The owners and staff are incredibly diligent, detail-oriented, and always create such a welcoming environment. The pricing is amazing--my gel manicure was only $35 base price, and all of their other services are very reasonably priced as well. Another huge plus is that this salon is appointment only, which I absolutely love. It means no waiting around and no walk-ins cutting into your scheduled time. The salon is always clean, and they are very thorough about cleaning and sanitizing all stations. Overall, it's a reliable, professional, and comfortable place that I'll continue to return to. Note that this establishment does not do nail extensions (gel x or acrylic) if that is something you are looking to get!

Once I saw the educational video on-site, I realized my mistake and asked to change the shape. Unfortunately, the technician's reaction was very unprofessional. She became visibly angry and "hot-headed," which completely ruined the relaxing experience I come here for. While I understand the late change was an inconvenience, the lack of temperament control was disappointing. I still love the facility, but I will be more cautious about who I book with in the future to ensure the environment stays peaceful.

We continued to sit for over 30 minutes without being updated by the staff on our wait time. When we were finally helped, we picked from the large menu of services. I'm on a budget and wanted something simple so I got the least expensive pedicure service (number 9 out of 9 spa pedicure packages) with regular polish. The staff asked me if I wanted to add anything and if I was sure if I wanted the cheapest service and if I wanted to upgrade to gel and I politely declined. My mom got the number 6 which is the 6th most expensive service. The staff again questioned her choice, encouraging her to upgrade and she also politely declined. I would say it crossed the line of being a salesman and borderlined heckling. Since we were taken so late, we ended up being on a time crunch. A few minutes into the service, my mom decided to downgrade her service to the same one I had so we could get out quicker. The staff once again questioned her, but this time they asked her three separate times if she was sure she wanted to change to the number 9. It rubbed both of us the wrong way. Besides the service which we found to be rude, the pedicure itself was good quality. The massages felt short but that might have been either because we told them about our time crunch or because they felt offended that we got the lowest service. Not sure if it was worth the $37 plus tip for the experience we had but my toes do look nice.

Then when it came to my gel fill the woman doing them was not paying attention and shaped my nails all different lengths! I asked her for my nail color to match my toes nail color and she said "it's all gone".... I'm sorry what?! So I had to pick another color again. I picked a color and it took 5 people to help her look for it and they were laughing and looking back at us continuing to laugh. Then she just said "it's too bright of a pink" and started putting on a pink base color..... I finally was just over the whole 2 hour experience and said "Ok" When I finally got to checkout I was pretty upset. I never honestly worry about what my nails look like but these are for my engagement photos and are meant to be special and very detailed for memories. I will not be coming back to this nail salon.

didn't get her name but it was the other young woman with the longer hair who did my nails. i…read morecould tell she was in a poor mood when she arrived compared to the other employees. when i was choosing my length for gel x i wanted the longer tips cuz i wanted them a bit shorter & not the medium almond tip. after she cut & filed them (BEFORE) painting them i mentioned i had changed my mind on the length & wanted them just a bit shorter. she then basically YELLED at me for changing my mind ... saying she could've just done the medium ones, grabbed the other medium gel x box & slammed it down.... i think that her comment was very unnecessary & very very rude. ive never had someone snap at me like that over a simple change of heart. it was so awkward to then have to sit there while she did them. i just wanted to leave i felt so uncomfortable & i will not be returning nor recommending this location.
