My mom been coming here instead of our family friends dealership,the last few years. The quality service at the other place is gone downhill overtime and the loyalty has as well. My mom met Michelle in Quick Lane and she's been a godsend to our family. If you know anything about my mother, you know, she'll either be late to her own funeral or to busy to attend, she'll have to cancel and reschedule. It's a good thing mom doesn't gamble money cuz that girl time gambles like an addict, and loses every time!!! I'm still in therapy being the last one picked up from school after practice. It's going to be a heck no from me. I called about a car and was told that it was "being detailed" and that I couldn't see it until later. They took my information and promised to call as soon as it was available. I rented a car and prepared to go (probably to buy the car.) I wanted to make sure I was first. Less than 6 months ago, my family purchased a used vehicle for what seemed to be a fair price for the age/mileage of the car. Flash forward a few months.... the car has had one problem after another after another. The transmission most recently went out and the cost of repairs ($4500-5500) were more than what the car is worth ($2500). When we went to go get a new car with a different Ford dealership, we learned just how overpriced they were on the car they sold us. The car was in no way valued at $13k and their poor business practices have left my family with about $12k in negative equity on the car they over sold us less than 6 months ago. My service experience with Victor Ford for my 2021 F150 was awful. I knew my vehicle would be out of service for quite some time since it would barely got it to the dealership, so I asked my appointed contact person, Matt Wandall the service manager, about rental cars through the dealership, and he said they didn't provide them at that dealership. I called Ford customer service and they explained that I was able to be reimbursed for a rental car, and that sometimes the dealership would be able to help me find a rental car company and location. I called Matt back and he told me that he had never heard of Ford doing this for anyone. I called the customer service line back, and they were surprised to hear that I was told that. They called Matt while I was on the line. That time he told us that maybe he had heard of that, but that his dealership never did it and he didn't have any experience with that and couldn't help. On a different day, after I again questioned the customer service line, they contacted Matt again, and he explained that his dealership did in fact do this, and provided the with the name and location of a rental car company they worked with. After my truck was diagnosed, it was discovered that I needed a new long block. I asked Matt what the cause was of the damage in the old engine, and he said he had no idea and wouldn't have any idea, and that I would never know. Matt was clearly put out by this conversation, and said that there was absolutely no guarantee that they found all the problems, but that they were going to fix the damage they saw. When I asked more details about what was being repaired, he told me it would fix the problem, but didn't know how to explain the repairs to someone like me who isn't mechanical. Matt was able to tell me some, he was not sure on a few (specifically, he didn't know if valve covers, headers, and exhaust manifolds were included in a long block.) I asked for a timeline on the repairs so I could plan for not having my truck, and Matt told me that he had no way of giving me any sort of timeline at all, other than parts should be in in about a week, but didn't know anything else at all. After the parts arrived, I asked again about a timeline, and Matt told me that it would be done when it was done. He couldn't be more specific because there was so much work to be done. When picking up my truck, I pulled out and found the sunroof not working. I turned around and found Matt. His response was simply to take the key from my hand and tell me that they'd try to look at it tomorrow. I said that I didn't have a car to even get home, and he said, "Well, I don't have any, as I am sure by now you are already aware." He gave my key back and told me that then I could schedule something tomorrow when the service department was back open, but couldn't guarantee it would even be looked at the next day. He told me, "Well, we didn't break the sunroof. The only thing we did was fix the engine. This isn't our fault." I asked to see the manager, and he pointed through a set of doors and said he is somewhere back there and that his name was Chris. He then went back to talking with the two other people that were standing next to him. After working with Chris, the general manager, I asked him what could have caused this, and he said that when an engine block is replaced, the cab of the truck is removed from the chassis for easy access. In the process of hooking things back up, features need to be reprogrammed and it's most likely that someone didn't program the sunroof to work. Therefore, despite Matt's statement that there was no way it was the dealerships fault because they only worked on the engine, it looks like this was the fault of the dealership. I will now drive past Victor Ford, about 5 minutes from my house, to a dealership 30 minutes away for any further service. Honesty, respect, and integrity are important in any service environment, and clearly Victor Ford doesn't find those things to be valuable since Matt is running the service department. read more

