Great wine selections, knowledgeable staff. Michael took care of us for a quick pop in for a glass of rose. Need to come back and try more for sure. Had a good amount of seating, wasn't super busy during the week but I can definitely see this place being a great spot for a date, girls night or just to try some unique wines.

    10/10 for the truffle choices

It was good. Large variety to choose from & authentic. It was recommended from our butler & what stood out was the fact they are opening one in France. Reason why we decided to experience this wine bar only.

Third time visiting Charleston, first time visiting Bin 152. It was hotter than Hades outside and I needed a refreshment, and we happened upon this spot. Not too crowded in the early-afternoon on a hot summer Friday, so we were sat immediately. Service was friendly and prompt. Ended up getting Piave Vecchio (hard cow's milk cheese) and Prosciutto di Parma, Domaine Weinbach Riesling (2021), and Chateau Climens "Asphodele" Grand Vin Bordeaux Sec, FR (Semillon 2029). Both cheeses and both wines were great. And that bread was fantastic. We were able to cool down, fill up, and enjoy some great food and drink.

This is a nice spot to enjoy a favorite glass of wine, or try something new. Charcuterie has lots of choices with meat and cheese, but don't expect anything extra on the platter except bread. Simple yet tasty.

This is always a great spot to stop before a dinner reservation in the French quarter. The menu is large and there a lots of selection. It is a casual, but romantic spot to get a drink. I think they also offer beer. I also think they have a Wine Wednesday special with a cheese/meat board.

The other night we had walked past Bin152 on our nightly walk and thought it was so cute and quaint. We aren't the biggest wine drinkers or at-least I'm not but we thought it would be a nice way to spend an evening. So we went there last night, and it was just that. It was very peaceful and calm. They had plenty of wine options we got probably the second cheapest in the menu for the 5oz ones. I got the Domaine Gueguen Chardonnay and I don't know what red wine my roommate got but we both enjoyed our drinks. They had charcuterie meats and a plentiful of cheese and chocolates to choose from to pair with your wine. I would love to come again and get something to pair my wine with but it was a nice starter for us. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is mainly because I didn't feel as welcomed, and again maybe I just felt that way because I am younger and a beginner with the kind of wine I drink. I felt like I was getting judged so we moved outside. I tried announcing the kind of wine and she just wasn't really having it and didn't even try to help me learn it. I might be overthinking the situation but it didn't ruin it for us cause we know we are 22 year olds that are beginners and not experts and probably not their desired customers. I will say the service other than that was nice, they were always checking on us and very quick! We will just be looking at the menu and learning how to pronounce things before we go back But we will be going back!

Rich textures, warm lighting, and that unmistakable southern charm create an intimate, welcoming atmosphere that feels purposely hidden. Katie, serving as both bartender and host, elevated the entire experience. She was gracious, professional, and genuinely friendly the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back before you've even left. Her Knob Creek whiskey sour was exceptional, easily one of the best in Charleston. Perfectly balanced with extra froth, it showed the kind of craft you expect from a top-tier mixology spot. If you're looking for a speakeasy that nails vibe, service, and cocktails, Scotty Doesn't Know should be at the top of your list. A standout gem in Charleston's bar scene.

There's a comprehensive cocktail menu and the French 75ish and the tiramisu martini were both delicious ($18 each). The prices are super comparable with other bars downtown. They have a full bar if you'd like a standard cocktail or any other creation I'm sure they could make it. Our server was great and very attentive. The kitchen stopped serving food at 10pm which I wish we had been told when we came in because I tried to order fries at 10:04 and was told I couldn't. Which I understand I just wish I had known. The place is pretty small and dark and very quiet so the perfect place for a calm nightcap.

A group of about 8 of us went out for drinks Saturday (5/2/26). We were having a great time (respectful, quiet, not causing a problem). Last call hit at 1:30 so we decided one more drink before we went our ways home. 10 mins later we're were asked to leave the courtyard and head inside - not a problem. We will finish our drinks inside. 5 minutes after that, we were asked to take our last sips and leave. 15 mins before the posted closing time. Again, we weren't causing a problem, weren't loud, weren't disruptive. This was a group of 8, most of us well into our 40s (or older). But they were telling all guests to leave at 1:45a?? Just after we bought drinks? The posted hours say they close at 2a. Not 1:45a. Most of us left half finished drinks. The large bouncer was nice enough, the tiny one in a hoodie with glasses was totally unprofessional. So beware. The Blind Tiger has what it takes to remain a Charleston institution. Their staff, might ruin that chance.
