    Turkey club
    Lynsey C.

I've been here a couple of times and it's always crowded... probably for a reason because the menu is really good. It's perfect for a caffeine and lunch stop. I have tried all their specialty iced latte drinks and they taste really good. I have also tried the turkey club and shrimp toast and also pretty good: however, it took over 20 minutes to receive both my orders. I also sat at the bar while I waited and the guy behind me ordered an orange juice. I noticed the shorter staff member with long black hair and tan look at the cashier who has reddish hair snicker about how low the orange juice was because they ran out of oj. So to make up for it their idea was to add over half of the glass with water. For a place with such high prices I expect top quality and not watered down items. I also noticed my coffee drinks had been sitting on the counter for over 15 minutes before I received them... and an additional 10 minutes until I received my to go sandwich order. I'm not a fan of the slack staff, but at least I had a nice bar seat to watch all of this.

such a cute cafe! the tables were a bit small so be conscientious if you are with one or more people. the service was great, and food was even better. i got the avocado toast and it was delicious. perfectly spicy and the toast was toasted perfectly. we also got the egg on the side which was a nice touch. the only thing i'd say is that the avocado toast was warm but the egg was cold, i wish it was warm as well

Babas on Wentworth had overall a very great vibe! It felt like a true local spot because as people came in the baristas knew who they were by name. We loved it so much we decided to stop by for breakfast and for drinks before dinner. Highly recommend the turkey club! Definitely will be back the next time I'm in town!

Tucked away with true…read morespeakeasy energy, it feels like the kind of place you only hear about from people in the know. The moment you step inside, the Victorian-style décor sets the tone. Rich textures, warm lighting, and that unmistakable southern charm create an intimate, welcoming atmosphere that feels purposely hidden. Katie, serving as both bartender and host, elevated the entire experience. She was gracious, professional, and genuinely friendly the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back before you've even left. Her Knob Creek whiskey sour was exceptional, easily one of the best in Charleston. Perfectly balanced with extra froth, it showed the kind of craft you expect from a top-tier mixology spot. If you're looking for a speakeasy that nails vibe, service, and cocktails, Scotty Doesn't Know should be at the top of your list. A standout gem in Charleston's bar scene.

There's a comprehensive cocktail menu and the French 75ish and the tiramisu martini were both delicious ($18 each). The prices are super comparable with other bars downtown. They have a full bar if you'd like a standard cocktail or any other creation I'm sure they could make it. Our server was great and very attentive. The kitchen stopped serving food at 10pm which I wish we had been told when we came in because I tried to order fries at 10:04 and was told I couldn't. Which I understand I just wish I had known. The place is pretty small and dark and very quiet so the perfect place for a calm nightcap.

Brought my daughter and her friends here to celebrate her upcoming wedding and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Eric is incredibly knowledgable about wine, made the entire experience both educational and fun. Even the girls in the group who don't really drink wine ended up having a great time and created a wine blend that they truly enjoyed! Plenty of wine to taste and enjoy while you are creating your personal blend. You leave the class with a custom made bottle that you created with a personalized label that you designed (need to send the label design a few days before your class and they have it printed and ready for your bottle the day of the class). Go early and enjoy the beautiful hotel and art gallery before your class begins. This is a must do experience if you are in Charleston, you won't regret it.

His expertise with the red wines offered us the best wine blending experience. The blending room was adorned with beautiful art and was adjacent to the wine bar! The beautiful chandelier's lighting was amazing. Afterwards, we had fine dining upstairs in Eleve'. The meal was nothing shy of amazing! And we had the pleasure of meeting several members of management including Mr. Brown. It's always a pleasure when you see managers checking to make sure their guests are receiving the best dining experience.
