The owners husband IS NOT licensed, he attempted to remove my nails but failed. it took him about 40 min to cut my nails off. he made me leave my nails dipped in acetone for long periods of time. he hurt me. and lastly kept leaving the seat to go outside to talk on the phone or wander off to do others things i walked out the salon with my nails damaged, and my whole left hand still has the acrylic on it

They always have great service when I go in. They take their time to do your services. 100% recommend to get your nails done here.

My acrylic nails were in poor shape and I was in desperate need of a fill and since I was in the area I decided to give this place a try. I am not totally dissatisfied with my nails but I also don't love them. I paid $55 + tip for a fill which I feel was an OK price, the nail tech did take her time with doing my nails which I appreciated but idk if I will give this place another try. I wanted my nails to be a slightly rounded square and she made them all extra round. I told her I wanted to have French tip done, but I think I made the mistake of complimenting the nail techs own nails and somehow she must've thought that I wanted my nails just like hers or something? But I didn't. I normally don't leave reviews for places but I feel like to find a good nail salon you have to really read the reviews and go off what you read as a good way of predicting what kind of service to expect. I hope this review helps someone decide if this is the place you want to spend your money at or not. The acrylics she did were very thick - which I like, but my nails are not the style or shape that I had asked for and I don't have money to waste on nails that I don't LOVE.

Nope. Not a place I'd recommend. Wanted a basic color with unicorn powder and the lady tried to offer me a completely different color that was just sparkly nail polish instead. My pedicure looks terrible, nails are cut crooked , when asked to please trim across she just filed them more and they don't look any different. She "fixed" by broken toenail and it's large and crooked as well. I stopped the service. Very disappointed.

Great place. They take you in right away becAuse they have a lot of staff working here. The place is clean and orderly and they are not too pricey. They offer more than the basic manicure and pedicure service so I if you are seriously looking to pamper your hands and feet, this is the place to go.

I've been going to Elegant Nails for about 10 years. The staff of EN are wonderful manicure and pedicure technicians. When you walk in, they greet you with a smile and ask what service you are looking for. They also ask you to pick out the color you want on your nails. They provide hundreds of colors from white to tiger brown/gold/black. Plain colors, sparkly, and pearly to cat's eye in jells to just plain polish. They are efficient and very knowledgeable of what their products can do. The salon also provides waxing, eyebrow sculpting and other cosmetic services. I am hard of hearing, so I don't talk much but they answer any questions I have in understandable English. read more

Terrible nail place! Gave us the wrong colors not even the correct shape also left glue all over my hands. cut me multiple times and the design is no where near the picture that was shown. Will not be back and do not recommend. ladies were very friendly though. read more

I've been going to elegant nails for over 20 years now. Very rarely do I have any problems, all of the nail techs have been amazing to me over the years. Yesterday, I had the most amazing pedicure of my life! It's called the Volcano pedicure, and I highly recommend it! I can't afford to do it every time, but it was really a treat for me. Regular nail filis, manicures and pedicures are reasonably priced, probably less than elsewhere. Convenient location, they do take walk-ins, but it's always best to have an appointment! read more

The last time I was there, June 5, 2024. I was assigned to a lady named Betty. She was rough pulling my hand, not careful with the electrical polisher, overlapping my cuticles. The saloon must maintain courtesy and respect for the clients. Talking to their co-worker in their native tongue in front of the clients is rude and impolite. They can talk to each other during their breaks and away from customers. They must refrain from talking over their cellphones while doing business with a client. This is so disrespectful and could create accident in hurting the customer. If your phone rings, don't just say "Hello!" Say, "Elegant Nails. May help you!" I love this nail salon! Elegant nails is a nail salon on lacy that does an amazing job at pampering their customers. My cousin and I came here because she wanted to get her nails done for her wedding. I came along and also got a mani/pedi. Their services are amazing. All the employees are super nice and care to know you by name. I asked for a nail color recommendation (cause I didn't know what to get) and they choose the perfect nail color. I'm a very simple person when it comes to my nails but they still made my mani/pedi elegant (pun intended). The tools they used are sterilized. Their tubs have liners. They also have waxing and massage services. They also have plenty of street parking and they welcome walk ins. They cater to your needs and provide quick and comfortable service. If I'm ever in the area I will definitely get my nails done here! read more

they told my daughter one price then charged her a higher price when she was done. my 4 year old granddaughter got a pedicure and they did nothing but put her feet in the water then painted them after my daughter Todd them she did not want hell on her nails they proceeded to do it any way on top of that they used 5 opened packages of lotion on my daughter that they had to lay on her legs and try and slid the old locum out of the packages and were all taking laughing and looking at my daughter as they were doing it when she looked at them one said oh we were laughing about you and your daughter got matching nails REALLY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called talked to the manager he told me to come in at 4pm to get a refund but when I went there he was not there they called him and all he said was come back and we will paint my granddaughters nails again. I would NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE EVER. if I could rate minus stars I would. please save yourself and not go there. Pink and white nail sap is the place to go read more

I have been going to this salon for years, which is the only reason I didn't give a one star. That and because my pedicure was amazing, but that's where the good ends. I made an apt for last Saturday at 9 am for 2 pedicures and a full set. They got us in for pedicures right away but forgot my full set. So I reminded them and the attitude shifted. All of a sudden I felt like a burden! The lady was rude and rushed didn't even try to hide her annoyance. I apologized for the last minute but told her it was specified in my apt. She then litterally scoffed. Now I am not a complainer so let it go. I wish I hadn't she did a mediocre job. Its been 5 days and I already need a fill. One nail is lifting. And the underside of my nails look like crap. Buldges of acrylic that were not buffed down. I am very disappointed. read more

