You leave the class with a custom made bottle that you created with a personalized label that you designed (need to send the label design a few days before your class and they have it printed and ready for your bottle the day of the class). By the time the waitress dropped it off, she was gone quicker than we could inquire why mozzarella was on our plate. Eventually she came back and when we told her that it was not in fact burrata, she went back and spoke with the kitchen and came back and told us they ran out of burrata and just replaced it with mozzarella. (Making it seem like they just wanted to get away with it and were hopeful we would not notice). In the end, with the food mishaps, lack of choices, and very poor service; this was the big disappointment of our trip.
