Convertible top was broken on my BMW Z4. hydraulic pump had to be replaced. Price was very reasonable and less than half of amount quoted at dealership. Considering that I needed my car back ASAP as I was driving out of town the following week they did a great job. Brad is very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. read more

Had a Great Service ! The team was very profesional and easy to understand by avoiding all the complicated words you never understand in the big shops , Also time frame to have the car ready was quick and at time i was provided with , i've saved a lot of money compared to Chapman ... I"ll be a lifetime customer after this experience . read more

Please just don't! I took my car in for oil change and left with a rattling noise. Management at Babbitt (Jen) does not know how to take accountability and when we discussed it she had an attitude read more

Exceptional service every single time! Always great service and reasonable prices. Babbitt has serviced our two BMWs for 5 years and never had to take them back twice. Been very honest and upfront. read more

Yesterday I picked up my '07 530i and this was the 2nd time Babbit has come through for me. I had some shaking upon braking, I was going through tires like left n right, and the worst of them all - I was smelling oil. They corrected all of this at an affordable price. I drove my baby home yesterday and she performed better than I expected. Babbit Werks thank you so much for being there for me and my BMW. I live in the West Valley and do not mind the drive because when I get my car serviced, I do not leave feeling as if I have been beaten over my head with a bag of bricks. Brad is the BEST! It is so hard to find honesty, integrity, and great quality. Thanks again!!! Always a satisfied customer. read more

These people are the best in the business. They are affordable with any repairs we have ever had them do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a BMW or Mini Cooper. read more

I took my E36 to Babbit to replace my water pump, and these guys are amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was grateful that they worked to fit me into their schedule on such short notice because I had to drive to California the next day! They had no problem fulfilling some special requests I had including the type of part I wanted, and I consider it a plus that they only use genuine BMW parts. Hey, they even wash your car when they are done. read more

When it comes to cars, especially foreign cars, it's nearly impossible to find someone you can trust. I've been to two of the three locations in town and every time I'm treated with respect and honesty. Owning a BMW is an expensive choice once your warranty runs out, so having a shop like this is comforting. I won't EVER take my car back to the local dealership for that reason. Great job fellas, keep up the good work!! read more

Have been going to this shop for a couple of years now. They always explain things to me carefully. If something doesn't need to be done right now, they tell me about it. I always get the feeling they know what they're doing and are honest with me. When I go in and the problem turns out to be minor, like this morning, they routinely give me back my keys with no charge! As long as I am the owner of a BMW I will be going to this shop. read more

I just took two of my BMWs to Babbit Motor Werks for the first time, and it was a really great experience. The level of communication between the shop and the customer, even before you bring in your car, is like nothing that I have experienced before. You actually feel as though you are involved in the service process, as opposed to being a victim of your own automobile's problem. When you hear the prices, you don't feel as though you probably should have just traded in the car. People always say, "I wish I had a place that I trust to service my cars." I feel that way now after my first experience with Babbitt Motor Werks. read more

My first experience with Babbitt was having my 2000 528 wagon towed in over the weekend with out-of-state plates, a situation that would worry anyone. Babbitt called me first thing in the morning on Monday with a plan for diagnosing the electrical problems. Later in the morning, they called with a clear, reasonable estimate outlining the required and recommended repairs. The work was completed quickly and the car was returned to me washed and clean. The bill detailed every item performed breaking out labor and materials. In 20 years of driving BMWs, this is probably the best shop I have used - including the dealer network. read more

Nate and his crew always treat you fair and work really hard to finish their work ahead of time. Wish the serviced all makes and models!

This is my third generation of BMW that I have taken to Babbitt. First was an E36 328, then an E46 M3 and now my F82 M4. Would never go anywhere else. Jen and Riley are very knowledgeable, personable and understand that some of have five kids and are on a budget!! ;) Can't say enough good things about them. Thank you, BABBITT MOTOR WERKS!! read more

These guys are honest. I've been here two times and they've been straight forward. They priced pretty competively as I've shopped around before committing to my first repair. This company gained more of my respect as they don't sit around trying to pull scare tactics on you. In other words, you don't have to worry about going in to get your brakes changed and then worry about them coming back with 5 other different issues. They will make suggestions though and leave the decision up to you. Brad and his team are first class. Thanks for everything guys! read more

I have had both routine maintenance and unexpected repair at Babbitt a total of 3 times, and, I am a big fan. The prices are better than Chapman and the service is extremely fast. It can be tough to swallow the cost of bmw repair, but Babbitt has a good shop. I was happy to find out that the parts and service come with a 2 year warranty too. As a side note - the guy at the front desk has a fun attitude and has looked out for me. read more

Can't speak highly enough of the customer service and quality of workmanship. Brad, Riley a Tyler a great!