Went there on a recommendation of a coworker who is very car savy and anal. Knowing that he approved meant I had to try them out. I have purchased 2 other vehicles for my kids within last year, so I spent allot if time at car dealers going test drives and haggling price. In the end I want a new car at reasonable price. Many dealers mishandle the cars in their lot and test driving. This place keeps mustangs indoor and temperature controlled environment. I've been going to this facility for about 2 years with descent experience. Customer service person at the counter is very friendly and usually pretty quick. Other than the typical upsell bs that happens at every repair place, not all bad. Then Friday happened. Went in for a normal oil change and everything seemed ok. Quick service, same happy customer service lady, and amazingly, no upsell on anything. Was definitely surprised, I actually asked if she was certain that the tech hadn't recommended anything, no even an air filter. She said no, said there wasn't an "a frame" available to put it up in so no inspection of anything on the suspension or under the vehicle. No biggie. Next day I walk by the passenger side of my SUV and notice a 1"gap between my hood and the frame of the vehicle. I walk to the front thinking the hood must be open.....but it wasn't. After further inspection, the hood was bent and twisted. It looked as though something had been used to prop the hood open and someone forgot to remove it. I immediately called Victor Ford to report the issue and left a voicemail as they were closed. On Monday I stopped in and was told that the techs usually use a large bar in the middle front of the hood to hold it open. They do this to ensure they remove it before they try to close. This would make sense. Pictures were taken and I was told I would get a call from the service manager. By Wednesday I still hadn't heard anything so I called to see what was going on. I was transferred to Matt, the service manager, who in short, told me he spoke with his technician and they use locking pliers on the cylinders to hold open the hood. So he was happy to look at my vehicle but if the damage wasn't caused by locking pliers, Victor Ford would take no responsibility. I can guarantee with 100% certainty that if locking pliers were used, this damage would not have happened. Unfortunately, I do not believe that locking pliers were used as my SUV was not damaged on Friday before my oil change and on Saturday it was. Between Friday and Saturday, my SUV was happily parked in my garage and no one opened the hood. After some conversation, Matt told me that there were no cameras in the quick lane or outside of the quick lane that would verify the condition of my vehicle before/after service and he was taking the word of his tech over mine. Matt also made a point to mention that my vehicle was older with high miles at the very beginning of the conversation, basically taking the position that my car is old so it shouldn't matter if it got a little damaged. This is by far the most unprofessional service person at a Ford dealer that I have ever dealt with in my life. I have owned Ford products since 1998 and will never use this facility again. I recommend that neither should anyone. I'm certain there are other, more well deserving companies in the area to spend money. read more

Defective tires! I bought tires for my truck from Victor Ford. 780miles later, a 3" wide x14" long strip pealed off the inside of a front tire. I brought the truck in for service and I was assured that they would take care of submitting the tire for warranty replacement. When I picked up the truck, I was given a bill for $360.90 for 1 tire that had less than 1,000 miles on it. I will not risk having defective tires and having to pay to replace them that areoutrageously priced is insulting.I do not recommend Victor Ford for tires. read more

Mark was my sales person-no hard sell and the deal was better than other Ford Dealers first number. I requested a first and last number quote that I wouldn't be running to other dealerships and got just that from Victor. All the other dealers said "come back to me with the quotes you get so I can beat them... "("yeah like I am going to make this deal all about you and you not leaving any money on the table" "fuck that-give me your best number or nothing"). Mark at Victor "heard me" and respected that I didn't want to dick around on prices. Everyone at Victor has been outstanding to any requests I have had regarding my car since purchasing it. At first, the sales process seemed very pleasant. Much more laid back and less pressure than most dealerships. They responded to inquiries and questions very promptly. Where things went south was on the actual day of purchase. My wife and I paid for our vehicle in full and were very clear that we didn't want any credit financing. The day before the purchase, they stated that they needed the last four digits of our SSN's "to run an OFAC check". When we showed up to pick up the vehicle, it changed to all 9 digits were needed "to run an OFAC check". Then we get to the F&I office to sign the papers and sitting right there on the desk is our credit reports. When I complained about them, I was told that OFAC laws and the Patriot Act require a Credit Check for all vehicle purchases. The most frustrating part about the lie, is that we purchased a Cashier's Check for the vehicle purchase at the Dealership's request. The dealership had requested this after we were very clear that we were not going to be financing any part of the purchase. I have since complained to the dealership and Ford about the dishonest practice. Nothing has changed in the laws that requires a credit check. Out of all the car dealers, both new and used in the area, this is one I stay away from. Oh they are nice enough alright while taking your money.....but read on: Number one, I am an engineer and know more about running numbers than any car dealer out there. And I tell them up front "Watch how you manipulate numbers, I can smell a scam a mile away." I am 50, and have owned dozens of cars from Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Ford, etc...and understand true market value and trade values. In short, I am no dummy. I walked into Victor with a low mileage Jeep Overland 2004, with an average trade value of 6800.00, and that is without the GPS system which mine has. I looked at a smaller 4x4 Toyota which was over priced, but then again most car dealers do this to let you think you get a deal when you haggle them down to what it SHOULD be and not what they price it as. Not uncommon. Now I understand they are also in business, BUT at what cost to the customers? I warned them twice not to come in low or i would simply walk because I have no time to waste sitting there haggling for 3-4 hours before simply getting a decent trade and market value. The Toyota I looked at was bare bones. Power windows was the only option. It was also older than my top of the line Jeep with heated seats, mirrors, nav, tow package, you name it options. In fact, the trade value of my Jeep was more than the market value of the Toyota. In fact, the Toyota had 4 bald tires and they refused to even entertain putting new ones on for the outrageous sticker price they had on it! So Is at there, and wham. They hit me with it. Get this...they offered me 4,000 dollars for the Jeep! I had been to 2 other dealers prior who offered me bare minimum 6500 and maximum 7200 dollars, and another one who offered me a direct trade for a 8,000 dollar vehicle he had on his lot with NO cash added. I got up and laughed, and walked out. The salesman follows me out the door and asks what's wrong? As if he heard not a single word I told him about lowballing me prior. I just told him not to stand in back of my jeep as aI screeched out of the lot. The next day the manager had the gall to leave a message on my phone asking why I "walked out" on my deal! lol If I have to call them back after a transaction like that to tell this guy he is pretty much a unscrupulous horse trader...its not even worth my time. I would not trust these people to wash my car much less sell me one, I'd have to check my ashtray to see how much change was missing. High prices, extremely POOR trades, Buyer Beware is all I can say here. Many more dealers in the area will do you better than Victor. read more

