didn't get her name but it was the other young woman with the longer hair who did my nails. i…read morecould tell she was in a poor mood when she arrived compared to the other employees. when i was choosing my length for gel x i wanted the longer tips cuz i wanted them a bit shorter & not the medium almond tip. after she cut & filed them (BEFORE) painting them i mentioned i had changed my mind on the length & wanted them just a bit shorter. she then basically YELLED at me for changing my mind ... saying she could've just done the medium ones, grabbed the other medium gel x box & slammed it down.... i think that her comment was very unnecessary & very very rude. ive never had someone snap at me like that over a simple change of heart. it was so awkward to then have to sit there while she did them. i just wanted to leave i felt so uncomfortable & i will not be returning nor recommending this location.

The pricing is amazing--my gel manicure was only $35 base price, and all of their other services are very reasonably priced as well. Another huge plus is that this salon is appointment only, which I absolutely love. It means no waiting around and no walk-ins cutting into your scheduled time. The salon is always clean, and they are very thorough about cleaning and sanitizing all stations. Overall, it's a reliable, professional, and comfortable place that I'll continue to return to. Note that this establishment does not do nail extensions (gel x or acrylic) if that is something you are looking to get!

I went in at 550p and did a Builder Gel Nail service and a Basic Pedicure with Gel, they accommodated everyone that walked through the door even if they closed at 7pm. I have never been so satisfied with how my nails turned out. They were also very gentle with my nails because they were chipping and breaking from using my hands alot throughout the day. From the warm, kind welcome by the gentleman working here to being handed a beverage menu to choose from a big variety for free (soda, juice, water and even champagne) to then being shown a book of nails to choose polish, I was treated with kindness, hospitality and respect. I got gel for both nails and asked for them to be cut short and rounded, which they did. There was extra care taken with my legs as I'm disabled and sticking my feet up on the stand hurts if I can even do it at all. They adjusted and didn't make a face or comment about it besides it not being a big deal. The massage given for both the pedicure and the manicure was amazing. I paid for a paraffin wrap for my hands so the total was $100 for both plus tip. I think that's a great deal. There was a bit of misunderstanding due to Lee and an intern having English as a second language, but it was no big deal. I was giving Lee a compliment on her massage and she thought I was asking to change the nail color. Another gal working there thought a random man who came in an hour after me was somehow with me, and he was a total stranger so I don't know where that idea came from. The real bummer was that she asked if I wanted a manicure and I said that I would and said no polish. When she got the bags with wax in them she put the first one on my left hand then when she did the right, she spilled the wax all over my shoes and coat. She ran my shoes back to the back room and came back with them wet, I guess trying to get the wax off with water. When she put the bag on my right hand, it didn't even cover my fingers because there was so little wax left. She felt bad you could tell and I know it was an accident but the upsetting part was that here she destroyed my coat, that will never come out, and my shoes I have to buff the wax out I guess, but she still charged me full price for everything. Even with no polish and wax everywhere. I really felt she could have given me a credit or taken some money off my bill.