These guys are awesome, they were able to take care of my oil change with out an appointment, and hit me out of there within a few minutes and took the time to inspect my vehicle and take care of some real light bulbs, and give me an inside on future maintenance I'll be needing! They are friendly and trustworthy, GREAT QUALITY! read more

Babbitt is awesome!!! They have serviced my car during some pretty intense times and they always make a point of getting me the best price! They are fair and will tell you what you need but what can wait. Brad is fantastic! And the owner and is wife are great people running a great business! read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would...absolutely outstanding service! Took my 2012 MINI in for a second opinion without giving them the information I had received from the dealer because I wanted their objective opinion. Long story short, I had complete confidence in them and the detailed explanation I got...Brad was awesome! He took the time to review what they found and also advised what repairs were not urgent but would probably need attention down the road. The bonus was the cost savings but the real value was the feeling of trust I had and confidence that I was getting honest feedback. Count me in the "customer for life" club! read more

I've used Babbitt when they had a location in Mesa and gave them a 5 star review when I used that location. I was so pleasantly surprised when I went to the Tempe location, the Office Manager Brad gave me an even better customer experience. We had a little debacle with my insurance company, totally on my insurance company, but Brad was so patient and helpful. He made multiple calls and did a great job of keeping me informed, knowing I wanted to get my front headlight fixed before leaving town over the weekend. He truly went above and beyond, as I was in meetings for 3 days, so he left messages and texted as I had asked... and all along with a great attitude - his customer service was amazing, something very hard to find these days in the service industry. The end result was a fairly fast turn around on the replacement that looked great. I think Babbitt either has exceptional customer service training, or just hires amazing people with great customer service skills, either way I highly recommend them! read more

Kameron and crew always take great care of me and my Car. Honest, reliable service done on quote and on time each time. All my questions are answered and you really feel a part of the process with the thorough explanation of the problem. They are always first to point out any unnecessary parts or services not needed to save you when they can. I always recommend them to anyone with a BMW or Mini! read more

I love Babbitt Motor Werks, I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. Nate always gives me more that I ask for in making sure that my car is performing well. Once, he even came out to the shopping center I was broken down at and gave me a jump, and then finished up with replacing the battery! Jenn runs a tight ship and I get top notch service from them! I would highly recommend! read more

This shop is professional, timely, and reasonably priced for the outstanding service they provide. I live 150 miles away and I still take my car to this shop because I believe they are the best. I would not take my mini cooper anywhere else. read more

The PERFECT place to have your vehicle worked on. I've trusted 3 of my BMW's to them and all 3 have been taken care of immaculately. The customer service is A1 second to none. I cannot say enough good things about Babbitt Motor Werks. I have been taking my 2003 530i here since 2010 when the BMW warranty ran out. I have saved tons of money over the years compared to the dealership! Brad in the front office is exceptional to work with as he not only knows a lot about BMWs but also he is always friendly and delivers great customer service! I would refer anyone that has a BMW to these guys! read more

Honest & Awesome. I had a "low engine oil level" light come up on my BMW, as usual, I called up Babbitt and a few other workshops, on the phone, they did say it could be a slow oil leak. Took it in to Babbit, one of the tech's looked at my car, all it was was low oil level :) They topped it off and its been good ever since! All they charged me was for 2 quarts of synthetic oil + tax (about $15). Theyre super awesome and wont reccomend or perform maint / repairs that are not needed. Labor is a little on the higher side compared to other shops in the valley, but well worth it, especially since you get dealership quality service (or better!) at a fraction of the price. read more

Had been going here for a while but not any more. Left car overnight because it was not starting properly. Didn't hear back from them in the morning even after leaving a message. When I finally got through they seemed uninterested in hearing my description of the problem. Wasn't until late in the afternoon that I heard back--they found no faults on the computer so that was that. I started asking some questions, hoping to get ideas about this potentially very serious problem. Got attitude and annoyance in response. Also realized that the car had missed some maintenance even though it had just been in twice recently. I don't have confidence in them anymore. read more

i'm still unsure exactly how i feel about them. last wednesday my bmw has crazy malfunction alerts going off & eventually my car goes into limp mode. i get it towed to the shop, they said $2000.00 so i paid but when they told me it was ready, they said the blower motor was broken so literally no air can pass thru the vents. i'm over here thinking i just paid $2000.00 i got a new compressor but the motor blower was broken so i've gotta spend more money . probably will never return read more

Ez to deal with, cost effective, and very knowledgable about bmw's. This will be my primary place for service on my bmw. Thanks Babbitt's.

I just had my x3 repaired and am thankful for an honest family run independent BMW shop. They are much more affordable than the stealer ship and friendly. Brad, Jen and the techs are the best. My car will always return to them for their high quality service and repair. read more

I've been taking my E46 M3 to the Babbit Tempe location since 2014. Jen is extremely attentive and quick to respond to email questions or appointment scheduling. I wouldn't take my M anywhere else. read more

I took my 2008 335i to Babbitt Motor Werks in Tempe for rear brake pads, rotors and a brake fluid flush. Babbitt was much cheaper than what the dealer had quoted me for the work. Brad at the front desk was very helpful and the final price was what he had quoted me over the phone the week prior. Work was done while I waited in the lobby, free Wi-Fi let me work while my car was being repaired. This was my first time there but I will definitely go back. read more

They did a great job once again! Don't stop with the great customer service and workmanship!!

Have been taking my 2002 Mini Cooper to Babbitt's for a couple of years now. They have always provided excellent service. Prices are fair and they never do work or charge me for something I don't need. Had my car in there today and Brad took care of me. Great customer service. Highly recommend them. Used to always take my car to the Mini dealer but after going to Babbitt's for a second opinion about an expensive repair, they checked out my problem and fixed it. The dealer's diagnosis was wrong and was literally 20 times more expensive that what I paid Babbitt's. read more
