Thought it would be nice to have my 12-year-old get her nails done for the first time as requested for her bday. This was the worst service and experience. Acrylic service took less than 30 mins to be done. I literally crossed over to wash my truck and vaccum it and by the time I was done she was done herself $80 later with crooked and lumpy nails.When we tried to fix them she literally said "her finger do like that."Please DO NOT go to this place and waste your money or any heart palpitations on this business. read more

UPDATE It has been 1 month since my daughter and I came here. I personally took my polish on my toes off today and have YELLOW parts on my toes and they are so brittle. I don't know what kind of infection or fungal issue I now have thanks to this spa but I am so upset. I could cry. read more

i got a pedicure, my 2 friends got manicures. That was the fastest and worst pedicure of my life. $45 for pretty much gel polish. I think my feet were in the water about 25 seconds. The whole service was about 20 minutes. The lady literally did one light swipe with the cheese grater thing, it was like she did it just to say, "oh yes, I used it." You know when you pay good money for something and you feel like you were just robbed. Yeah, it was exactly that. The 2 manicures.. they didn't even put their hands in any softening solution. Polish was bumpy and was chipping not 24hrs later. This place is a scam, and they could care less. I will NEVER go there again, and I feel bad I suggested the place to my friends that day. read more

I took my 90 yr old Mom and myself to get our nails done and pedicures. I found in general that they responded in a very defensive aggressive manner to any question. The lady that did my nails did a great job but l have never seen such a messy job as the other lady did for my Mom. The polish in her toe nails looked like it was done by a child the polish was all over her skin under her toe nails was not cleaned and when l brought this to her attention she became angry raising her voice trying to justify her very poor work. No worries as l will never return to your business it' was made clear you don't think a elderly woman deserves quality service. And this poor job cost me $60.00 ridiculous. read more

After spending $90 I would have expected better results. Not only did I wait 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appt for them to begin with working on my nails the results are most embarrassing. I guess if you look from a far they are ok. But they are not flat or straight. They dip down in the middle. I have never experienced this before. I'm so incredibly disappointed. The atmosphere is great.. very relaxing! All of the nail techs in this salon do an amazing job & really take their time. They will do your nails exactly how you want them. $40 for a gel set is a bit expensive but it does last 3-4 weeks without chipping & it doesn't look horrible. I got a dead sea pedicure it was wonderful.. They give good massages which is my favorite part of it all. They do waxing, & eyelash extensions also. I have gotten my brows & lip waxed here previously & was happy with it. I've been coming here on & off for years they have never disappointed! I find some of the pricing a little ridiculous especially for being in Yelm but the ladies do such a wonderful job so it all weighs out. If my regular nail salon is booked up this place is my go to... It is very clean in there & the service is very personable. Definitely the best nail salon in Yelm! read more

You know when you find a perfect place to get your fresh nails? Well this isn't it... I went in for a full set of acrylic nails and day 2 they were lifting from the base of my nail, near the cuticle. Seriously?! 40$ for these dang things and they can't last 2 weeks? I have a nail guy in North bend that does nails that last 4 weeks! But that is a hell of a drive... and I guess I'll have to make a monthly trip out there! Only good thing about this place is the liners in the pedicure tubs. read more

This is the best nail shop in Yelm by far. I've been to most of them in the 2 years I've lived here, and I'm so glad I found this place. Vi is the owner and she does my nails, but all of the girls there are great. I feel they really care about their customers. They are always doing things to make our experience better. Recently they got new spa chairs for the pedicures, and they're really awesome. I also know that some of their customers drive from out of the direct area, because they are so good. I know one of their customers drives from Centrailia because she can't find someone as good there. If you are looking for a great nail place, this is it. read more

Got my lashes done here and they have been poor quality lashes fall into my eyes and she never puts a full set I went to Lash out Loud to get a lash fill and they had to remove my lashes completely due to the several a lashes glue to my own lashes she was shocked how badly glued my lashes were all bunches together Yelm nails is costing me 25 for lash removal and a new set is 150 DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE read more

