until 15mins later, I decided to get up and pay. UPDATE: I went back to have them redone and they pretty much turned out the exact same. If you want a speed pedicure, this is the place to go, total time was almost 30 minutes. I did not find the process relaxing, the leg massage was over before it really started. Very disappointing. My technician who said she had been at this salon for 10 years was quite rough and gave very little verbal instruction. This is the second time I have gone to this salon, different technicians but the speed of the pedicure was the same. Interestingly, it was not busy, I had booked appointments in advance and there were many workers at the salon without customers. My nails also seem to break really easily from there and sometimes my fills don't even go all of the way to the cuticle, causing me to come in more often than I'd expect. Went in today as a walk in with no other customers waiting with a picture of design. It was my first acrylic appt ever, but after weeks of research on acrylic, I'm certain what they are supposed to look like as well as the process to how to achieve, as well as having a photo in hand. Coming into the salon I was Sat down immediately and showed the technician what I wanted. The ONLY differences from the photo was glossy instead of matte and for something a little "extra" ie. Jewels or glitter. After my appt I was overall disappointed with the outcome. Jewels not straight. Colors not done well. And very simple design not done well AT ALL. Looking at the photo desired and what was achieved, very obviously different. As well as simply leaving with nail polish on my fingers and back of hands Disclaimer :I'm well aware that I'm not good at speaking up at time of appt for things bc I know it's not the absolute end of the world, but for sense of artistry and pride in work to absolutely execute what is obviously not spot on, is why I share this. The lady's were super nice and inviting so it sucks to have to make a bad post but I am pretty disappointed. I went in spontaneously with my toddler to get us a pedicure & full set/manicure. They did so good with my daughter but when we got home I noticed they made her nail bleed from cutting the edges too much. They did the same with me. They spent maybe 30 minutes on my daughters gel pedicure&gel manicure total. .. 6 nails have already chipped. They did not do the massage or any of that on her pedicure, even after I requested it. The lady who did my 3 year old daughters nails added multiple flowers on each toe & finger with rhinestones & didn't ask if i was okay with that... being that it's extra for each one. My pedicure took less than 20 minutes and I paid for the 2nd most expensive one. Pedicures were definitely not relaxing because they were rushed. The gel on my toes are uneven & you can see the imperfection due to darker & lighter spots/chumminess in the polish. My full set would've been super cute if it wasn't rushed. Since it was, there are so many inconsistencies in the gel, the color and the shape. Pictures are of day after my visit & it looks like I've had them for a week now and need a fill... She also did not clean my cuticles or around my nail whatsoever. Wanted to love this place but I paid $160 for a rushed/messed up job on me and my daughter so I will not be returning. read more

I visited Cute Nails for a fill on my gel nails. This was my first time getting my nails done here, but my regular salon was closed since the owner and family were going to be on vacation. After checking on Yelp, I finally made a choice of another salon who could do what I needed temporarily. Lynne was friendly and not put off when I told her she was just a sub for my regular girl. She proceeded to do an excellent manicure for which I thank her very much. I believe I will continue to go to my regular salon when they re-open, but if they ever can't fit me in I'll definitely go back to Cute Nails. Well, I went to star nails and they did such an awful job on my nails and I was so disappointed. They were done yesterday and I couldn't even let them go for two weeks. This is hands down my favorite nail salon. When I lived in Lacey, I trusted NO ONE else with my nails and/or feet for over 3 years. They have a million colors to choose from (including gel polish and magnetic polish), the pedicures are fantastic. The acrylics are wonderful. They are reasonably priced and super friendly. If you get the owner, she is the best. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this nail salon. I moved away to Tacoma. On a whim I got a pedicure at a local nail salon in Olympia with a friend. They did such a poor job, I drove all the way to Lacey, to this salon to have her fix it. Even though the nail salon was closed she fixed my feet and gave a manicure to my friend. I love these guys. read more

I really appreciate their ability to get me taken care of quickly with little to no wait . I asked for a polish change, since I just had a manicure the other day. The lady did not understood what I was saying at all, the customer next to me was just shaking her head. The only girl who spoke English was to busy on her phone. Client next to me complaint as well that the girl been to rough and she got attitude. So when I got done, my nails look like I have done it myself, I got charged a manicure not a polish change, $7 difference , so than she has to ask the nerve to ask for tip- her English worked than. The staff seems to have fun when they are talking to each other in their language, it is very hard to understand them, but they did a very fine job on my pedicure and at only $22....it's worth it, especially if you just want to go get your toes done and relax with their intense vibrating chairs....you don't need to worry about sparking up conversation so you can just chill and watch TV or catch up on your emails or social media sites :-) I'll be back. read more
