didn't get her name but it was the other young woman with the longer hair who did my nails. i could tell she was in a poor mood when she arrived compared to the other employees. when i was choosing my length for gel x i wanted the longer tips cuz i wanted them a bit shorter & not the medium almond tip. after she cut & filed them (BEFORE) painting them i mentioned i had changed my mind on the length & wanted them just a bit shorter. she then basically YELLED at me for changing my mind ... saying she could've just done the medium ones, grabbed the other medium gel x box & slammed it down.... i think that her comment was very unnecessary & very very rude. ive never had someone snap at me like that over a simple change of heart. it was so awkward to then have to sit there while she did them. i just wanted to leave i felt so uncomfortable & i will not be returning nor recommending this location. read more

I've been coming here for months and have always had a great experience, which is why this updated review is so disappointing to write. My most recent visit, I received a set that wasn't up to the usual quality, but honestly, I understand that not every set will be perfect. What really upset me was what happened afterward. Within just 3 days, three of my nails chipped. I reached out by text to see if I could come in that same week to have them fixed. I never received a response back, was just left on "read". I am more disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service than the nails themselves. read more

This salon has changed ownership and Thia and Tiffany are no longer there. I am really sad about this, as this was my only salon for the past 4 years. I loved Thia and Tiffany and enjoyed my bi weekly visits with Thia. Thia has retired and I wish her the best. She was an amazing tech and I really liked her. At the beginning of the year she told me she was headed to Vietnam to visit family, as she does from time to time. But this time, she told me her cousin would take care of me while she was gone and would charge the same price and provide the same service. I came in and had my acrylic fill like I normally do, with her cousin, right before I left on vacation. She charged more but I was like, "ok, whatever, Thia will be back next time I need them done". I left for vacation and two days into the vacation two of three fingers had chipped terribly. By the fourth day 4/10 fingers were chipped and snagging on my hair,etc. I had to buy a nail file and file them way down as there was not a salon nearby to have them fixed. I sent photos to Thia who said to contact her cousin and she would fix them. Her cousin texted me and said she would fix them at HALF PRICE. WHAT???? I had been a loyal customer of Thias and have never had issues with my nails. I was frustrated and told her so. The cousin said when I returned she would fix them for me "this one time". This was very upsetting as I have always been a low maintenance, easy to please client. I texted Thia a few times after I got home asking if she was back yet and did not respond. I have since learned she has retired. I sent her a text thanking her for years of service. I am truly going to miss her. I am definitely saddened by the way she left and wish I could have at least said good bye to her. I won't be returning to this salon, however, as the way I was treated by her cousin was upsetting. Not a very nice way to treat a loyal customer of many years. Update - Response to Trish's response below - I NEVER DID A CHARGEBACK ON MY CREDIT CARD - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE! I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THE NAILS AND NEVER GOT ANY SORT OF REFUND. I AM A HONEST PERSON AND THIS ACCUSATION IS BOTH UNFAIR AND A COMPLETE LIE. Thia did my nails two weeks prior to you doing them - are you saying your cousin did a bad job? I get my nails done every 2-2/12 weeks as recommended by THIA. The pics I sent showed several nails chipped (including one nail which was broken 1/2 way down the nail). They have never done this with Thia. FOR 67 APPOINTMENTS. Ever. Best nail salon I've been to. I'm 40, been getting my nails done off and on since I was 18, in California, Massachusetts , and now Washington. This is by far the best; Trish is extremely talented, very professional and kind, not to mention she got me in as a walk-in, midafternoon. She asked a lot of questions and I showed her photos of what I wanted. My nails look just like the photo, I'm so happy! I got a full set of acrylics, stiletto shaped, with black French tips and a gold accent. The acrylic blends seamlessly into my nail, isn't chunky at all, and as it's growing out, it's very subtle. I can't wait to go back and try a new design. This is for sure my new nail spot forever! read more

I've enjoyed this nail salon a couple of times now and each time I've been so pleased with the cleanliness of the facilities, the friendliness of the owners, and the quality of the work. I first found this place when searching around for the right salon to do my bridal nails. When I first got in I showed them an inspiration picture from Pinterest and they said no problem. The pedicure was relaxing and I just love seeing the autoclave in the corner and the sterilization packets ensuring the instruments are spick n span. They not only did a lovely job on a version of my inspiration photo, on the day of the wedding my toe polish had scratched off from my rehearsal dinner shoes and they accommodated me as a stressed walk in bride without a problem. My sister and I have since went in for a pedicure together and have had the delight of working with the mother daughter duo together. I called and scheduled us an appointment and they were able to accommodate us no problem. We indulged in the exceptional massage chairs and the warm water on our footsies and then nearly fell asleep with the foot scrub and massage. My sister decided to get a gel manicure last minute and despite being busy they made time for her. They are both so friendly and easy to talk to. They remembered about my wedding and chatted with us about how the day went and then kept up conversation as my sister went over for her manicure and I took a nap in the massage chair! We've been so pleased with our experiences here and I definitely recommend them. They do great work for reasonable prices and are very flexible at accommodating their clients. read more
