didn't get her name but it was the other young woman with the longer hair who did my nails. i could tell she was in a poor mood when she arrived compared to the other employees. when i was choosing my length for gel x i wanted the longer tips cuz i wanted them a bit shorter & not the medium almond tip. after she cut & filed them (BEFORE) painting them i mentioned i had changed my mind on the length & wanted them just a bit shorter. she then basically YELLED at me for changing my mind ... saying she could've just done the medium ones, grabbed the other medium gel x box & slammed it down.... i think that her comment was very unnecessary & very very rude. ive never had someone snap at me like that over a simple change of heart. it was so awkward to then have to sit there while she did them. i just wanted to leave i felt so uncomfortable & i will not be returning nor recommending this location. read more

I went in for a gel mani/pedi. I usually do not go in for nail services, but I absolutely know that this is not the way things were supposed to go. Starting with my pedicure, the man doing my service failed to rinse off quite a bit of the lotion and scrub from my legs and toes- where I had to shower when I got home and rinse off my shoes. He did not remove the extra gel on my skin before or after curing, making me have to go home and scrape it off myself. During my manicure, he clipped a piece of my skin off above the cuticle with his trimmers. I was baffled that he neither apologized nor acknowledged that he hurt me, despite me actively bleeding during the service. He did not offer any assistance or treatment with my wound, and simply slapped on some nail oil. I was still bleeding when I got home. I am not a very chatty person. It seemed like everyone else in the salon was having a great time. I don't know what the hell happened here. read more

I've been coming here for months and have always had a great experience, which is why this updated review is so disappointing to write. My most recent visit, I received a set that wasn't up to the usual quality, but honestly, I understand that not every set will be perfect. What really upset me was what happened afterward. Within just 3 days, three of my nails chipped. I reached out by text to see if I could come in that same week to have them fixed. I never received a response back, was just left on "read". I am more disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service than the nails themselves. read more

This salon has changed ownership and Thia and Tiffany are no longer there. I am really sad about this, as this was my only salon for the past 4 years. I loved Thia and Tiffany and enjoyed my bi weekly visits with Thia. Thia has retired and I wish her the best. She was an amazing tech and I really liked her. At the beginning of the year she told me she was headed to Vietnam to visit family, as she does from time to time. But this time, she told me her cousin would take care of me while she was gone and would charge the same price and provide the same service. I came in and had my acrylic fill like I normally do, with her cousin, right before I left on vacation. She charged more but I was like, "ok, whatever, Thia will be back next time I need them done". I left for vacation and two days into the vacation two of three fingers had chipped terribly. By the fourth day 4/10 fingers were chipped and snagging on my hair,etc. I had to buy a nail file and file them way down as there was not a salon nearby to have them fixed. I sent photos to Thia who said to contact her cousin and she would fix them. Her cousin texted me and said she would fix them at HALF PRICE. WHAT???? I had been a loyal customer of Thias and have never had issues with my nails. I was frustrated and told her so. The cousin said when I returned she would fix them for me "this one time". This was very upsetting as I have always been a low maintenance, easy to please client. I texted Thia a few times after I got home asking if she was back yet and did not respond. I have since learned she has retired. I sent her a text thanking her for years of service. I am truly going to miss her. I am definitely saddened by the way she left and wish I could have at least said good bye to her. I won't be returning to this salon, however, as the way I was treated by her cousin was upsetting. Not a very nice way to treat a loyal customer of many years. Update - Response to Trish's response below - I NEVER DID A CHARGEBACK ON MY CREDIT CARD - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE! I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THE NAILS AND NEVER GOT ANY SORT OF REFUND. I AM A HONEST PERSON AND THIS ACCUSATION IS BOTH UNFAIR AND A COMPLETE LIE. Thia did my nails two weeks prior to you doing them - are you saying your cousin did a bad job? I get my nails done every 2-2/12 weeks as recommended by THIA. The pics I sent showed several nails chipped (including one nail which was broken 1/2 way down the nail). They have never done this with Thia. FOR 67 APPOINTMENTS. Ever. This response from Trish is everything. This cements my absolute correct decision to not go back to her. Done. read more

Best nail salon I've been to. I'm 40, been getting my nails done off and on since I was 18, in California, Massachusetts , and now Washington. This is by far the best; Trish is extremely talented, very professional and kind, not to mention she got me in as a walk-in, midafternoon. She asked a lot of questions and I showed her photos of what I wanted. My nails look just like the photo, I'm so happy! I got a full set of acrylics, stiletto shaped, with black French tips and a gold accent. The acrylic blends seamlessly into my nail, isn't chunky at all, and as it's growing out, it's very subtle. I can't wait to go back and try a new design. This is for sure my new nail spot forever! read more
