Melissa was warm and friendly without being intrusive or awkward and explained the process very thoroughly and to the point. The service itself was what I expected it to be (sugaring/waxing = hair being ripped from follicles, so that's never a fun time), but she made sure I was comfortable and even had me laughing more than a few times. The studio is clean - like sparkling clean and intimate without being cramped. She also offers a great selection of facials and I'll be booking one soon. I show up to the appointment and I couldn't find the door which goes to Bloom's office. It was raining heavily, and I desperately needed to use the restroom, so I left to go do that. I figured I'd reschedule and try and figure out how to get in when I called them , no big deal. Then they call me and asked what happened, I told them, and they laid the cancellation policy on me, so I just told them, I'll see you in court.

I…read morecame at 3:51 I wasn't seated till 4:10 and my manicure didn't start until after my pedicure was done almost at 4:50. The last people there seemed to have an attitude and were upset they had to stay longer. The women who did my manicure was rushing the whole process, when I asked her to fix a nail she waived at me like "later later" she wasn't even listening to my concern. She thought I was saying something else. I paid and before leaving I asked if they had quick spray so my toes could dry fast and the guy in a Blue sweater and black baseball cap had literally dismissed me with his hand and said it will dry. Customer service experience was by the worst with the attitude they had the end. Paying $90 almost and still tipping them to receive that kind of experience is upsetting. AVOID COMING here unfortunately the google reviews are better while Yelp have 3.5 stars had I seen that I would have went somewhere else. I she didn't even take the time to clean around my fingers

I really wanted to love my brows, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. During…read morethe appointment, I explained multiple times that I wanted a light, soft, natural look because my eyebrows are very important to me. The artist had me check the shape several times throughout the appointment and repeatedly asked if they looked even. At the time, I had asked to lessen the arch, I trusted the process, but once I got home and looked at them from different angles, it became clear that they were uneven. One brow sits differently than the other, the shape isn't symmetrical, and they appear much heavier and more filled in than what I specifically requested. I understand that cosmetic tattooing heals and fades, but the uneven shape and overall design are not what I asked for. I now have to spend additional money to have another artist try to correct them, which is incredibly frustrating. I appreciate that she checked in with me throughout the appointment, but unfortunately the final result did not match what I requested or expected. This has been really upsetting, and I wouldn't have chosen this outcome for something as important as my eyebrows.

I kept getting a short layered back that needed to be grown out again and again. What a relief to finally find someone (Harpreet) that could look at what I had going on, see my goal and move me towards it blending and shaping to help me feel like I have a great cut and style while growing out. I always had razor cuts in California growing up. Everywhere else stylists were afraid to razor my hair. Harpreet without even asking her to do so grabbed her razor and expertly styled my thin straight hair giving me movement and texture. I can not say enough good things about the salon. I love that this is a full service salon. I had my brows threaded while I was there and discussed a brow tint. The salon is immaculately clean and organized.
