Technician seemed disconnected. Kind of rough when working on toes. Immediately after getting home, the right big toe got a chip and I noticed 5 days later, mid vacation, the 4th toe on my left foot was completely without color. I got a gel polish in order to not have this happen. $65 later.....not at all happy and will not be back. I have never had this happen before. I am adding another photo. Today the gel polish on the right big toe came half off! Going to look great when wearing toeless sandals for a nice dinner in South Padre Island. $65 and the gel lasted less than a week! Never going back. Will have to pay to remove the remaining polish and get done at another salon. Great ....not! read more

My eyelashes are now basically non existent after the removal. I had only worn eyelash extensions for a little over a month and they completely destroyed my natural lashes with improper placement and care. The amount of glue used was also horrifying. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went in as a walk in for my 11 y/o to get a full set of gel polish nails with a bow. I had shopping to do with my younger daughter so I trusted they would take care of her needs in my absence. They did the opposite. When I picked her up, she was visibly upset. I asked her what was wrong and she almost broke down in tears. She said they didn't listen to what she wanted at all and they look bad. She was right. They look awful. Sloppy ass paint job, they were crooked and sticking upwards. She said they had a man do it and when she showed him the example picture, he argued that the color in the picture was white when it was CLEARLY a nude color and she said she didn't want white. He didn't care and continued to paint them white. The bow placement is sloppy and crooked. She didn't want them as long as they are and he told her he would not cut them any shorter. My daughter also said he was rough and forceful. This place has just gone downhill. It's not relaxing at all. I use to go here all the time with my friends regularly, but after this experience with my daughter, we will never return. read more

My first experience at T Spa for a pedicure was excellent. So I had expectations that were not met for my next visit. I received the worst pedicure I've ever had today. The nail artist changed the shape of my nails in a very weird way. I hate it. She also put too many coats of paint and before I had even left the polish was messed up. I've never had a negative experience coming to this location. I am a regular customer (nail fill, and lash fill every two to three weeks). Everyone is always welcoming and knows me by name. Lena does incredible lashes and really cares about her clients. Christie also is very good at nails. Jessica gives the best pedicures and Thuy is incredibly funny. Brooke is the nicest receptionist! Didn't have a chance for my bday this past year, so I was really looking forward to having them look pretty for a while. Got a gel mani/pedi the day before New Year's Eve, so that my nails would look nice on NYE. BARELY 24 hours had passed before one of the gels fell off. 3 more fell off within 2 hours of that. The only nail left with polish on my right hand, is the middle finger. I went in the next day, New Year's day, to see what they could do to remedy this. No refunds for services. That's understandable. They offered to redo the nails, but I had cut one of my fingers on NYE. I don't care about the nails now, anyhow. I wanted them for that one day, and I spent $100 to have them - then didn't. They didn't offer any future options. I won't be returning. I will also tell others not to come here. read more

I have been here about 5 times now. The first two times was a few years ago and my experience was meh. BUT, since I discovered Uyen, one of the nail technicians, it is now my go to place. She is sweet. gentle, efficient, and does incredibly detailed and professional work. I never have to wait too long and usually not at all if I go in the morning. The place is usually humming with business and there is a good vibe. The ambiance is not spa like and it is not fancy but they know what they are doing and charge reasonable prices for their service. I've been here a ton of times but the last two times I have gotten my daughter and I a gel manicure. Both times every nail came off within 2 days. obviously they aren't acrylics and don't last nearly as long but i'm fairly positive they're supposed to last longer then that. Not sure if they're not curing it long enough, or what's happening but it's super frustrating to pay $75 to have nice nails for literally two days. Me and my friend went to tea spa nails the pedicures were great but when we got to the acrylic nails the girl was very aggressive with my hands and did not want to fix what I wanted fixed and told me it would be fine and then two days later four of my nails just kept breaking off I've never had that happen before and I'm really disappointed because we spent over $200 on her nails which was a little extreme but we were OK with it because it looked pretty decent and then just for them to fall off and break off like that it was not a great way to spend money read more

I have gone to T Spa several times over the last few years. Yesterday was the last. Pedicure ended up with my toes being snipped in two places. I chose the Volcanic pedicure which was listed at 50.00 but nail tech charged me 65 not the 50. Receptionist requested I use cash when I gave her my card. With total cost of 75.00 including tip. I will not be back. Nail techs are rushed, and I have been overcharged on at least 2 occasions. read more

Today my daughter and I went for Christmas mani-pedis. As we were leaving, I sanitized my hands and the sanitizer ate my polish. The staff seemed unsurprised and I was told that I shouldn't use sanitizer with nail polish on. When I said "But were in a pandemic, we have to sanitize!" the response was still that I shouldn't use hand sanitizer (they have it at their front door for customers!) They refused to discount our bill saying even though I didn't get to keep the nail color, they still gave me a manicure. I use to absolutely love this place for years, I always referred people to go to this salon. I moved away for a while and had a different salon I went to. I recently moved back to town and began going back here. I even took 2 colleagues with me. We get our nails done together every three weeks. We've gone to this TSpa probably the last 5 times we have gotten our nails done and I feel ever since I came back to town and came here they have been nothing but terrible. There has always been something wrong with our nails, or a step that the techs forgot to do. I brought my daughter here for her to get a mani and pedi for her birthday. She went to Great Wolf Lodge and all her GEL nails came off. I called the salon and they said to bring her back in, I did and the same thing happened later that day after she showered, all her GEL nails just came off. I came in and got black nails with unicorn powder, the tech forgot to put clear coat on one hand so after I left the salon I washed my hands and noticed the powdered wasn't on one hand so I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. There have been so many instances lately and I just kept brushing it off and gave them another chance. Well after today I will never give this salon business. ​I went and got a pedi after my chiro appointment that's right next door. The lady who did my pedi brought me to the counter to pay and asked me how much I wanted to pay. My pedi was 45, so I said 50 with the tip. She ask if the 50 was for her and I said no, $50 total, 5. 0. I watched her type in 55 and she wasn't going to give me a receipt. I asked her for it and she discreetly handed it to me, the receipt showed that she added an extra $5 for herself making my bill $55 and tipping herself $5 more than what I said. I am a push over and don't like to cause issues, there was a line of people behind me so I just shook my head and walked out of the salon. This place is ridiculous, and I highly enourage you to check your bank statements after leaving this facility especially if you don't normally request a receipt! read more

My cousin (Trang) works here so I'm a little biased - she's absolutely AMAZING with the nail art (reference the photo I added). She's very creative and can surprise you with a fun design or you can bring in a photo from pinterest and she'll replicate it. I came to the salon just as they opened (9:30) on a Thursday. I was surprised by how large the salon was. By 9:45, the ENTIRE place was packed; literally every pedicure chair was taken and they have like 15 chairs! On a Thursday morning! Don't people work?! (I was home for vacation.) The salon was well lit and clean. The ladies spoke English well enough. Yes, they do chatter quite a bit in Vietnamese. In my experience, across all the salons I've been to, I've only heard the pedicurists talk about a customer ONCE and that was to remark on her super hot body. I know it can make customers feel uneasy when they don't understand the language around them, but keep in mind that these salons serve as a mini-village to the Vietnamese women. It's an outlet for them to be social and discuss their lives and family. It's extremely rare that they are talking about you. I do not look particularly Vietnamese so I've sat in many a salon and just listened to them talk without them knowing I understand them. Bottom line: I had a wonderful experience here. I would definitely come again and highly recommend it to others. read more
