Ray, the owner, walked me through a couple of the options they had remotely close to my price range, and one of them was a new acquisition that they had just got in. Ray was honest with me and told me he would not sell me that car before he made sure it was completely safe. He went above and beyond to fix everything that car needed fixed in the least amount of time possible, and even more, and he showed me all the receipts for everything. I cannot say how much I appreciate everything he has done for me. I just got into the country, I work as an intern at a local business, and I really needed a safe car to get around. He gave me an amazing deal and the opportunity to work with my payments, because he understood my situation, and took a huge leap of faith with me. I can't recommend this business enough. Rather you need your car detailed, or you need a new car, make sure you come by his store.

The crosstrek has 155K+, bought almost 2 years ago at 95K. Nick is my favorite at the shop but anyone you speak to there is going to treat you with respect and be professional. They were aware the heated seats weren't working and the AC/heat wasn't blowing out correctly, along with many other issues.. One of their mechanics just cleared the code for the check engine light to go off, because we let them know it was showing an e-vap leak. And they never took care of it. I was also told they were going to order a new paint marker that matched, for all the little dings and scratches that were visible, which they never kept their word on and later denied saying it. We drove the car about 5 days and brought it back in to get the issues fixed and for them to check for any recalls. We emailed them a list of all issues in advance, just days after purchasing as they requested. They said the wrong part came after a week of waiting and that they were waiting for the new part. They never called me back, I always had to call them to check in on the vehicle and then after almost 4 weeks of them having the car they never fixed any issues that was agreed upon and when we finally got the car back there was a PARKING TICKET FROM THEM shoved into the seat from days prior! We dropped the car off at the McHenry location and the PARKING TICKET THEY RECEIVED IN MY CAR W/ MY PLATES was received in SCHAUMBURG!! We also took a pic of the mileage when dropping back off to them and THEY DROVE IT OVER 100 MILES during the time they had it!! When I called to speak with someone about my frustration the man told me he was the manager and owner and never once apologized or tried making it right. The ticket was from days prior and I was never even notified about it, I had to find it on my own and call to find out I now had to owe money for a parking ticket in my new car that I barely even got to use!! The man just kept saying don't worry we will pay it but never apologized, he was rude and when I told him they never finished fixing the things they promised he refused to work on my car and now is telling me to take it somewhere else after we even purchased the full bumper to bumper warranty. I thought it was another spam call and didn't know it was Toyota service calling to confirm. So I blocked the number (now it is unblocked FYI). But that action caused me to miss the text and a call that the service tech made while I was waiting. So blocking the number thinking it was a spam call was me causing part of this issue. The service department used to come up to me in the waiting room or call my name. Since that didn't happen, I think part of this was on them. So we both contributed to this. Given that, I bumped the star up from 2 to 3. Also kudos to the representative who called me to check up on this. They really do care about this issue. They are using the Kaizen method to improve and wanted to touch base to get that information. Looks like the service ticket was closed about an hour after I checked in. I waited 2.5 hours because of the blocked number and also because nobody came to get me. Water under the bridge. I went from Jeep to Toyota for the quality.
