If I could rate -10 stars I would. Where do I start.... I brought in the first photo and asked if she could do the look on my nails she said yes. I asked again are you sure. She said yes I'll make your hands look good. My nails were my own under an acrylic set. They were long enough to accomplish what I was asking in a timely manner. Black and nude ombré is what I asked for. What I got was something that looked like the snack called Buckeyes. What should have take. Maybe an hour and a half at most went on for over 2 hours while I kept asking her what are you doing!? As a person who's been getting her nails done and has done her own nails since she was 15 I have a grasp of the knowledge of the nail structure and how to work with acrylic, builder gel and other nail product mediums. This woman applied black to three quarters of my nail when she should have put it just below where my nail growth started. She did not clean her brush, nor did she use new monimer. She used old reused monimer as it had stuff floating in the bottom. She nor her other employee was wearing a mask. I paid for my nails and left more than just upset. This place needs to be inspected and or shut down! read more

This was from 12/30/16 it never postef... I used to come here years ago & really liked this salon... I went today and it was horrible! I came & got a nail take off which was painful she told me she can do it w/o soaking them ( I said I wanted them soaked as I had gel polish ) well she did it her way it hurt she cut them all then soaked for 5 min & still charged $10 for take off.. I didn't think anything of it since it was hard for her to get it off ok whatever. I wanted an ombre nail with nude & white, the coffin shape. She assured me she could do it, great! Well, she put a white tip instead of doing clear & using polish, assuring me it would look better. I trusted her, she was supposed to be the pro right!? I have never done the ombre gel nails so I had no idea! I told her at other nail salons, the tech always cuts the sides to do the coffin shape. She said no it's okay she is going to file it, then after she gets the acrylic on & clear polish she is going to file it again. Again, she is the pro so I trusted her. I kept telling her after she filed the second time, my nails are uneven & they are square. She said no they are even, & that was the best she could do for the shape. I was highly irritated that she kept arguing so I just said whatever she pretty much said she can't fix it. The uv gel polish was $5 extra which is fine with me as it lasts longer. My pedicure was horrible, the massage was about 2 minutes. She almost cut me when cutting my toe nails so I asked her to please just file them ( this was an older lady ), so she did. It took a total of 20 mins for my pedicure! I was really just over it & thought maybe I would be happy with my nails but that was a total disappointment! I chose white polish for my toes, horrible paint job! I do NOT recommend this place & wouldn't go here again! What a waste of $60!! I'll have to go spend more money tomorrow to fix this bs!! read more

This place is garbage! Stay away! I went in here today to get a full set that looks natural. The shapes are all uneven and I haven't had these on for more than 4 hours and just washed a few dishes and my top coat bubbled up and came off on my thumb and it's doing the same on my index finger. I'm sure the others will soon follow suit. The lady cut me with the filer and tried to hide it, like I wouldn't notice! Pffft! She also placed way too big of tips on very messily and I have globs of glue stuck underneath my nails that I can't get off. I wouldn't give any stars if it was possible because these nails are shit! I came in on Sunday night for an eyebrow wax. I called to make sure they had time to see me and they confirmed, this was at about 4:00pm. I arrived a few minutes later and was greeted right away. There is alot of pedicure chairs and nail stations which is nice. Small but comfortable space. There was one nail tech with a customer and what seemed to be her teenage son. Another lady had just finished up her pedicure. The nail tech promptly got up to take me to get waxed. She was very friendly and introduced herself as Anna. They have a private wax room which I always appreciate, I refuse to sit in the main area in a computer chair which some places seriously do smdh. Anna took time looking at my eyebrows and asking what I wanted. She took her time and made sure she was accurate. She made sure I was happy with them when she finished. Then she used this amazing smelling pineapple oil afterword and massaged my eyebrows which was really great. I will be back to see Anna soon my eyebrows look GREAT!! read more

Run! Worst place in the world. My 8 year old daughter and I had some time to kill waiting for our oil change at jiffy lube and decided to get a mani and pedi. My daughter just wanted her toes painted. They charged me $105.00 for a gel mani and pedi plus my daughters toes to be painted. My gel polish is chipped like you wouldn't believe after just 2 hours. ‍ worst place in the world to go. Over priced and they suck at gel mani/pedis. My toes look even worse. I went in with pink nails. She covered the growth with clear. You could still see it. I told her to use the pink for cover. I didn't want to see growth. She got very upset. I almost walked out but decided not to. She started arguing with me telling me I couldn't change the color. I asked her why I would want 1 white nail and the rest pink??? ! My nails ended up horrible. I covered them with solid pink polish to keep from seeing growth. The polish job left gel all over my fingers. A 10yr old could have done better than this place. I grew out my eyebrows and came in to have it done. The lady was rude and made a comment on how I haven't done my eyebrows in a while. No shit Sherlock if ya'll stop f**** my eyebrows I wouldn't have to grow them out (my 2nd time here I'm willing to give places 2nd chances before writing reviews). After about 15 minutes she was done and I did tell her it wasn't even and she told me to tell her where/what to pluck. Like really do I have to tell you how to do your job?? This was one of my worst experiences of getting my nails done. I have really tender nail beds so I usually expect it to be a little tender when getting them done but this time was the worst it has been. She kept cutting the sides of my finger and then she just kept going, she kept jabbing her long nails into my finger and then pushing my arm back and forth. Well, I couldn't because she was being rough. The second time, same woman would paint my nail and then take her disgusting thumb nail and press down hard and go around my nail, removing the excess polish. The one lady, owner I think, is very nice. The place is pretty clean. I didn't see alot of disinfection of the tools which scares me, I won't let them use tools on me that didn't come out of some kind of cleaner or clean storage area. The last 2 times I went, I ended up with a chunk missing from my cuticle and the time after that I went for an eyebrow wax and it was so hot that it literally burned my skin, I had tiny little blisters. This is one of the only places open in the area on a Sunday afternoon where I can walk in for a pedicure. They're always nice and friendly, I've had maybe 5 pedicures done here and never had any issues with any of them. Today I walked in and they were disinfecting the foot spas, something good to see as a returning customer. They're autoclaves are running tools through them, and the place is always clean. I keep seeing a lot of negative reviews on this place but maybe more people need to make some positive reviews to balance things out for this business? I got a fill and had a few nails replaced. The lady cut me multiple times. When I told them that my nails were uneven they said it will be thinner when they are done but just made them even more uneven. The nail color on the wheel did not match the nail color she was putting on my nails. Same number and label. I pointed it out and they said it's because they faded. If they fade you should update them once in a while or at least tell costumers that the color may be slightly different. In the process of checking the color on the wheel I got a little dust on the gel polish and when she tried to "fix" it she just rubbed it with a paper towel getting more dust on them. But of course it was all my fault... I was there for over an hour and a half and multiple people came in after me and we're done in about 30 minutes. Was seated and a lady was working on me and a customer walked in.......Lady working on me said to her I couldnt get him on the phone, Customer says, well you are going to have to do me. The lady working on me shoos me over to the next station and has a man start doing my manicure with gel polish. He was so rough I have friction burns on my fingers below the cuticle and my nails were sharp and rough. I had to file the nails and doctor my fingers when I returned home. I'm not sure how they are for manicures because I don't get those, but as a person with sensitive feet I'm very picky about how my pedicure is done.
