The 2 new ladies working here are so good! I decided to try them for a pedicure because they were having a discount for the reopening. I'm so glad I gave them a chance. They spend so much more time than every where else! They're not in a hurry to get you right out and I really appreciate that! You definitely get your money's worth! I was bummed when I asked if they could do ombré and they said that could only do it with powder. It didn't seem like they were able to do many new trendy nail designs. I felt this was a very fair review. It highlighted what they did well at my visit, as well as how they wouldn't do what I asked with the gel polish. I've know many people who have disliked the powder and I've seen people who try it for the first time in the nail salon immediately ask to have it taken off. I didn't trust that if they couldn't do anything with the gel that I'd be happy with the powder. This was simply a review stating if you're like me and love gel to not waste your time because they really won't do much with it and try to push the powder on you. Nowhere in this area you can find a salon with this top notch service for the same price range. The salon was clean and sanitary even though they were super super busy. I called ahead on a Friday and made a last minute appointment. They were able to fit me in and I'm so glad that they were! They were very nice to me and did a great job even after they knew I was on vacation and would only be there that one time. One of my nails was broken and another was crooked, they fixed all of that. The polish I have is mood changing from purple to blue and they have rhinestones available as well. Mine are coffin shape. I like that they're not too skinny at the top. Given that we just entered Phase 2 of opening up nail salons during Covid 19 I was appalled by their lack of sanitary practices. WARNING: UNSANITARY conditions!!! The same gloves were used over and over and not changed between customers. When I got to the fingernail station the same dirty towel was there from the two previous customers. I asked them to change it. They didn't wipe down the nail station between customers, not even run a dry towel over it. I went to the bathroom next to the front door (is there another?) and there was a notice on the mirror that the sink was for employees only. What?!!! What about all of us washing our hands?!?! As for the employees themselves - except for the very nice young man who answered the phone and greeted me when i came in the women were unfriendly which is different than all the people I've met in Olympia. Now for the quality of work. She spent about half the time on my pedicure I've ever experienced. On my fingernails another woman didn't even cover my nail with polish: I had my brows waxed. Every single time I've ever had my brows waxed they also pluck a bit to get them really clean. Not here. It was literally a three minute wax job. When she handed me the mirror I was shocked that she was already done. They also didn't trim my brows, also a first (and I have serious brows!) Bad experience all around and I definitely won't go back to such an unsanitary business during these covid times (or normal times!) read more

This is a hard place for me to rate. They did a fine job with manicure and pedicure. Their staff was friendly and accommodating, but they are not following sanitary practices with COVID. We didn't have to have temperature checks or fill out anything that we were there. When we left the pedicure station to manicures, our pedicure chairs were not wiped down. When we got up to pay, our manicure stations were not wiped down. To top off all of these insanitary practices, a customer came in without a mask on and proceeded to their pedicure chair without a mask on and was never asked to put one on. read more

4 cuts, a bleeding cuticle, sloppy and clumpy gel, a full set of uneven lengths and different shaped nails 2 hours later and I had to pay for the worst nails I've ever had. Did I mention that they put the wrong color and finish? I went with it because I honestly didn't want to spend another 2 hours there. Not only was the nail service terrible, the tech couldn't understand me when I told her the base of the uv dryer was on BACKWARDS so the finger slots were on my palms and the palm area was towards the back of the dryer, therefore making it nearly impossible to fit my petite hand in the dryer. I get that they wanted to help me because I walked in but putting me in between appointments probably wasn't the best.
