One of my biggest frustrations involved warranty repairs they claimed would not be covered and attempted to charge me regular mechanic rates for. I declined the work, took the truck to another local repair shop, and they were able to complete the repair under warranty without an issue. I also had recall work completed here where the actual issue was technically fixed, but the quality of the work was disappointing. Ever since the repair, grease comes out around the window frame every time I roll the window up or down. It's frustrating to have new problems after bringing a vehicle in for service. I genuinely wish I could leave a better review because they are a longtime community business, but based on my experiences, I would not recommend buying a vehicle here or using their service department.
