Found them through a Facebook group and glad that they are here in Bothell; it's a bit of a drive to boba places with similar offerings. Located in small plaza with a dry cleaner, kitty corner to Mod Pizza and across the way from Chick-fil-A. Fairly new, I think they're about a few weeks young but strive to provide great product and customer service. Presently, they offer drinks in the form of cold milk teas and slushies. Today we purchased a taro milk tea, bubble waffle, and 2 manjoo. Taro milk tea was standard. Bubble waffle is more cracker/cookie-like than chewy. Not my favorite. The waffle itself just breaks apart into individual bubbles instead of having a chewier texture where you need to pull it apart. And a little too sweet for my taste. My toddler can usually down 2 of these things if we let her but she ate 2-3 bubbles and is refusing it. The manjoo were very disappointing. I used to get these fresh off the grill/pan filled with ample custard from a korean bakery but these were extremely disappointing. Dry and rubbery. I asked to have it warmed up and I think it was popped in the microwave that gave it a rubbery texture. Very little custard in the middle. Definitely do not get these. One other thing that gave me a bad impression is that a grubhub delivery guy came to pick up an order and I can't even count how many times they asked the pick up guy if they knew the specifics of the order. Seemed like a hot mess back there. Disorganized and unprofessional. Additionally, the "waiting area" was really small and got pretty cramped with just 7 people. I'm surprised they didn't have a max capacity for the store. Not safe. The menu is really disorganized too. Some on the board. Some on a chalk board. Some items on papers posted around the store. Probably will not come back. *edit* Dropped it down to one star I let the drink settle for about 15 min and the taro powder settled and was so gritty. The waffle is rock hard now like a waffle cone, crispy. Definitely not going back. read more

Tried Boba for the first time today. Didn't even know it was there, but glad I parked in front of it and decided to go in. They were having their soft opening, so not everything was available. Had a Royal Milk Tea over ice and mango slush, and they were yummy!!!! The mango slush tasted fruity and just like a ripe mango. The Royal Milk tea was my favorite. Slightly sweet, strong tea!!! I will have both again but I'm excited to try their many more choices. I'm giving them four stars because the wait was long. Hopefully I can edit after Boba is fully open. It's about time a boba place opened in Bothell! This place has a spacious interior with pretty decor! So it's a great place to hangout with friends and play board games! I ordered a Royal Milk Tea with boba and I was very satisfied with the taste. The balance between the tea and milk is perfect. I thought the drink was on the sweeter side at first but found myself addicted to the taste with every sip I took. The tapioca is PERFECT! I love how it isn't hard as rocks, it's soooo chewy and not too sweet! As a Vietnamese person, I had to try the avocado smoothie. IT WAS AMAZING, it isn't like pho quality avocado smoothie. It's very creamy and I enjoyed how the drink wasn't too sweet. Always had an aftertaste of a REAL avocado and it AINT POWDERED. I seriously recommend! Heard about a new Boba shop in Bothell and had to check it out! Went with a friend around noon a few Saturdays past. It is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with lots of parking. Inside the shop was plenty spacious with much cute and artsy decor; you can tell they care about presentation and I appreciate that. Rang the service bell at the front counter and a friendly cashier took our orders. We sat and got on the store Wi-Fi and checked out their selection of board games. I got strawberry milk tea with rainbow jelly and it was delicious. Just the right amount of sweet and very flavorful. I think I found my new favorite boba shop! Will def be making return trips asap. read more

Good boba but poor service. The girl working the front was not pleasant, nor was the girl who made the drinks. The boba here is really good but the milk tea it comes along with does not match up with competitors like sharetea, very watered down. The tables were not cleaned after previous guest because they were understaffed. Big Boba straws ran out and I had to wait in line to ask for more, and there was no apology for my wait either. She simply just handed me a whole bin of them to place back onto the counter, basically having me do the restocking. Ummmm I don't work here but I guess as a customer, I have to restock their stuff too. There is also a punch card system, I bought four drinks and she never mentioned it to me, did not offer me one at all but offered another customer one without having to be asked. I don't know why she chose to be rude to me specifically but that did have a big part in the negative review. DONT go here if there's a sharetea near by, it's not worth the stop by. We ordered taro milk tea with boba, lavender milk tea with custard pudding and a bubble waffle with vanilla ice cream, fruity pebbles and raspberry drizzle. Aesthetically 10/10, however the taste of everything was just okay. With covid and everything going on the place was kind of in disarray, they do have a call ahead and order system but we waited less than 10 minutes for everything. After years of not having bubble tea, I oddly craved it one week. I tried this place along with one other. I ordered the classic milk tea with boba with soy milk and 1/4 the sweetener. I really enjoyed it. One of my favorite things about it was that I could actually taste the tea flavor, which isn't always common for bubble tea since the flavoring/sugar can overwhelm any sense of the tea taste. I was also really happy to see they had several alternative milk options and chose the soy. Will be back! read more

No restroom for customers. Not pet friendly. Poor ventilation and gets smoky inside when they make certain foods. Boba tea is very subpar, artificially like, and not tasty unless you get a lot of sugar compared to other proper franchises boba places with higher standards and quality. Me and my friends were near drinking wine for my friends birthday and decided to stop by here after for a quick boba stop to sober up a bit. The place is neat and decorated cutely. I've been to this place several times now and usually get the Thai ice tea which is really good! Last time I decided to get the strawberry smoothie and it was horrible. Didn't taste like strawberry at all and whatever flavor I was drinking tasted completely artificial. In addition, the cup wasn't even filled all the way and it wasn't cheap! If you need a boba fix, this is THE place to go. I judge a lot of boba places based on their slush, since I feel like it can be something overlooked or over simplified on the menu. I usually get peach slushes and this is the first time I have ever had a place put REAL fruit in the slush, not just the syrup and ice. I love the little pieces of peach in there, and the cook the tapioca perfectly. Not mushy, not hard at the center. Bobafection. They also have small baked goods with a custard filling which I had never heard of before and really enjoyed. A perfect balance with the slight sweetness of the custard and spongey cake like exterior. Next time I stop in I'll get a half dozen to go. No promises they will make it home, though! Love the sweet and cute decoration of this place, menu is laid out in a really easy to navigate fashion, staff is super helpful and happy to personalize things like sweetness level in drinks. Giving this place 5 stars because they are great about accommodating the sweetness level and I can get a dairy free option! So many boba places don't do this. I can specify what percent of the sweetener I want. Over time I've come to find that about 30% is just right for me (100% makes me sick but I never have sugary drinks). I usually get anything Matcha (my fave) but, that Saturday (June 30th) me & hubby opted to order their Thai Tea. They had a 2 for $1.50 special on the Manjoo so we added that to.
