I am more disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service than the nails themselves.

Another huge plus is that this salon is appointment only, which I absolutely love. It means no waiting around and no walk-ins cutting into your scheduled time. The salon is always clean, and they are very thorough about cleaning and sanitizing all stations. Overall, it's a reliable, professional, and comfortable place that I'll continue to return to.