So lets begin i went in before a 3 and half hour drive to finally meet my ex husbands inlaws at my daughters party. Was getting my nails freshened up... lets just say the crap i got slopped in my nails. 5 layers of gel polish! Let me just tell ya. I had thicker polish then i did acrylic! It was wrapped around the underneath of my nail on some nails and around the sides and looked like bubbles on the tip of my nails. Made some nails look horribly wide. My thumb nails are two noticeably different lengths and a slanted pinky. The glitter thats on half my nails is so thick it feels like steps on my nails. I sat in my can and looked at them went back in and said hey whar the heck is this after paying 30 dollars for a fill and slopped in paint. And all i got was we can gind down the other nail... then what???? Have chipped polish or another layer added??? But how do u fix a chip on that thick of polish? Complete shit job had to go pick up my kids an no time to go find another place to get this fixed.... gotta be thankful i got a 4 year old... totallly looks like a 4 year olds work. Can just pass it off. Wish i was in my old town. They would have redone it right then and there or renbursed me some how. Not even 30 hours later my nails are horribly chipped. Due to my circumstances with my medical child i cant get them fixed any time soon and have to walk around with this embarrassing nails. read more

When you walk in, all the equipment and chairs are carefully smashed together in this confined space. Then you add all the people waiting, those being helped, and the workers... No wonder everyone looks uncomfortable! None the less, I am a trooper and waited 25mins because I needed my hands to look pretty for an important event. I started going to this nail spa about a month ago and I'm very pleased with it. They take their time and do not produce sloppy work.

Been coming to Vy for almost 20 years. She and her staff are hard working and good at what they do. She does my eyelashes now and has been for a year. A couple months ago I had an allergic reaction to the glue and she has worked with me trying to find a glue I can use. If I ever have an issue she makes sure it is handled quickly and professionally. (If you are a walk in, you might have to wait a little bit) the lady who did my pedicure was very kind and thorough. She asked before providing any service that would have an upcharge. I rarely get my nails done but this is my go to place, they always do such a good job on my acrylics which I usually get pretty long. I usually walk in without a appointment and get seen pretty soon even if they are packed. I think the longest I ever waited was 30 minutes which isn't bad for being a walk in! They also do such good pedicures! I got a pedicure and acrylics for my birthday and they looked good and it didn't even cost me $100! Good prices and great work! I normally always get my eyebrows waxed here. This one day I go in to get my eyebrows waxed and she has the nerve to ask me if I have a scar. No I don't have a scar on my eyebrow. I get up to look when she's done and BAM! She says that's why I asked you if you have a scar there's a big empty spot. No it's empty cause you plucked it! Took my dad here for a manicure and pedicure and I joined him. The gal who took care of my dad was very attentive while the gal taking care if me looked as though she wished she were elsewhere. She kept disappearing and my dad would be finished before she even painted my toenails so I opted for clear polish - no time to sit and let them dry. My manicure was sloppy- not even pushing back my cuticles all the way on all 10 fingers. I opted for no polish on my fingers so ny dad wouldn't sit and wait any longer. My dad had a great experience so that was the objective. Pay closer attention to your customers and you would have received a better review. read more

For $50 I got.... - Ratty looking nails. I had asked to get old gel taken off and she got about half off and called it done, I asked her to try to get it all and got attitude for that, she didn't even bother to file the edges. I had to finish the buffing and cuticle removal at home. - Half a pedicure. Didn't take cuticle off the smaller toes and missed polishing a small toe entirely and had to have her go back and do that one after she told me all was done. Barely scrubbed or did any filing since she was in a hurry. - Waxed eyebrows with wax dripped in my hair. Found that awesomeness when I got home. - If they are in that much of a hurry what was the point? I would have gladly waited another five minutes to get a decent job done. Will not be back.