I've gone here on and off since the 90's. As of late the work they are putting out for the price just isn't matching up. Today I took my daughter and she got a fill set and a couple of her nails are crooked, this same thing happened to me last October and I just chalked it up as a one time thing, but unfortunately their work just keeps getting worse and worse. I also had them just do a simple gel polish (one solid color) on her toes, no pedicure, just paint and they charged $25. I definitely won't be going back... I've learned my lesson. read more

Lynn is so sweet and my pedicure was amazing! I got the "Elegant" pedicure for $33 and I'm shocked by how much is included, especially massage time! I always do the upgrade pedicure (deluxe or spa, etc) wherever I go and have gotten pedicures in three countries, soo many cities .... this is the best value! read more

Not particularly impressed. I am new to the area and came across this nail salon while shopping. I was a walk in which is great. I had an eyebrow tint and wax. I told her I like full brows and to shape them to their already natural shape. I left with super thin, uneven brows. I felt like she did not listen to my wishes and just went with what skill set she was comfortable with. I honestly hated my brows. I will be checking out the brow bar in Lacey from now on. read more

Been here 3 times and loved it every time. Girls are nice they always rub your shoulders with an manicure. I have never had anyone get my cuticles as well as they do too. Gel/schlack always stays 2 weeks of not longer on me. read more

Betty took specical care of my nails and followed the design I brought in. She helped me choose a complimentary color for the flower design against the base coat. Betty made me feel very special and was attentive. Definately will be seeing Betty again for my nails. Betty is a superhero! read more

To elaborate, I was in the salon during the attempted assassination of President Trump and watched the news coverage unfold in real time. What disturbed me most was hearing employees laughing and making light of the situation. Regardless of anyone's political beliefs, witnessing an attempted assassination of a our president. I found the reactions I heard to be extremely unprofessional and inappropriate in a business setting. On top of that, I had been left waiting for an extended period after my polish was removed, unable to leave because my service was unfinished. The combination of poor customer service and the atmosphere in the salon made for a very unpleasant experience. Now that time has passed, I can look back on the situation more calmly, but my opinion of the experience has not changed. Everyone is entitled to their own political views, but openly laughing about political violence while customers are present was something I found appalling. For that reason, I chose not to return and would not personally recommend this business.

She became visibly angry and "hot-headed," which completely ruined the relaxing experience I come here for. While I understand the late change was an inconvenience, the lack of temperament control was disappointing. I still love the facility, but I will be more cautious about who I book with in the future to ensure the environment stays peaceful.

I am amazed at the negative reviews regarding Elegant Nails. It is clear that these people have had experiences that seem unreal and certainly do no represent what I have experienced personally or witnessed of the service provided by this nail salon. I have been a patron of Elegant nails for more than eighteen (18) years. This amount of time translates to at least 2 visits per month (excluding vacations) for that entire period of time. I will not go to any other salon for service due to the friendly and professional service I have experienced. I am been getting my nails done since the early 1980's and consider my years of experience to provide credibility when assessing services provided by nails salons. The facility is clean and I have seen improvements that had created a comfortable and upscale atmosphere for clients. I have also referred many people to Elegant Nails and all of their experiences have been very positive. If I had been treated in an unprofessional way or experienced that same behavior the many times I was in the salon, I would not have returned nor referred any of my friends or people who have asked me where do you get your nails done, they always look so beautiful. I have been having services at Elegant Nails for nearly 10 years. I have had eyelash extensions, facials and, of course, manicures and pedicures (which I have every four weeks). Yes! a fill on my nails lasts for the entire four weeks. I like to have different designs and features on my nails...right now I'm into cat-eyes. I also have designs on my toes in the summer when I wear sandals. Next week, at my regular appointment, I'm planning to try a new cat-eye on my nails. And my birthday is coming up so I am thinking about treating myself to a facial soon. Elegant Nails provides great technical nail and skin services combined with some friendly pampering...and at a reasonable price. My experience at Elegant Nails has been so good that I have recommended the salon to my friends and given Elegant Nails' gift certificates as birthday presents. I received a gift card for my birthday and this was not my usual place. When I went it was a little busy but the gal got me in right away. I got a full set (gel) and they did a good job. Thought no different than my usual place. So I thought....I did not have a nail break in between fills which is unusual for my regular place. I always have two or three nails break in between fills. Now I'm hooked on going to Elegant Nails. The pedicures are great too! Yes, they are busy....which is a great thing....means others like their services too! I absolutely LOVE Elegant Nails. I've been coming here since 2012 and they never disappoint. I travel almost 30 minutes to make sure that I go to this nail salon. All the women are amazing at what they do and they are so friendly. If I ever have a problem, I let them know right away and they are happy to fix it. They genuinely care about each and every one of their customers and it's apparent in the way that they greet their customers as soon as they walk in the door and continue the conversation when we're all in the chairs. Whenever I only come in with a color she always picks out the best designs and other colors to go with it. I always have a perfect nail job with very attentive and amiable ladies attending to me. This is definitely my go-to salon.
