I visited this salon with my two daughters for pedicures a few months ago. I called and made an appt for us and they said no problem. When we arrived we noticed they were very busy and we had to sit and wait about 15-20 minutes after our appt time, which was frustrating. They then started on my feet and then my oldest daughter's. My youngest daughter had to wait for about 20 more minutes before they started working on her. It is frustrating to make an appt and then have staggered services. They were out of two colors that I chose. No biggie but kind of annoying after spending time picking out the perfect color....twice. The gals who gave us the pedicures were all very sweet and gave great pedicures, which have lasted a long time. The SMELL OF CHEMICALS IS STRONG IN HERE, so if you are sensitive, this is not the place for you. It doesn't seem like they have very good venitilation and had to open the door a few times, which caused it get a little cold. The prices are a little high. Easy parking. read more

I went in with a friend to get pedicures of $42 mind you ( that was fine). I had a set of builder gel that I wanted a removal for. One of the guys that worked there said it was $10! I said okay great , my friend heard this. I sat down & the lady that did my removal was rushing. I tried to tell her I wanted a top coat after the removal( I guess that means gel?) Honestly the communication wasn't there. After all, it was 95$??????? I was so shook. The checkout lady tried to explain the prices without a receipt or anything. If you have the funds go there I guess. But I don't recommend at this point. read more

Unfortunately the first time I came, it took an hour and a half to be seen. I thought about writing a review but decided against it as it might've been a bad day for them. I came in today at 3pm and the place was 1/3 to 1/2 full. They sat me but I didn't start being helped until an hour and 20 minutes later. I'm hoping they are more open with customers in the future and don't say they have time for them if they aren't going to begin the nails within the next couple hours because I could've gone across the street had I known I would be in there for 3.5 hours... Additionally, I was just looking for a fill and the price was $75 before tip where my other place is $55. I heard good things but after trying twice, I sadly won't be back. read more

Very bad service. He drilled my cuticles. & was yanking my arm instead of saying move up. He kept disappearing the service took over an hour and the nails look 3/10 so i gave him a $3 tip. smh. won't be going back here. read more

THEY BRUISED ME!!!!! I've been coming here consistently every 2 weeks for the past 2 months to get a regular gel manicure and pedicure. The very first time, they did amazing and the ladies I had were SO sweet. On the second visit, I loved the color but the two new ladies I had didn't do the best of job. The lady who did my nails made my French tips uneven on both hands but it wasn't too bad to where I wouldn't come back. My natural nails were decently long and after my second visit, the polish started chipping in a way that cause a couple of my nails to rip off. So now they EXTREMELY short. I came back for the third time and unfortunately had the same lady who did my nails the last time. NOT ONLY did her and her colleagues giggle at the color I chose (it's spring time! Mind you) but when she went in to give me that "fist massage" on my arm she gave me one of the biggest bruises I've ever had. She wasn't even gonna say anything about it until I looked over and noticed. I'm not the type of person to cause a scene or make a huge deal. But one thing I will do is leave a review. She didn't even apologize because of course that means she's in the wrong. So when it came time to pay I noticed the price was cheaper than what it usually is, she gave me 20% off. I could've caused a scene and left out of there without paying a dime but I still paid AND tipped. NEVER GOING BACK THO. There are a couple of good ladies in there BUT stay away from the one who did my nails horrible BOTH TIMES. Just so you know who I'm referring to without being rude she's a plus sized lady compared to the rest of the women (the taller one), she's always got AirPods in, "chanel" earrings, and even looks a little mean. Ive gotten a full set and now a fill and I love this place! Fair warning they do get pretty busy sometimes and you may have to wait but its well worth it! Last fill I got was a with french tips and a flower on each finger and I only paid $65!! Which is a deal for me and worth the wait time honestly. Though I appreciate being accommodated as a walk in, and the friendliness of the staff, here are a few things that made this spa experience stressful and less enjoyable. First - listen to what I want. I am the customer. If I say no to gel nails, it's a no. Don't complain and don't berate me. That is my decision. I am paying you for your service. Not the other way around. I may not speak your language but don't complain or talk to your co-worker about my decision either. Second - stop adding services. You push for me to add services while the quality of the services I asked for suffer. Lastly...when it's time to pay and you'd like for me to withdraw cash out of the ATM in the shop - because that is your preference - allow me to handle my transaction. As a staff of the salon, you are not welcome to touch my money that comes out of the ATM. Respect your customer's privacy and personal space. Don't be so emboldened to think that you can touch my money, my card and even my receipt. We were looking forward to a relaxing mani and pedi experience but instead the barrage of unsolicited input and pushy demeanor from staff left us with...well...more than a lackluster experience. They do a great job! It's the Second time I've been here, pedi twice and gel mani once, and everyone has been friendly each time. The salon is comfortable with TVs on most walls. They give you a pedicure menu to decide on the level of services you want. Also, they use the plastic protectors on their pedi basins. FYI If your maps app says it's inside Safeway it's actually at the end of the building with its own external doors. read more

I moved to Olympia about a year ago and tried a lot of nail places. This is the best one I've come across. The customer service is the best of all places Ive been, which makes a huge difference. The quality of the job they do varies by person, of course, but overall they're better than the others I've been to. My nails are difficult to work with because of being a tomboy, working with my hands and being a past nail-biter; and they help me keep them looking healthy, smooth, and kept. I can also relax and breathe while I'm in there, it's not such a toxic smell (from nail chemicals) that I feel gross, the air circulation is good. I thought they might not do so well because their location is convenient and they probably get a lot of customers, don't have to work as hard to get them; but I was pleasantly surprised that they do seem to go the extra mile to do a great job for me and make me feel valued as a customer. They have a good amount of staff, too, so getting in isn't usually hard (plus the customer service element goes in to play here as they manage customer-flow well and with a curious demeanor). They've told me I'm patient, but I'm not that patient; they're simply reasonable and professional in how they handle things. read more

I was a regular in this salon but, started having bad services every time. I try to let go the first time but I just started being constantly. They were started with me and another customer well walked in and they would stop my service and let me waiting for almost 30min with anything down just barely started. I always let them know if I have just a minimum amount of time and but they never care. The only good person how is worth it is Mia! I have been here three times. First appointment was wonderful. Hanna was very nice and spent time with me making my nails very nice. 2nd appointment I had did not go very well. They overbook and your appointment time is shared with many others. I was there 1 hour 45. Inutes for a fill and my nails had an unusual shape. For my 3rd appointment when I scheduled I very nicely asked if I could book a time that I was the only client. I just don't have that extra hour to sit there. I totally understand if I was having to soak or dry or something like that, but for a fill there is no down time. Any place else that I have been they have never seen 4-5 clients at the same time, not to mention the cleanliness of not washing your hands between each client. I was very diplomatic in requesting this and was told No problem. This time Hanna was very cold to me and did not act as though I was welcome.