Sad day here. My family has been buying cars from Victor Ford for 20+ years. My past 2 experiences dealing with their Quicklane services has been frustrating to say the least. Today I went in for an oil chance and needed new wipers. All was good until i was told the final bill was over $70.00. My response, " For what?". After I questioned further he said he will give me a deal, "this time" for the wipers at cost to the dealership... Second experience: My key magically disappeared for the locking nuts on my focus and wouldn't you know they don't have a master set or another key to get the nuts off. Oh and they are out of regular nuts! $27.00 and 4 nuts later I was told it would be $75.00 more for them to "Break" the nuts off and replace them. I walked out got a socket wrench and lightly twisted them off myself. Years ago this was a family dealership, clearly not the case anymore. Price gouging your customers for the sake of price gouging your customers has just lost you 30 years of cars. read more

Staff and techs are always friendly, helpful, and provide good advice and service. I've been coming here consistently for all of my vehicles. Only complaints... do a better job of transferring a job to the main shop. Don't just say "You have to go over there." Call them, so I can make an appointment from where we are vs me driving across the parking lot. Even more importantly... you need FREE WIFI. The Quicklane building is like a cell phone "safe room". I've been going to the Quicklane for 20 years and the reason I keep bringing our cars there is because of the quality, speed, and friendliness of the staff. I've been to the full service portion of the dealership a few times as well with friendly service fixing a variety of warranty or repairs over the years. Never a problem. Their parts guy is also amazing and super friendly when I've ordered parts too. This last week I was in for an oil change with my car and I saw a 2015 Escape for sale in the used car section. My wife's 10+ year old vehicle was a bit long in the tooth but still running fine. I wasn't even thinking about buying a replacement, but the price on this Escape was more than fair. We took it for a test drive and the salesman did a good job of answering our questions. The dealership closed at 8pm, but to make the sale, the salesman Matt, manager, porter, and Milt the paperwork guy stayed late to get the deal done. We got more for our trade than I thought I'd get and they came down on the price a little more. A smooth transaction and super friendly. read more

A little off the beaten path for me, but well worth the trip. As well as being a regular Ford Dealer, they are also an authorized Ford Racing Dealer meaning their mechanics are a cut above the average, and they have a large stock of all Ford parts so you won't be making repeat trips for ordered parts. The service department is excellent, and the staff very customer friendly. I recently bought an Explorer there, and it was nice not being treated like a walking ATM machine. They understand that repeat business comes from customer loyalty, and so they don't try to squeeze every last drop of blood out of the proverbial turnip as Golf Mill Ford and some other dealers do. read more

Really nice sales crew, but pricing is way off from industry standards. We went to buy a Ford Edge at Victor about 4 years ago and they were beat by price, both on our trade in and our new buy by almost 10 percent. We tried to give them another chance and things only got worse. I am by no means a picky or prissy buyer, but when a buyer walks in looking to make a large purchase like an Expedition, it might be wise to give them a seasoned salesperson. We spoke with the dealer several times before coming in, so they knew we were seasoned Ford owners, had done our research and had a set budget in mind. They set us up with the brand new salesman who had no idea what the different models of Fords we wanted to see even were. They ran us numbers on the wrong model and when we called back to make the purchase, they had switched the car to the correct model and, "surprise!" jacked up the price. Sure enough, we went to another dealer, saved almost 8 percent on the exact same car (dealer trade) Victor tried to sell us, and gave us an extra $1,500 on our trade. In fairness to Victor, they hadn't test drove our car, but they quoted us an example quote on the trade-in before even seeing it, and it wasn't near what it should have been. read more
